Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种检测系统,特别涉及一种能快速检测出人造板甲醛释放量的检测系统。
技术背景
多年来,中国人造板产量的增长速度一直比中国GDP高出6~8个百分点,至2006年我国的人造板产量已经达到了7428万立方米,产量已超过美国,雄居世界第一。随着人造板产量的不断增加,人们对其“质量”的要求也越来越高。因此,相继出现了萃取法、干燥器法和气候箱法等检测人造板甲醛释放量的方法。其中,穿孔萃取法简单易行,操作方便,但是测试结果不能直接反映甲醛释放对环境的污染;干燥器法标定甲醛时采用滴定法,但该方法测试精度低,测试范围窄;气候箱法最大的优势在于能对实际环境进行精密模拟的能力,该方法可以对人造板及其制品的样品、甚至大幅面整体试件进行模拟气候处理,来评定其甲醛释放性能。但这种测试设备体积大,造价高,被测人造板样品放入约1立方米容积的测试箱中,待其内的人造板甲醛释放,达到标准的测试条件,然后对其中的混合气体进行检测,这个过程时间很长,最多可能延续至28天,才能达到标准的检测条件,因此,测试周期较长,这就不能适应快节奏的市场变化和进出口货物通关的要求,同时也消耗大量人力、物力和能源,有悖于国家节能降耗的需求。
发明内容
为克服上述背景技术中难以准确快速测试人造板甲醛释放量的问题,本发明提出一种能快速检测人造板甲醛释放量的检测系统,其包括检测箱装置,气路装置,水路装置,循环采样装置和系统控制装置;其中,检测箱装置内具有空腔,用于放置被检测的样品;气路装置用于向检测箱内空腔充入空气,使腔内的压力保持在标准的测试压力;水路装置为检测箱装置提供保温层,同时加热进入检测箱的空气,使检测箱装置内空腔的温度保持在标准的测试温度;循环采样装置用于采集检测箱装置内测试样品释放的甲醛和空气的混合气体,通过对该混合气体样本的检测,检测出样品的甲醛释放量;系统控制装置用于分别对气路装置、水路装置和循环采样装置进行压力、温度和采样顺序的控制。
进一步,本发明检测系统的检测箱装置包括检测箱和密封门,检测箱为双层套结构,由不锈钢的内、外壁组成,被测试样品通过打开的密封门的开口,被放于内壁形成的内腔中,密封门用于封闭检测箱内腔;内壁与外壁之间构成密封式水循环层,并具有循环水的进水口和出水口,与水路装置相连。
再进一步,本发明检测系统的水路装置包括控温水箱、电加热器、水泵、液位开关、进水管和回水管,进水管与检测箱壁上的进水口相连,回水管与检测箱壁上的出水口相连;当水箱中的水被电加热器加热到高于检测箱内标准温度时,热水在水泵的压力下被注入检测箱的水循环层,为检测箱加温。
又进一步,本发明检测系统的气路装置包括塑料消声器、洗气瓶、干燥瓶、空气过滤器、气泵、单向截流阀、空气流量计和空气管;在气泵的作用下,外界空气相继通过塑料消声器、洗气瓶、干燥瓶、空气过滤器被(塑料消声器作用)、除尘、干燥和过滤,并由单向截流阀和空气流量计将气压控制在1000Pa-1200Pa,且空气管在检测箱的水循环层内的部分绕成空气盘管,使空气在进入检测箱之前被预热。空气盘管穿过检测箱外壁上的加热空气进口,与检测箱内壁上的加热空气出口相通,使空气进入检测箱内腔。
另外,本发明检测系统的循环采样装置包括出气单向截流阀和电磁阀;检测箱内的混合空气通过检测箱壁上的混合空气出口和单向截流阀排出,并分为一个以上的分支,这些分支分别经过各自的电磁阀;电磁阀每隔一小时开启一个,这样,可以连续测量一个小时以上检测箱中的混合气体,混合气体被排入到吸收瓶中,进而通过吸收瓶中的吸收物质,可检测出样品的甲醛释放量。
本发明中人造板甲醛释放量检测系统的混合空气,经过单向截流阀后分为四个分支,并分别经过四个电磁阀,可连续检测四个小时的甲醛释放量。
进一步,本发明中检测系统的系统控制装置包括温度控制子系统、湿度控制子系统、压力控制子系统、分时采样子系统、实时监控子系统和数据库记录子系统。其中,温度控制子系统通过PID算法用于使水箱保持在用户设定的温度。控制方式为通过上位机与PLC所构成的下位机采集水箱内温度传感器感应的温度,根据用户设定的温度,再通过水泵及循环系统将恒定温度的水送入检测箱内壁与外壁之间,检测箱的腔体充满恒定温度的水后,多余的水从腔体的出水口流回到水箱中,形成水循环系统,使检测箱的温度保持在设定的温度范围内。湿度控制子系统的工作原理为:通过控制气泵的开启,外界空气通过洗气、消声后进入两个装有二氧化硅凝干燥瓶中,使流入的空气湿度达到1%-3%之间,之后被送入检测箱内。气路控制子系统根据检测箱内的压力传感器的信号,调节单向截流阀,将检测箱内的压力控制在1000~1200Pa之间;分时采样子系统通过系统核心控制部件PLC控制四个采集电磁阀,当检测箱温度满足标准条件时,每隔一小时开启一个电磁阀,将检测箱中的混合气体排入吸收瓶中;当测试结束后,也可以实现电磁阀的同时开启,以便对系统中残留的混合气体进行清理;实时监控子系统提供可视化操作界面,进行实时操作,支持多种硬件设备;数据库记录子系统采用MCGS的数据库系统来管理。
根据本发明的检测系统,使检测人造板甲醛释放量的周期由原来气候箱法3-28天缩短至4个小时,且采用上、下位机的控制方式,检测精度高、检测速度快,其实验过程符合欧洲标准BS EN 717-2-1995,同时为我国人造板质量监督检验部门,国家质检中心等执法部门提供新的检测设备,也可以为企业提供产品质量检测设备,对我国人造板行业的进一步发展,将起到积极的作用
本发明检测系统的检测箱温度的控制,采用间接控温的方式,不仅便于摆放试件,而且可以提高检测箱温度的稳定性。
本发明采用数字PID控制方式,精确控制检测箱温度,具有调整时间短、控制精度高、易于操作等优点。同时本发明测试系统操作简单,易学易会。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,描述本发明的一个优选实施例。图1是本发明人造板甲醛释放量检测系统的检测箱剖面图,被检测的测试样品就是放置在该检测箱装置10中进行检测的。测试的基本工作原理是,将一块具有一定暴露面积的测试样品1放置在检测箱2中,用检测箱密封门3将其密封,调整并控制检测箱内的温度、湿度和压力,使其符合标准测试条件。甲醛从测试样品中释放出来,与检测箱内的空气混合在一起。混合的空气通过检测箱侧壁上的出气孔4与检测箱外部的单向截流阀5相连通。这些混合气体经过不同的电磁阀6,通向不同的检测瓶7,检测瓶内装有一定容量的吸收液。当电磁阀开启时,检测箱内的混合空气流入相应的检测瓶内,并通过检测瓶中的吸收液,使混合空气内的被测物充分地被吸收液所吸收。本实施例中的吸收液是蒸馏水检测瓶中吸收了混合空气的吸收液就是被采集到的样本试液,该样本试液经过色普或分光光度仪检测,再经过已知的公式计算,得出被测试样品的甲醛释放量。
在本实施例中,混合空气经出气孔后分出四个分支,分别通过四个分开的电磁阀6,与四个检测瓶相连,电磁阀由系统控制装置控制,每个电磁阀开启一小时,四个电磁阀相继开启,这样可以连续测量四个小时混合空气的甲醛释放量。
在本实施例中,对于检测箱温度的控制,采用间接控温的方式,不仅便于摆放试件,而且可以提高检测箱温度的稳定性。检测箱体采用双层套结构,如图1所示,内层为实验层,外层为水循环层。在热传导的作用下,循环于外层内的热水8对检测箱进行加热。9为空气盘管,其盘绕于水循环层中,空气在进入检测箱内之前在热水中就得到了充分的加热。检测箱内的压力是由压力传感器和空气流量控制装置等进行控制的(此部分在后面得到详细说明)。
下面结合图2,具体描述本发明甲醛释放量检测系统的整体结构。该检测系统包括检测箱装置10,水路装置11,气路装置12,循环采样装置12和系统控制装置40。检测箱装置10包括检测箱2和密封门3,检测箱为双层套结构,由不锈钢的内、外壁组成,被测试样品通过打开的密封门3的开口,被放于内壁形成的内腔中,密封门3用于封闭检测箱内腔,其上有门栓30,利于手持打开;内壁与外壁之间构成密封式水循环层,并有循环水的进水口13和出水口14。
水路装置11由控温水箱15、电加热器16、水泵17、液位开关18、进水管19和回水管20组成,在检测箱的壁上与进水管19的接合处有进水口13,在检测箱的壁上与回水管12的接合处有出水口14。当水箱15中的水通过电加热器16加热到高于检测箱内标准温度时,热水在水泵17的压力下被注入检测箱的水循环层,为检测箱加温。
气路装置由塑料消声器31、洗气瓶32、干燥瓶33,空气过滤器34,气泵35,单向截流阀24和空气流量计23组成。空气依次通过上述装置,最终经过空气流量计23和空气进口25进入检测箱的空气盘管9中,进而使空气进入检测箱内腔。在检测箱的水循环层内绕的铜管,被称为空气盘管,使空气在进入检测箱之前被预热,如图1和图2中所示,空气盘管通过检测箱外壁上的加热空气进口25和内壁上的加热空气出口26,使空气进入检测箱内腔。循环采样装置8由出气单向截流阀5、四个用于分时采样的电磁阀6组成。在上述检测箱装置、水路装置和气路装置各部件的外部,都包覆有保温材料。
另外,在检测箱装置10上装有检测箱温度传感器20和压力传感器21;在水路装置11上装有水箱温度传感器28,系统控制装置通过这些传感器以及电磁阀和单向截流阀等对该整个测试仪进行温度、压力的控制。对于湿度,主要是通过干燥瓶33来控制,瓶内装有二氧化硅凝胶,去湿效果好,使空气基本达到全干状态。
下面详细描述本发明的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统的工作过程。当测试系统启动时,电加热器16对水箱11中的水进行加热,通过水泵17的作用,将水送入到检测箱水循环层中,对检测箱2进行加热。本实施例中,水箱中的温度为63℃。同时,气路装置12启动,外界空气通过塑料消声器31、洗气瓶32、干燥瓶33、空气过滤器34,经由气泵35,单向截流阀24和空气流量计23,再经加热空气进口25进入空气盘管9,最后。经过加热空气出口26进入检测箱内,与被测试样品1发出的甲醛气体混合。在此过程中,空气通过塑料消声器31既能允许气流通过,又能有效地阻止或减弱声能向外传播,洗气瓶32中装有蒸馏水,用于除去空气中的灰尘,干燥瓶33装有干燥剂,如二氧化硅凝胶,用于除去空气中的水气,空气过滤器34的主要作用是去除空气中的悬浮颗粒。该检测箱内气体的压力由系统控制装置控制单向截流阀24和空气流量计23,使其保持在1000Pa-1200Pa。当检测箱温度达到检测标准温度60℃后,电磁阀组22中的4个采集电磁阀开启,每隔一小时开启一个,四个电磁阀连续开启,当第四个采集电磁阀完成动作后,系统处于暂停状态,用户下达“清理”指令,此时所有电磁阀同时开启,清理系统,清理时间由用户自行设定。其中电磁阀中有一个是排气阀,当第一个采集电磁阀阀开启之前,排气阀始终开启,以防止检测箱内的气压过大,当第一个采集阀开启时,排气阀关闭。整个采集过程结束。
本发明人造板甲醛释放量快速检测系统的系统控制装置主要部件包括:工控机所构成的上位机,西门子公司S7-200系列PLC(CPU224)所构成的下位机,其他相关机体、控制面板、伺服机构等部分,其由下述子系统构成,如图3所示:
●温度控制子系统:建立水域,控制加热器对水域进行加热,通过水泵将水打入检测箱外壁,再经由水循环管路流回水域中,利用PID调节控制温度。
●湿度控制子系统:在空气通过气体循环管路和气泵进入检测箱前,必须经过空气过滤器(去除空气中的悬浮颗粒)、洗瓶(含钙的蒸馏水,加大碱度,提高清洁能力)和干燥瓶(二氧化硅凝胶,去湿性能强),得到纯净的干燥空气。
●气路控制子系统:通过压力变送器监控检测箱内的压力,调节单向截流阀,使系统压力在(1000~1200)Pa之间。
●分时采样子系统:在试验过程,通过系统核心部件PLC控制四个采集电磁阀,当检测箱温度满足实验条件时,每隔一小时开启一个,将检测箱中的混合气体排入吸收瓶中。当试验结束后,也可以实现电磁阀的同时开启,以便对系统中残留的混合气体进行清理。
●实时监控子系统:可视化操作界面,实时性强,支持多种硬件设备(包括西门子),运行流程控制简便,具有良好的可维护性和可扩充性。
●数据库记录子系统:采用MCGS的数据库系统来管理,不仅可靠性高,而且也为用户分步组态提供了极大的方便。
该系统控制装置使本发明的甲醛释放量检测系统的性能指标达到标准的测量范围,其性能指标为:
温度控制范围:(60±0.3)℃;
湿度控制范围:(2±0.8)%;
气路装置的压力控制范围:(1000~1200)Pa;
空气流量范围:(60±3)L/h
图4是本发明甲醛释放量检测系统的检测箱内温度达到标准检测温度随时间的变化曲线图;图5是本发明甲醛释放量检测系统的检测箱内温度达到标准检测温度后随时间的变化曲线图。从图4可以看出,本发明测试仪水箱温度和检测箱内空气的温度在测试仪启动约1小时达到检测状态,而在图5的实时检测曲线可看到,检测过程中的水箱温度和检测箱内空气的温度一直保持非常稳定的状态。图4为历史曲线,横轴为时间,总共两个小时,纵轴为温度0-100度。其中红色线为水箱温度曲线,蓝色线为检测箱温度曲线,通过水箱温度来控制检测箱温度,由于热传导的作用,水箱温度高于检测箱温度,一个小时后,两者差值恒定,检测箱温度稳定;图5为实时监控曲线,横轴为时间,单位为秒,纵轴为温度,0-100度。红色线表示水箱,蓝色线表示检测箱,此图是系统稳定以后的监控图。
经过实践的检验,甲醛释放量快速检测系统已经完全达到国外同类产品的水平,通过以上所述的控制方式,检测箱温度稳定在60℃,湿度为2%,压力在1000至1200Pa之间,气流为60L/h,在满足试验条件的基础上,4个采集电磁阀实现了分时开启的功能,即从试验正式开始,每一个小时开启一个。同时系统加入了清理功能,可以在试验开始前或者试验开始后,对检测箱以及混合气体管路进行及时的清理,保证了测试数据的准确性。
该装置采用西门子S7200系列PLC不仅缩短了设计周期,而且极大的提高了整个系统的可靠性、安全性和稳定性,同时采用北京昆仑通态自动化软件科技有限公司的全中文工控组态软件MCGS对整个系统进行实时监控,令整个检测过程更具直观效果,通过对现场信号的采集,保存了大量有价值的试验数据,方便用户日后使用。
以上结合附图描述了本申请的优选实施例,但本发明不限于此,凡是本领域普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神下,作出的任何改变和/或变形,均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于,包括检测箱装置,气路装置,水路装置,循环采样装置和系统控制装置;其中,检测箱装置内具有空腔,用于放置被检测的样品;气路装置用于向检测箱内空腔充入空气,使腔内的压力和湿度保持在所需的测试压力和湿度状态;水路装置为检测箱装置提供保温层,同时加热进入检测箱的空气,使检测箱装置内空腔的温度保持在标准的测试温度;循环采样装置用于采集检测箱装置内测试样品释放的甲醛和空气的混合气体,通过对该混合气体样本的检测,检测出样品的甲醛释放量;系统控制装置分别根据设置在检测箱上的检测箱温度传感器、和压力传感器以及水路装置中的水箱温度传感器的信号,对气路装置、水路装置和循环采样装置进行控制,进而使检测箱装置内腔中的温度、压力保持在所需的状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述检测箱装置包括检测箱和密封门,检测箱为双层套结构,由不锈钢的内、外壁组成,被测试样品通过打开的密封门的开口,被放于内壁形成的内腔中,密封门用于封闭检测箱内腔;内壁与外壁之间构成密封式水循环层,并具有循环水的进水口和出水口,与水路装置相连,形成水循环系统。
3.根据权利要求2所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述水路装置包括控温水箱、电加热器、水泵、液位开关、进水管和回水管,进水管与检测箱壁上的进水口相连,回水管与检测箱壁上的出水口相连;当水箱中的水被电加热器加热到高于检测箱内标准温度时,热水在水泵的压力下被注入检测箱的水循环层,为检测箱加温。
4.根据权利要求3所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述检测箱和密封门,以及进水管和回水管外都包覆有保温材料层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述气路装置包括塑料消声器、洗气瓶、干燥瓶、空气过滤器、气泵、单向截流阀、空气流量计和空气管;在气泵的作用下,外界空气相继通过塑料消声器、洗气瓶、干燥瓶、空气过滤器被除尘、干燥和过滤,干燥瓶内装有二氧化硅凝胶,使空气基本达到全干状态,且通过系统控制装置控制单向截流阀和空气流量计,将检测箱内的气压控制在1000Pa-1200Pa,同时,空气管在检测箱的水循环层内的部分绕成空气盘管,使空气在进入检测箱之前被预热。
6.根据权利要求5所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述空气盘管穿过检测箱外壁上的加热空气进口,与检测箱内壁上的加热空气出口相通,使空气进入检测箱内腔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述循环采样装置包括出气单向截流阀和电磁阀;检测箱内的混合空气通过检测箱壁上的混合空气出口和单向截流阀排出,并分为一个以上的分支,这些分支分别经过各自的电磁阀;电磁阀每隔一小时开启一个,这样,可以连续测量一个小时以上检测箱中的混合气体;混合气体被排入到吸收瓶中,被吸收瓶中的吸收物质所吸收变为样本试液,通过用色普或分光光度仪检测样本试液,即可检测出样品的甲醛释放量。
8.根据权利要求7所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述甲醛释放量检测系统的混合空气经过单向截流阀后分为四个分支,并分别经过四个电磁阀,收集到四个吸收瓶中,可连续检测四个小时的甲醛释放量。
9.根据权利要求8所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述系统控制装置包括温度控制子系统、湿度控制子系统、压力控制子系统、分时采样子系统、实时监控子系统和数据库记录子系统;其中温度控制子系统根据水箱内设置的PID温度传感器控制加热器对水进行加热,使水保持在需要的温度;湿度控制子系统主要是通过干燥瓶来控制,瓶内装有二氧化硅凝胶,使空气基本达到全干状态;压力控制子系统根据设置在检测箱上的压力传感器的信号,调节气路装置的单向截流阀,进而将检测箱内的检测压力控制在1000~1200Pa之间;分时采样子系统通过系统核心控制部件PLC控制四个采集电磁阀,当检测箱温度满足标准条件时,每隔一小时开启一个电磁阀,将检测箱中的混合气体排入吸收瓶中;当测试结束后,也可以实现电磁阀的同时开启,以便对系统中残留的混合气体进行清理;实时监控子系统提供可视化操作界面,进行实时操作,支持多种硬件设备;数据库记录子系统采用MCGS的数据库系统来管理。
10.根据权利要求9所述的人造板甲醛释放量检测系统,其特征在于:所述水箱的温度被控制在60℃以上,检测箱通过其上设置的温度传感器,温度被控制在60±0.3℃的范围;湿度被控制在2±0.8%的范围。
