本发明为梭式减振截止阀,解决已有截止阀启闭不灵敏,噪音大,耗能高的问题。阀体(1)的进口通道(28)与出口通道(29)的竖向连通段(34)上有阀座(30),阀座上空有导向套(31)与阀体(1)或阀盖(4)连接,导向套的柱面上有通孔(33),导向套与阀瓣动配合,阀瓣(2)与阀座(30)密封配合,阀杆(17)与阀盖(4)螺纹连接,阀杆(17)下端面为弧面,与阀瓣(2)的内腔底平面点接触,阀杆(17)与挡圈(3)连接,挡圈(3)的下面与阀瓣(2)内腔的台阶面接触,挡圈(3)的上面与衬套(23)的下端面接触,衬套(23)内壁与阀杆(17)外壁螺纹连接,衬套(23)的法兰与阀瓣(2)上面之间有柔性垫或缓冲元件(24)。

本发明与截止阀有关。
背景技术:
现有的截止阀的阀杆与阀瓣刚性联连,阀的开启、关闭、运行中的振荡通过阀瓣直接传给阀杆,再转给阀体、阀座和整个管道系统,造成管道系统的噪音,并且启闭不灵活、耗能高。现有的截止阀密封可靠性差,容易产生泄漏。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种截止和导通可靠,密封可靠,可减少振荡和噪声的梭式减振截止阀。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明梭式减振截止阀,截阀体1的进口通道28与出口通道29的竖向连通段34上有阀座30,阀座上空有导向套31与阀体1或阀盖4连接,导向套的柱面上有通孔33,导向套与阀瓣动配合,阀瓣2与阀座30密封配合,阀杆17与阀盖4螺纹连接,阀杆17下端面为弧面,与阀瓣2的内腔底平面点接触,阀杆17与挡圈3连接,挡圈3的下面与阀瓣2内腔的台阶面接触,挡圈3的上面与衬套23的下端面接触,衬套23内壁与阀杆17外壁螺纹连接,衬套23的法兰与阀瓣2上面之间有柔性垫或缓冲元件24。
阀瓣2的端面或柱面与阀座30的端面或柱面通过柔性密封圈或硬金属密封面密封配合。
阀盖4上有填料槽10,填料槽底部内孔与阀杆滑动配合,阀杆17与填料槽10之间有填料5和填料压环13,填料盖板14通过螺栓与阀盖连接,阀盖4的上端与主支承座18固连,阀杆17与主支承座18螺纹连接,阀杆17与手轮盘22连接。
导向套31、阀座30、阀瓣2、衬套23、阀杆17、主支承座18、填料压环13、填料槽10、填料盖板14、阀盖4有相同的轴心线。
本发明的阀杆、阀瓣非刚性联接,运用背压,启闭灵活,节能降噪、减振。多元件同轴,启闭装置整体对称,增加启闭灵敏度和可靠性。阀瓣和阀座可选择多种密封方式,实现零泄漏。阀杆有双支承,端部与阀瓣点接触,可微调推力偏移。

具体实施方式:
本发明的阀体1与阀盖4通过螺栓6连接,阀盖4的颈9上有填料槽10,填料耳。填料耳上有轴11与螺柱12连接,填料槽10内有填料5,填料压环13。压环13上有填料盖板14,填料盖板14由螺母16紧固。阀盖上部的主支承座18由销19固定,主支承座18与阀杆螺纹连接。阀杆17下端柱面上的凹槽内有挡圈3与衬套23和阀瓣2内腔台阶连接,阀杆17端部为弧面与阀瓣2内腔底平面接触,衬套23与阀杆螺纹连接。缓冲元件24位于衬套23与阀瓣上端面之间。
本发明设计与阀杆17成滑动配合的梭形阀瓣2,阀瓣2与阀杆衬套23间设柔性垫或缓冲元件24,固定在阀杆衬套台阶与阀瓣之间。梭形阀瓣外圆与导向套31动配合,导向套柱面圆周开若干个流通孔33,阀杆端部呈圆弧,与阀瓣内腔成点接触,动态传递阀瓣开启推力和关闭压力。阀瓣2与阀座30的密封。可采用端面或柱面的密封圈或金属硬密封面的密封方式,做到零泄漏和缓解开启、关闭、运动时的振荡。手轮22、阀体1、填料槽10、阀杆17、阀杆衬套23、阀瓣2、阀瓣导向套31均为以阀杆轴心为中心的同轴对称结构。因此动作灵敏,精准。
截止阀开启时:进口压力推阀瓣上升,终止于阀杆所限定的位置;截止阀关闭时:背压加手动力(或电动、气动力)推阀瓣下降至与阀座吻合,实现关闭;开启、运行中的冲击振荡;依靠阀瓣上端与阀杆端部衬套台阶间设置的缓冲段所吸收(由缓冲材料或缓冲元件构成);关闭时的冲击、振荡由阀瓣端部或阀座平面的柔性垫所吸收。
在电力、石油、化工、核能等流体输送中,管道系统的可靠启、闭和低噪音、无泄漏运行,本发明将发挥重要作用。

1.梭式减振截止阀,其特征在于阀体(1)的进口通道(28)与出口通道(29)的竖向连通段(34)上有阀座(30),阀座上空有导向套(31)与阀体(1)或阀盖(4)连接,导向套的柱面上有通孔(33),导向套与阀瓣动配合,阀瓣(2)与阀座(30)密封配合,阀杆(17)与阀盖(4)螺纹连接,阀杆(17)下端面为弧面,与阀瓣(2)的内腔底平面点接触,阀杆(17)与挡圈(3)连接,挡圈(3)的下面与阀瓣(2)内腔的台阶面接触,挡圈(3)的上面与衬套(23)的下端面接触,衬套(23)内壁与阀杆(17)外壁螺纹连接,衬套(23)的法兰与阀瓣(2)上面之间有缓冲元件(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梭式减振截止阀,其特征在于阀瓣(2)的端面或柱面与阀座(30)的端面或柱面通过柔性密封圈或硬金属密封面密封配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的梭式减振截止阀,其特征在于阀盖(4)上有填料槽(10),填料槽底部内孔与阀杆滑动配合,阀杆(17)与填料槽(10)之间有填料(5)和填料压环(13),填料盖板(14)通过螺栓与阀盖连接,阀盖(4)的上端与主支承座(18)固连,阀杆(17)与主支承座(18)螺纹连接,阀杆(17)与手轮盘(22)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的梭式减振截止阀,其特征在于导向套(31)、阀座(30)、阀瓣(2)、衬套(23)、阀杆(17)、主支承座(18)、填料压环(13)、填料槽(10)、填料盖板(14)、阀盖(4)有相同的轴心线。
