技术领域
本发明涉及一种沼气产气装置,尤其是一种厌氧微生物处理有机废弃物产生沼气的单元成型高效沼气发生器。
背景技术
厌氧法是污水处理过程中重要的一环,其不但能够达到处理污水的目的,而且所产生的沼气、沼渣可达到综合利用。目前,国内外大中型沼气工程工艺有很多,从反应器的类型来划分,存在常规型、污泥滞留型和附着膜型三种类型。常规型包括常规厌氧发酵工艺、完全混合式厌氧发酵工艺和塞流式厌氧发酵工艺(又称推流式厌氧发酵工艺)。污泥滞留型包括厌氧接触工艺、升流式厌氧发酵工艺(USR)、升流式厌氧污泥床厌氧发酵工艺(UASB)、折流式厌氧发酵工艺等。附着膜型包括厌氧滤池发酵工艺(AF)、流化床发酵工艺(FBR)和膨胀床发酵工艺(EBR)等。其中,污泥滞留型和附着膜型厌氧发酵工艺主要适用于料液浓度低、悬浮物固体含量少的有机废水,工程投资高。常规型厌氧发酵工艺一般适宜于料液浓度较大、悬浮物固体含量较高的有机废水,投资费用较低,经济适用,符合当前国内大部分地区发展现状,但是常规型反应池工程存在施工时间长、难度大(主要是防渗防漏工作)、产气效率不高、后期管理任务重等缺点,限制了进一步推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种产气率高的单元成型高效沼气发生器。
本发明的技术方案是:一种单元成型高效沼气发生器,包括整体成型壳体和其上部的进料口、导气管及下部的排渣口,在整体成型壳体内顶面和内底面上交错设置有隔离挡板,在壳体内设置有搅拌器机构。
搅拌器机构由横向转轴、装在横向转轴上的叶片和与横向转轴联接的电机组成。
搅拌器机构由纵向转轴、装在纵向转轴上的叶片和与纵向转轴联接的电机组成。
在壳体的侧面设有溢流口。
本发生器旨在克服现有常规厌氧发酵工艺中施工难度大,产气率低等先天不足,改善当前沼气工艺实际建设中存在的诸多问题,为更好的推广利用沼气技术奠定坚实的技术支持和保证。综合考量该项发明,概括的说具有以下优点:不仅施工方便、操作简单、不同区域不同加热方式,产气效率高,而且可以工厂化运作、大批量生产、外观形象美观。

具体实施方式
本发明的结构如图1和图2所示:包括整体成型壳体7和其上部的进料口1、导气管3及下部的排渣口8,在整体成型壳体内顶面和内底面上交错设置有隔离挡板2将内部隔成多个互通的波浪式小室,在壳体内设置有横向或纵向搅拌器机构。横向搅拌器机构由横向转轴9、装在横向转轴上的叶片10和与横向转轴联接的电机6组成。纵向搅拌器机构由纵向转轴4、装在纵向转轴上的叶片11和与纵向转轴联接的电机6组成,在每个波浪式小室中各设有一个纵向搅拌器机构,在壳体的侧面设有溢流口5。
工作原理:发生器内部有设置有隔离挡板2和搅拌机构,通过电机6低速带动横向转轴9上的叶片10或纵向转轴4上的叶片11进行搅拌使壳体7内消化污泥12(厌氧微生物)始终处于悬浮状态,保证微生物与可生化有机物的充分接触。待处理的废液从反应装置壳体上部的左端通过进料口1进入壳体内,在隔离挡板2导流作用下,废液反复上下流动,经搅拌机构的低速搅拌,与消化污泥充分混合,并防止反应器内悬浮物结壳及污泥长时间沉淀。污泥中的厌氧微生物分解消化废液中的可生化有机物,产生大量沼气,以微小气泡形式不断释放,经壳体的顶部管道导气管3排出。处理后的沼液沼渣从壳体右端侧面的溢流口5自动流出来。另外,针对不同地域,可采取不同方式通过在发生器壳体内部霍外部的加热装置给发生器增温。
本发生器特点:
1、沼气发生器整体成型,工厂化生产;
2、发生器壳体材料为金属、高分子材料;
3、壳体形状为方形、罐形等形状;
4、多个发生器单位串并联任意组合,成阵列分布,放置在地上、半地下或全地上;
5、内部结构成格状小室、折流池;
6、格状小室、折流室可填充滤料,便于城市生活污水处理;
7、容积内设置机械搅拌;
8、搅拌有轴向、纵向两种方式;
9、容积内外辅助加热装置;
10、进、出料利用重力自动流进、流出,或利用机械设备进出料;
11、处理废物:粪污、生活污水、工业有机废水。

1.一种单元成型高效沼气发生器,包括整体成型壳体和其上部的进料口、导气管及下部的排渣口,其特征是:在整体成型壳体内顶面和内底面上交错设置有隔离挡板,在壳体内设置有搅拌机构;搅拌机构由纵向转轴、装在纵向转轴上的叶片和与纵向转轴联接的电机组成。
