一种太阳能电池烧结炉温区隔断装置,包括喷气隔热墙、吸气隔热墙、送气管、吸气管、热风机、恒温加热气箱,喷气隔热墙设置在网式输送带的上方,吸气隔热墙设置在网式输送带的下方,喷气隔热墙和吸气隔热墙设置在两相邻温区的分界面处,喷气隔热墙的上端通过送气管与恒温加热气箱相通,吸气隔热墙的下端通过吸气管与热风机的进口相连,热风机的出口与恒温加热气箱相连。由于在两相邻温区之间增设了恒温高压风墙装置,通过喷气隔热墙和吸气隔热墙之间形成的高压气流,形成一堵恒温气墙,使得两温区的温差能得到有效控制,这样的设计既不影响硅片传输,又能将温区完全分隔开,较为理想地满足太阳能电池的烧结工艺要求。

技术领域:
本发明涉及太阳能电池烧结炉,尤其涉及太阳能电池烧结炉中的温区隔断装置。
背景技术:
电极烧结是太阳能电池制造工艺中的最终一道工序,也是太阳能电池制造工艺中最为关键的一道工序,烧结质量的好坏直接影响最终太阳能电池片效率的高低。烧结工艺主要用于烘干印刷在硅片表面的浆料,烧掉从浆料中挥发出的有机溶剂,同步烧结太阳能电池片的正反面,使印刷到电池片上的浆料中金属与硅形成良好的欧姆接触。为满足上述过程,电池需经过预热、排胶、升温、烧结、降温等过程。
烧结过程是在烧结炉中完成的,现在国际上比较流行的烧结炉结构是网带式隧道烧结炉。在烧结炉的纵向上面设置不同密度的加热灯管来控制各隧道区的温度,沿烧结炉的纵向上面依次设有预热区、排胶区、升温区、烧结区和降温区。印刷电极的硅片通过网带传输,经过不同的炉温区,完成预热、排胶、升温、烧结、降温等整个电极烧结过程。
为了满足烧结工艺要求,人们通过沿长网带式隧道烧结炉的长度,在炉体内依次设置预热区、排胶区、升温区、烧结区和降温区,目前现有烧结炉内的各炉温区的温度分界不明确,各温区的温度往往相互影响,因而直接影响太阳能电池的烧结质量。
为了克服电极烧结炉的上述缺陷,使预热区、排胶区、升温区、烧结区和降温区的温度更好地满足烧结工艺要求,使各区的温度差更明显,人们在不同温区之间安装了隔热板,试图通过隔热板将各温区隔开,使各温区的温度满足烧结工艺要求,从而提高烧结效率。但实际使用的效果并不理想,相邻温区间还没有完全被隔开。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能电池烧结炉温区隔断装置,它能使太阳能电池烧结炉中各温区较为理想地隔断,从而满足烧结工艺要求。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
所述太阳能电池烧结炉温区隔断装置,包括相对于网式输送带对称设置的喷气隔热墙和吸气隔热墙、送气管、吸气管、热风机、恒温加热气箱,喷气隔热墙设置在网式输送带的上方,吸气隔热墙设置在网式输送带的下方,喷气隔热墙和吸气隔热墙设置在两相邻温区的分界面处,喷气隔热墙的上端通过送气管与恒温加热气箱相通,吸气隔热墙的下端通过吸气管与热风机的进口相连,热风机的出口与恒温加热气箱相连。
本发明安装在太阳能电池烧结炉的各温区之间,其工作过程是:将恒温加热气箱内的气体温度加热到预定的温度,启动热风机,恒温加热气箱内的热气体经送气管从喷气隔热墙带压喷出,喷出的热气流由位于其正下方的吸气隔热墙吸进,经吸气管和热风机再送入恒温加热气箱内,如此循环,在升温温区段,恒温气箱的温度一般为高温区温度,而在降温区段,恒温气箱的温度一般以低温区温度。
由于在两相邻温区之间增设了温度可调的恒温高压风墙装置,相邻两温区由恒温高压风墙装置来隔离,通过喷气隔热墙和吸气隔热墙之间形成的高压气流,形成一堵恒温气墙,使得两温区的温差能得到有效控制,这样的设计既不影响硅片传输,又能将温区完全分隔开,从而较为理想地满足太阳能电池的烧结工艺要求。

本发明所述太阳能电池烧结炉温区隔断装置,如附图1所示,它包括喷气隔热墙1、吸气隔热墙2、送气管3、吸气管4、热风机5、恒温加热气箱6,喷气隔热墙1和吸气隔热墙2相对于网式输送带10对称设置,且喷气隔热墙1设置在网式输送带10的上方,吸气隔热墙2设置在网式输送带10的下方,喷气隔热墙1和吸气隔热墙2设置在两相邻温区A和温区B的分界面处,喷气隔热墙1的上端通过送气管3与恒温加气加箱6相通,吸气隔热墙2的下端通过吸气管4与热风机5的进口相连,热风机5的出口与恒温加热气箱6相连,所述恒温加热气箱6内的加热温度可以调节,调节原则是:当本发明设置在太阳能电池烧结炉的升温区段时,恒温加热气箱6内的温度为高温区的温度,当设置在太阳能电池烧结炉的降温区段时,恒温加热气箱6的温度为低温区的温度。

1. 一种太阳能电池烧结炉温区隔断装置,其特征是:它包括相对于网式输送带(10)对称设置的喷气隔热墙(1)和吸气隔热墙(2)、送气管(3)、吸气管(4)、热风机(5)、恒温加热气箱(6),喷气隔热墙(1)设置在网式输送带(10)的上方,吸气隔热墙(2)设置在网式输送带(10)的下方,喷气隔热墙(1)和吸气隔热墙(2)设置在两相邻温区的分界面处,喷气隔热墙(1)的上端通过送气管(3)与恒温加热气箱(6)相通,吸气隔热墙(2)的下端通过吸气管(4)与热风机(5)的进口相连,热风机(5)的出口与恒温加热气箱(6)相连。
