本发明公开了一种墙体砌筑、抹面轻质浆料,其特征是由下列重量配比的原料制成的:粉煤灰70-80%、水泥10-18%、纤维素醚粉0.1-0.4%、可再分散性乳胶粉1-5%、减水早强剂2-6%、稠化粉1-4%。本发明用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块的砌筑及墙体抹面,可使墙体整体效果好,稳定性强,不易开裂,抗震、抗压能力较强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑用的抹面沙浆的浆料,特别是一种用于墙体砌筑、抹面的轻质浆料,主要应用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体的砌筑及墙体抹面。
背景技术
目前,砌筑、抹面用的浆料,一般是由水泥、沙、石灰三种原料按一定比例混合而成的,这种浆料应用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块的砌筑及墙体抹面存在以下缺点:1是只起到混凝土砌块之间的粘结作用或只起到普通的抹面作用,而不具有保温、隔热的功能;2是因使用量较大,造成材料的浪费,从而增加了施工成本;3是因现有的浆料的材质与蒸压加气混凝土砌块的冷热系数不一致,从而导致墙体很易开裂,整体强度的稳定性较差,抗震、抗压能力弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是想克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种用于墙体砌筑、抹面的新浆料,采用该浆料用于墙体砌筑、抹面,尤其是用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块的砌筑及墙体抹面,可使墙体整体效果好,稳定性强,不易开裂,抗震、抗压能力较强。
为实现本发明的上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种墙体砌筑、抹面轻质浆料,其特征是由下列重量配比的原料制成的:粉煤灰70-80%、水泥10-18%、纤维素醚粉0.1-0.4%、可再分散性乳胶粉1-5%、减水早强剂2-6%、稠化粉1-4%。
所述的水泥是指标号为32.5的水泥。
本发明由于在配方中加入了纤维素醚粉、可再生分散性乳胶粉、减水早强剂及稠化粉,从而激活了粉煤灰的活性,增加了浆料的粘结强度,应用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块的砌筑及墙体抹面,二者材质一致,冷热系数一致,不仅使墙体的整体稳定性较强,不易开裂,抗震、抗压能力强,而且也增加了墙体的保温隔热效果,因其粘结强度大,所以用料省,只相当于传统浆料的1/4。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施的例子对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
实施例1:按下列重量比例称取原料:粉煤灰80%、32.5号水泥11.6%、纤维素醚粉0.4%、可再分散性乳胶粉5%、减水早强剂2%、稠化粉1%,放入分散混合器内,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2:按下列重量比例称取原料:粉煤灰70%、32.5号水泥18%、纤维素醚粉0.1%、可再分散性乳胶粉1.9%、减水早强剂6%、稠化粉4%,放入分散混合器内,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3:按下列重量比例称取原料:粉煤灰80%、32.5号水泥10%、纤维素醚粉0.3%、可再分散性乳胶粉1%、减水早强剂5.4%、稠化粉3.3%,放入分散混合器内,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例4:按下列重量比例称取原料:粉煤灰75%、32.5号水泥15%、纤维素醚粉0.2%、可再分散性乳胶粉3%、减水早强剂3.8%、稠化粉3%,放入分散混合器内,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明所采用的原料均为市场上直接购得的。
本发明使用时,按常规方法加水调成适宜的沙浆后,即可用于墙体的砌筑及抹墙。

1.一种墙体砌筑、抹面轻质浆料,其特征是由下列重量配比的原料制成的:粉煤灰70-80%、水泥10-18%、纤维素醚粉0.1-0.4%、可再分散性乳胶粉1-5%、减水早强剂2-6%、稠化粉1-4%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的墙体砌筑、抹面轻质浆料,其特征是所述的水泥是标号为32.5的水泥。
