Abstract

本发明公开一种显示装置,其包括一壳体,一显示模组及一透明防护板。该壳体具有一容置腔,该显示模组设于该壳体的容置腔内,该透明防护板设于该显示模组的出光面侧。其中该显示装置在该显示模组与该透明防护板之间的边缘处还设有一多孔透气材料层。上述显示装置具有屏幕防护功能与较好显示效果的优点。

显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示装置,尤其涉及一种具有屏幕防护功能的显示装置。
背景技术
随着多媒体技术的快速发展,平面显示装置(包括液晶显示装置、有机发光显示装置、等离子显示装置及场发射显示装置等)已被越来越广泛的应用于个人数位助理、笔记型电脑、数字相机、移动电话、电视等电子产品中。其中特别以液晶显示装置发展最快,产量最大
在液晶显示装置中,为使显示画面清晰,液晶屏幕需要保持洁净。由于现有的液晶屏幕直接是由软质材料构成,其清洗时一旦被硬物碰撞,就有可能产生不可修复的损伤。
现有技术中,在保持液晶显示器携带方便的前提下,为防止液晶屏幕受污染或被硬物碰撞而损伤,有采用一硬质玻璃板固定于液晶显示装置的壳体上作为屏幕防护。并且为便于该液晶显示装置的组装、修复或更换,通常在将该玻璃板固定于该液晶显示屏幕的前端时,该玻璃板与液晶屏幕之间会留有空隙。然而,为避免液晶显示器在刚开始显示时,该空隙内的水分子由于冷热不均而冷凝于该玻璃板上产生白雾,继而影响显示效果,该空隙需与外界空气相通。但当该空隙与外界相通时,外界的污染物又容易进入该空隙而污染屏幕,其仍会影响显示效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种具有屏幕防护功能与较好显示效果的显示装置。
一种显示装置,其包括一壳体,一显示模组及一透明防护板。该壳体具有一容置腔,该显示模组设于该壳体的容置腔内,该透明防护板设于该显示模组的出光面侧。其中该显示装置在该显示模组与该透明防护板之间的边缘处还设有一多孔透气材料层。
相对于现有技术,所述显示装置包括一透明防护板与一多孔透气材料层,其在开始使用时,由于多孔透气材料层使得显示模组与透明防护板之间的间隙与外界空气相通,在该间隙内的水分子可以通过该多孔透气材料层自由进出,继而可减少水分子碰到透明防护板上的数量,因此可防止过多的水分子因为冷热不均而在透明防护板上凝结产生白雾。并且,由于多孔透气材料层内的孔洞曲折,飞尘难以通过,因此在确保该间隙与外界相通的前提下,还可防止外界飞尘等污染物进入该间隙,确保显示装置的清晰显示。因此上述显示装置具有屏幕防护功能与较好显示效果的优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对显示装置做进一步详细说明。
请参见图1与图2,本发明较佳实施例一的显示装置10包括一液晶显示模组11,一壳体12,一多孔透气材料层13及一透明防护板14。壳体12具有一容置腔121与一顶面122。液晶显示模组11设于壳体12的容置腔121内。透明防护板14设于液晶显示模组11的出光面111侧。多孔透气材料层13可设于液晶显示模组11与该透明防护板14之间的边缘处;本实施例中,多孔透气材料层13位于壳体12的顶面122上并与透明防护板14相连。
透明防护板14用于防护液晶显示模组11受到硬物碰撞与刮伤,其材质可为玻璃或透明塑料。
多孔透气材料层13用于使液晶显示模组11与透明防护板14之间的间隙15与外界空气相通。多孔透气材料层13是包括高分子多孔材料或高分子复合多孔材料,例如,聚四氟乙烯多孔材料(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)。多孔透气材料层13的结构可根据环境需要来确定,例如当环境湿度较大时,可增加多孔透气材料层13与间隙15及外界的接触面,以利于提高间隙15内的空气与外界空气的交换速度。本实施例中,多孔透气材料层13的结构为大小与壳体12相配合的矩形框,且其上下两个侧面约与液晶显示模组11及透明防护板14相平行。多孔透气材料层13可通过粘胶与壳体12及透明防护板14固定在一起,当然其也可通过螺丝螺孔配合结构或卡扣结构与壳体12及透明防护板14相固定。
显示装置10在开始使用时,由于多孔透气材料层13使得液晶显示模组11与透明防护板14之间的间隙15与外界空气相通,在间隙15内的水分子可以通过多孔透气材料层13自由进出,继而可减少水分子碰到透明防护板14上的数量,因此可防止过多的水分子因为冷热不均而在透明防护板14上凝结产生白雾。并且,由于多孔透气材料层13是由多孔材料形成,其内的孔洞曲折,气体可通过但飞尘却难以通过,因此在确保间隙15与外界空气相通的前提下,还可防止外界飞尘等污染物进入间隙15,确保显示装置显示清晰。此外,若选用孔径相对较小的多孔材料来制备多孔透气材料层13,其防尘效果还可进一步提高。
请参见图3,本发明较佳实施例二的显示装置20。显示装置20与显示装置10相似,也包括一液晶显示模组21,一壳体22,一多孔透气材料层23及一透明防护板24;其不同点在于:在壳体22的顶面222的边缘处形成有一凸缘223,凸缘223围成一第二容置腔(图未标),多孔透气材料层23位于该第二容置腔内。多孔透气材料层23包括一底部231与一远离显示装置10的显示中心的一折弯部232。顶部231与折弯部232相配合围成一第三容置腔(图未标)而将透明防护板24容置其中。由于壳体22设有凸缘223与多孔透气材料层23具有一折弯部232,其可将透明防护板24包围,因此更有利于牢靠固定透明防护板24。
请参见图4,本发明较佳实施例三的显示装置30。显示装置30与显示装置10相似,也包括一液晶显示模组31,一壳体32,一多孔透气材料层33及一透明防护板34;其不同点在于:在透明防护板34边缘处设有多个通孔341,且多个通孔341位于多孔透气材料层33的上方。由于多个通孔341使得孔透气材料层33具有更多与外界相连的表面,因此更有利于提高液晶显示模组31与透明防护板34之间间隙35内的空气与外界空气的交换速度。可以理解,通孔341内也可以填充多孔材料。
请参见图5,本发明较佳实施例四的显示装置40。显示装置40与显示装置10相似,也包括一液晶显示模组41,一壳体42,一多孔透气材料层43及一透明防护板44;其不同点在于:多孔透气材料层43由多个多孔透气单元431,432构成,多孔透气单元431,432可为采用不同的形状;本实施例中,多孔透气单元431,432为条状。将多孔透气材料层43分成多个透气单元431,432,有利于根据环境湿度要求选用一定量的多孔材料来形成多孔透气材料层43。此外,可以理解,多孔透气材料层43可为仅由一个透气单元431构成,但需注意的是在其之间没有多孔透气单元431的壳体42与透明防护板44处,要用其他材料来做支撑以保持透明防护板44的平整。
可以理解,上述显示装置中的液晶显示模组可用其他的显示模组替代,例如有机发光显示模组、等离子显示模组及场发射显示模组等,即上述壳体、多孔透气材料层及一透明防护板的配合结构可用于有机发光显示装置、等离子显示装置及场发射显示装置。

Claims (9)

1.一种显示装置,其包括一壳体,一显示模组及一透明防护板;该壳体具有一容置腔,该显示模组设于该壳体的容置腔内,该透明防护板设于该显示模组的出光面侧;其特征在于:该显示装置还包括一多孔透气材料层,其设置于该显示模组与该透明防护板之间的边缘处。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该透明防护板的材质为玻璃与透明塑料之一。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该多孔透气材料层包括高分子多孔材料与高分子复合多孔材料之一。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该高分子多孔材料为聚四氟乙烯。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该多孔透气材料层的一侧与该壳体相连,其相对的另一侧与该透明防护板相连。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该壳体包括一顶面与一形成于该顶面的凸缘,该凸缘与该顶面相配合围成另一容置腔,该透明防护板与该多孔透气材料层设于该另一容置腔内。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该透明防护板的边缘处还具有多个通孔,该通孔位于该多孔透气材料层的上方。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该透明防护板、该多孔透气材料层及该壳体通过粘胶相互固定。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:该多孔透气材料层由至少一个长条形的多孔透气单元构成。
