Abstract

一种防呆集成电路元件,其包括一元件主体和两个引脚,所述两个引脚延伸自所述元件主体的同一端面,所述两个引脚横截面的形状互不相同或同一轴向不平行。采用此种设计,通过改变所述集成电路元件的引脚形状或排布,使得所述集成电路元件只能以规定的正确方向插入对应的印刷电路板的穿孔中,完全杜绝了所述集成电路元件安装反向情况的发生,解除了由于所述集成电路元件安装反向可能引起的产品质量问题。

Description

防呆集成电路元件
技术领域
本发明是关于一种集成电路元件,特别是指一种可防止集成电路元件反向安装的防呆集成电路元件。
背景技术
集成电路元件是电子设备中的重要元件之一,在目前使用的各种电子产品中,LM78L75系列的集成电路元件应用非常广泛。在目前电子设备的各种音频电路中,均会用到上述集成电路元件来确保所述音频电路运行更稳定高效。
请参照图1,现有的集成电路元件10包括一元件主体12、一输入引脚14、一接地引脚16和一输出引脚18,所述输入引脚14、接地引脚16和输出引脚18延伸自所述元件主体12的同一端面13。所述输入引脚14、接地引脚16和输出引脚18为三个任意相同轴向都互为平行且形状及排布方式均完全相同的横截面呈矩形的金属柱体。一与所述集成电路元件10搭配的印刷电路板15包括输入引脚穿孔15a、接地引脚穿孔15b和输出引脚穿孔15c,所述穿孔15a、15b及15c也均对应为完全相同的矩形。
在实验或是生产中安装所述集成电路元件10时,为了防止安装反向,业界一般是将所述元件主体12做成如图所示的半圆柱体形状,并在与其搭配的所述印刷电路板15上的相应安装位置丝印半圆形,用以规定其安装方向,然后按照规定的安装方向将所述集成电路元件10的输入引脚14、接地引脚16及输出引脚18对应插入所述印刷电路板15的输入引脚穿孔15a、接地引脚穿孔15b和输出引脚穿孔15c后焊接固定。但是由于所述输入引脚14和输出引脚18完全相同,故在所述输入引脚14和输出引脚18接反时仍能安装上,故所述集成电路元件10的安装反向在生产和实验中由于人为疏忽常有发生,造成了一定的产品质量隐患。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种集成电路元件的反向防呆设计,以防止所述集成电路元件安装时反向,提高产品品质。
一种防呆集成电路元件,其包括一元件主体和两个引脚,所述两个引脚延伸自所述元件主体的同一端面,所述两个引脚横截面的形状互不相同或同一轴向不平行。
采用此种设计,通过改变集成电路元件的引脚形状或排布,使所述集成电路元件只能以规定的正确方向插入对应的印刷电路板的穿孔中,完全杜绝了所述集成电路元件安装反向情况的发生,解除了由于所述集成电路元件反向安装可能引起的产品质量隐患。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2,是本发明第一较佳实施方式的防呆集成电路元件20,其包括一元件主体22、一输入引脚24、一接地引脚26和一输出引脚28,所述输入引脚24、接地引脚26和输出引脚28延伸自所述元件主体22的同一端面23,所述输入引脚24及接地引脚26均分别为一横截面呈矩形的金属柱体,所述输出引脚28为一圆柱形金属柱体;所述输出引脚28也可为一横截面呈三角形(或其它非矩形)的金属柱体。
一印刷电路板25可与所述防呆集成电路元件20搭配使用,所述印刷电路板25上对应所述防呆集成电路元件20的输入引脚24、接地引脚26和输出引脚28分别设有一矩形穿孔25a、一矩形穿孔25b和一圆形穿孔25c。
借此,所述防呆集成电路元件20的输入引脚24和输出引脚28可以对应插入所述印刷电路板25的穿孔25a和25c中,并且由于形状关系,所述输入引脚24不能插入所述穿孔25c中,使得所述防呆集成电路元件20不能反向安装,达到杜绝集成电路元件安装反向的目的。
请参阅图3,是本发明第二较佳实施方式的防呆集成电路元件30,其包括一元件主体32、一输入引脚34、一接地引脚36和一输出引脚38,所述输入引脚34、接地引脚36和输出引脚38延伸自所述元件主体32的同一端面33,所述输入引脚34为一圆柱形金属柱体,所述输入引脚34也可为一横截面呈三角形(或其它非矩形)的金属柱体;所述接地引脚36及输出引脚38均分别为横截面呈矩形的金属柱体。
一印刷电路板35可与所述防呆集成电路元件30搭配使用,所述印刷电路板35上对应所述防呆集成电路元件30的输入引脚34、接地引脚36和输出引脚38分别设有一圆形穿孔35a、一矩形穿孔35b和一矩形穿孔35c。
借此,所述防呆集成电路元件30的输入引脚34和输出引脚38可以对应插入所述印刷电路板35的穿孔35a和35c中,并且由于形状关系,所述输入引脚34不能插入穿孔35c中,使得所述防呆集成电路元件30不能反向安装,达到杜绝集成电路元件安装反向的目的。
请参阅图4,是本发明第三较佳实施例的防呆集成电路元件40,其包括一元件主体42、一输入引脚44、一接地引脚46和一输出引脚48,所述输入引脚44、接地引脚46和输出引脚48延伸自所述元件主体42的同一端面43,且均为横截面呈矩形的金属柱体。其中,所述输入引脚44和输出引脚48的横截面为不同的矩形,其底面矩形的同一轴向呈90度垂直排布,也就是说,如果分别同时以所述输入引脚44和输出引脚48的底面矩形的两长边(或两短边)的中点连线画轴,其两底面的同一对应轴互相垂直。
一印刷电路板45可与所述防呆集成电路元件40搭配使用,所述印刷电路板45上对应所述防呆集成电路元件40的输入引脚44、接地引脚46和输出引脚48分别设有三个矩形穿孔45a、45b和45c。
借此,所述防呆集成电路元件40的输入引脚44和输出引脚48可以对应插入所述印刷电路板45的穿孔45a和45c中,并且由于所述穿孔45a和45c同一对应轴呈90度,所述输入引脚44不能插入穿孔45c中,使得所述防呆集成电路元件40不能反向安装,达到杜绝集成电路元件安装反向的目的。
所述输入引脚44和输出引脚46底面的同一对应轴排列不限于90度,只要保证两引脚底面的同一对应轴不平行排列的角度均可达到防止安装反向的目的。

Claims (4)

1.一种防呆集成电路元件,其包括一元件主体和两个引脚,所述两个引脚延伸自所述元件主体的同一端面,其特征在于:所述两个引脚横截面的形状互不相同或同一轴向不平行。
2.如权利要求1所述的防呆集成电路元件,其特征在于:所述两个引脚中一个为横截面呈矩形的金属柱体,另一个为横截面呈圆柱形的金属柱体。
3.如权利要求1所述的防呆集成电路元件,其特征在于:所述两个引脚中一个为横截面呈三角形的金属柱体,另一个为横截面呈圆柱形的金属柱体。
4.如权利要求1所述的防呆集成电路元件,其特征在于:所述两个引脚的横截面同一轴呈90度排列。
