Abstract

一种低速风力发电,塔架上端的塔头2上,固定主轴1(不转动),和装有发电机M;主轴1外伸部位以轴承装置能自由转动的风轮轮毂3,轮毂3上设置内外轴座3a和5a,辐档4、腰圈5及齿圈6,齿圈6与发电机M的齿轮7啮合,这样达到了只用单级齿轮发电的目的。特点是以轮毂联体的钢齿圈6等等既是增速大齿轮又是增强低速风轮的结构件,有突破风叶轮大直径化瓶颈之优点。

低速风轮发电
本发明属于风力机领域,一种低速风轮发电技术。
风力发电现有技术都用高速风力机、特别是三叶风力机。低速风力机仅仅用于提水等等,因为要与发电机转速相匹配,即使高速风力机也必须用增速齿轮箱,欧洲正在研究改革掉故障不算太少,昂贵而笨重的齿轮箱,但以目前水平,发现不用齿轮箱的风力发电机,要用多极而体积庞大、笨重而造价高。
本发明之目的:仅用一级增速齿轮,即使低速风力机也可实现发电,尤其中国好些内陆地区的风速V<3m/s,现有技术的高速风力机难以起动,但低速风力机的实度大,起动风速小,假如设法能应用成功风力发电,则也是节约资源利用。
图1,①改变现有低速风轮结构和加大风轮直径D;②主轴1不传递扭矩,只起了支承风轮回转中心的作用;③以风轮的腰圈5外层的齿圈6直接驱动发电机M。
图1的序列号说明:1是主轴,紧固在塔头2上,3是轮毂,在主轴1的外围上以轴承装配成可自由转动,4是辐档(3-4档),5是腰圈(外圈上是镶有钢齿圈6),6是钢齿圈,7是发电机齿轮,M是发电机,3a是内叶轴座,8是内叶片,5a是外叶轴座(轴座盖可卸),9是外叶片,5b是张拉线(高强度钢园条)。
塔头2在H高度段是流线型截面,在H的下界线处,有偏航装置可使风轮对准上风向;再往下是圆锥筒固定体。
轴毂3的左端是内叶轴座3a,右端是辐档4,联在一体的腰圈5和外叶轴座5a,这些都是用轻金属合金铸成整体,或用环氧树脂E-51及E-502#为固化剂,以碳纤维和高强度玻璃纤维增强的复合材料制成,更为理想。
钢齿圈6是机械加工后镶套在腰圈5的外圈上、构成了轴毂3的突出作用:①联合整个风轮的腰圈5及张拉线5b、强化了风叶轮结构,有利于向大直径风轮发展;②在整个风轮的腰圈5部位(通过钢齿圈6)的大扭矩的集合圈上、能量输出给发电机,改变了现有技术的风轮长叶片的大力矩——弯曲应力集中在叶根和轴毂处的缺点;③只用单级齿轮增速就解决了发电机发电,并省去了机舱。
图3是齿轮副的防雨雪,防尘图:A是圆环板,在右侧平面上有凸檐A1和A2(也是环形同心圆),在发电机齿轮轴处开有一缺口,圆环板A是静止的在缺口以外的上下凸檐A1和A2之间都是实腹,在实腹环形平面上设置数个支撑点,用悬伸臂和弯臂与图1的塔头2连接固定。B是内防尘罩,B1是凸檐,C是外防尘罩,C1是凸檐,7是发电机齿轮,M是发电机,6是钢齿圈,5是腰圈,5a是外叶轴座。

Claims (3)

1、一种低速风轮发电,以风轮轮毂通过辐档、张拉线强化的腰围、钢齿圈和外叶轴座支撑,强化了风轮结构和功能——直接以腰围、钢齿圈输出风轮能量给发电机轴齿轮驱动发电。
2、根据权利要求1所述的低速风轮发电,特征是风轮能量不再是通过主轴、齿轮增速箱输给发电机发电。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的低速风轮发电,特征是风轮的叶片中段受到支撑和输出风轮动能给发电机。
