本发明公开了一种真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,包括碟簧片,所述碟簧片置于绝缘拉杆的金属嵌件内,拉杆活塞穿过下支架的中心孔压于碟簧片上。还包括金属套,所述金属套套在拉杆活塞上,并螺纹连接连接到金属嵌件上。还包括尼龙套,下支架的中心孔内镶有尼龙套,金属套置于尼龙套内。本发明利用下支架的中心孔做为真空灭弧室的下部固定支架,形成简支梁,提高了抗弯性能。动触头在导向套形式的下支架内运动,下支架对其起固定支架作用,能够具有较大的抗电磁力,保证真空灭弧室的正常开断。采用尼龙套、金属套起减震作用,减小震动对动触头合闸时的影响,使得断路器合闸时弹跳小而稳定,还能减小断路器操作时对绝缘支架的应力。

真空断路器用绝缘拉杆
【技术领域】
本发明涉及高压柜内真空断路器,特别是真空断路器用绝缘拉杆。
【技术背景】
目前的真空断路器中主回路绝缘拉杆都是根据三菱真空灭弧室(简称VST)设计开发的,VST真空灭弧室下端未设置与绝缘支架的固定位置,并且动触头导电杆过短。由于VST真空灭弧室下端未设置与绝缘支架的固定位置,当VST真空灭弧室通过大电流时,强大的电磁力使VST真空灭弧室横向受力,如果VST真空灭弧室只固定上部,就形成了悬臂梁,抗弯性能差,导致VST真空灭弧室失去开断能力。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提出一种真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,能够具有较大的抗电磁力,保证真空灭弧室的正常开断。
为实现上述目的,本发明专利提出了一种真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,包括碟簧片,所述碟簧片置于绝缘拉杆的金属嵌件内,拉杆活塞穿过下支架的中心孔压于碟簧片上。
作为优选,还包括金属套,所述金属套套在拉杆活塞上,并连接到金属嵌件上。
作为优选,所述金属套利用螺纹连接紧固于金属嵌件上。
作为优选,还包括尼龙套,下支架的中心孔内镶有尼龙套,金属套置于尼龙套内。
本发明专利的有益效果:本发明利用下支架的中心孔做为真空灭弧室的下部固定支架,形成简支梁,提高了抗弯性能。动触头连杆在导向套形式的下支架内运动,下支架对其起固定支架作用,能够具有较大的抗电磁力,保证真空灭弧室的正常开断。采用尼龙套、金属套起减震作用,减小震动对动触头连杆合闸时的影响,使得断路器合闸时弹跳小而稳定,还能减小断路器操作时对绝缘支架的应力。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1、2,真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,包括碟簧片7,所述碟簧片7置于绝缘拉杆6的金属嵌件8内,拉杆活塞2穿过下支架3的中心孔压于碟簧片7上。还包括金属套5,所述金属套5套在拉杆活塞2上,并连接到金属嵌件8上。所述金属套5利用螺纹连接紧固于金属嵌件8上。还包括尼龙套4,下支架3的中心孔内镶有尼龙套4,金属套5置于尼龙套4内。下支架3根据真空灭弧室结构可反向安装,导电夹固定位置在下支架3的上方。利用下支架3的中心孔做为真空灭弧室的下部固定支架,形成简支梁,提高了抗弯性能。动触头连杆1在导向套形式的下支架3内运动,下支架3对其起固定支架作用,能够具有较大的抗电磁力,保证真空灭弧室的正常开断。由于动触头连杆1在上下运动过程中是做弧线运动,分合时活动件左右摇摆而撞击导向套从而产生震动,导致断路器合闸弹跳过大或不稳定。为了减小震动对动触头连杆1合闸时的影响,运用两种方式减小震动:第一,在下支架3导向套中镶尼龙套4,尼龙是种柔性材料,能有效减震。第二,在拉杆活塞2外增加一个金属套5。使金属套5在尼龙套4中上下活动。因为金属套5连接在绝缘拉杆6的金属嵌件8上,拉杆活塞2压在碟簧片7上,金属套5和拉杆活塞2中间通过碟簧片7连接,碟簧片7是弹性件,具有减震性能,所以在运动时导向套和金属套5的震动经过碟簧片7的消震变的很小,两种方式同时减震,使得断路器合闸时弹跳小而稳定。还能减小断路器操作时对绝缘支架的应力。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,其特征在于:包括碟簧片(7),所述碟簧片(7)置于绝缘拉杆(6)的金属嵌件(8)内,拉杆活塞(2)穿过下支架(3)的中心孔压于碟簧片(7)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,其特征在于:还包括金属套(5),所述金属套(5)套在拉杆活塞(2)上,并连接到金属嵌件(8)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,其特征在于:所述金属套(5)利用螺纹连接紧固于金属嵌件(8)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的真空断路器用绝缘拉杆,其特征在于:还包括尼龙套(4),下支架(3)的中心孔内镶有尼龙套(4),金属套(5)置于尼龙套(4)内。
