Abstract

一种低速风轮发电装置,塔架上端的塔头上固定不转动的主轴,并装有发电机;主轴外伸部位以轴承装置能自由转动的风轮轮毂,轮毂上设置内外轴座,辐档、腰圈及齿圈,齿圈与发电机的齿轮啮合,这样达到了只用单级齿轮发电的目的。特点是以轮毂联体的钢齿圈等既是增速大齿轮又是增强低速风轮的结构件,有突破风叶轮大直径化瓶颈之优点。

Description

低速风轮发电装置
本发明属于风力机领域,一种低速风轮发电技术。
风力发电现有技术都用高速风力机、特别是三叶风力机。低速风力机仅仅用于提水等等,因为要与发电机转速相匹配,即使高速风力机也必须用增速齿轮箱,欧洲正在研究改革掉故障不算太少,昂贵而笨重的齿轮箱,但以目前水平,发现不用齿轮箱的风力发电机,要用多极而体积庞大、笨重而造价高。
本发明之目的:仅用一级增速齿轮,即使低速风力机也可实现发电,尤其中国好些内陆地区的风速V<3m/s,现有技术的高速风力机难以起动,但低速风力机的实度大,起动风速小,假如设法能应用成功风力发电,则也是节约资源利用。
图1,①改变现有低速风轮结构和加大风轮直径D;②主轴1不传递扭矩,只起了支承风轮回转中心的作用;⑧以风轮的腰圈5外层的齿圈6直接驱动发电机M。
图1的序列号说明:1是主轴,紧固在塔头2上;3是轮毂,在主轴1的外围上以轴承装配成可自由转动,4是辐档(3-4档),5是腰圈(外圈上是镶有钢齿圈6),6是钢齿圈,7是发电机齿轮,M是发电机,3a是内叶轴座,8是内叶片,5a是外叶轴座(轴座盖可卸),9是外叶片,5b是张拉线(高强度钢圆条)。
塔头2在H高度段是流线型截面,在H的下界线处,有偏航装置可使风轮对准上风向;再往下是圆锥筒固定体。
轮毂3的左端是内叶轴座3a,右端是辐档4,联在一体的腰圈5和外叶轴座5a,这些都是用轻金属合金铸成整体,或用环氧树脂E-51及E-502#为固化剂,以碳纤维和高强度玻璃纤维增强的复合材料制成,更为理想。
钢齿圈6是机械加工后镶套在腰圈5的外圈上、构成了轮毂3的突出作用:①联合整个风轮的腰圈5及张拉线5b、强化了风叶轮结构,有利于向大直径风轮发展;②在整个风轮的腰圈5部位(通过钢齿圈6)的大扭矩的集合圈上、能量输出给发电机,改变了现有技术的风轮长叶片的大力矩——弯曲应力集中在叶根和轮毂处的缺点;⑧只用单级齿轮增速就解决了发电机发电,并省去了机舱。
图3是齿轮副的防雨雪,防尘图:A是圆环板,在右侧平面上有凸檐A1和A2(也是环形同心圆),在发电机齿轮轴处开有一缺口,圆环板A是静止的,在缺口以外的上下凸檐A1和A2之间都是实腹,在实腹环形平面上设置数个支撑点,用悬伸臂和弯臂与图1的塔头2连接固定。B是内防尘罩,B1是凸檐,C是外防尘罩,C1是凸檐,7是发电机齿轮,M是发电机,6是钢齿圈,5是腰圈,5a是外叶轴座。

Claims (2)

1.一种低速风轮发电装置,包括塔头、风轮和发电机,发电机安装在塔头上,其特征是,所述的风轮通过轮毂与主轴转动连接,该主轴紧固在所述的塔头上;该轮毂通过辐档、张拉线强化的腰圈、钢齿圈和外叶轴座支撑,该轮毂的左端是内叶轴座;该轮毂的右端是辐档,及联在一体的腰圈和外叶轴座;钢齿圈镶套在该腰圈的外圈上,直接以该腰圈、钢齿圈输出风轮能量给发电机轴齿轮驱动发电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低速风轮发电装置,其特征是,所述的风轮的叶片由内叶片和外叶片通过外叶轴座连接构成,所述的张拉线采用高强度钢圆条并连接在所述的轮毂的左端与外叶轴座之间。
