技术领域
本发明涉及一种电器外壳,特别涉及该外壳元件的接地。
背景技术
为了确保能够安全地操作电器,被使用者接触以及在电器于使用时会导电的金属零件必须进行接地,或者由于故障而存在能够导电可能性的金属零件必须进行接地。对于毛坯金属零件,能够通过按压这些零件比如用螺丝将它们紧紧地拧到接地导体上实现接地。这样的接地导体例如是电线,所述电线被连接到交流供电插座的地电势,或者是外壳中直接或间接地与这样的电线有导电连接的导电零件。
对于涂有瓷漆或者以其它方式带有涂层而使它们电绝缘的金属零件,这样的按压接触对于可靠地建立电连接是不够的。
为了对带瓷漆的面板或者对带有涂层以提供其它形式的电绝缘的面板建立可靠地导电接触,能够使用具有锋利轮廓的螺钉,所述螺钉被插进该面板中的孔,在孔中切进它自己的螺纹,在这种情况下穿透所述的绝缘涂层。然而,对这样的连接很难实现需要的操作安全,由于要使螺钉能够切割螺纹,在没有对螺钉施加不相称的力矩的情况下,面板必须非常软或者非常薄,由此对由螺钉做出的连接上只能施加微小的负荷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是详细说明一种电器外壳,其中两个金属零件之间的导电连接是以简单、可靠而持久的方式形成的。
上述目的是通过带有下述部件的电器外壳实现的,包括电绝缘结构和紧固到所述结构的导电外皮的壁件,导电支架及至少一个螺钉,由于螺钉伸过所述外皮的凹槽以及所述外皮中围绕凹槽的材料被螺钉移位,所述螺钉与在所述结构中的孔配合并由此保持所述壁件压靠在所述支架上。
材料的移位导致螺钉与导电外皮建立可靠的电接触;通过与坚固结构中的孔同时配合,建立可靠的夹紧,从而螺钉与导电外皮之间的电接触不会受操作在螺钉或操作在壁件上的力的负面影响。因此在所述外皮和导电支架之间建立了持久的导电连接。
在所述凹槽的形状上几乎没有任何限制。优选地,所述凹槽为孔,然而它也能够实现为在所述凹槽的边缘处开口的切口。
优选地,所述凹槽具有锯齿状的边,因为与比如基本上直线延伸的边相比,锯齿更容易因螺钉而发生重大变形。
优选地,切口的两个锯齿边彼此相对,于是螺钉在两个从两边突出的锯齿之间被夹紧。
导电外皮为外壳的外部覆盖物。因为外皮被紧固到电绝缘的固定结构,就没有必要自支撑,这意味着它可以使用薄而低廉的板。
所述坚固结构可以是由塑料制成的模制零件。
如果所述板被涂瓷漆,瓷漆层优选地在最接近凹槽的地方被省略,目的是促进所述板与螺钉之间的导电接触,即使瓷漆层阻止所述板与所述支架之间的直接电接触。
本发明优选地应用为冰箱外壳。冰箱的压缩机能够被安装在例如支架上,于是所述支架同时被用作机械支撑和压缩机的接地装置。

具体实施方式
图1表示在冰箱的外壳壁1与支撑轨道2之间的连接的分解透视图,所述支撑轨道被作为冰箱的压缩机(没有画出)的支架。
部分画出的外壳壁1包括由塑料制成的内部零件3和由带瓷漆的金属制成的外部零件8。内部零件3包括板4,该板形成外壳壁的内侧,以及在该板的自由边处形成U型件5。在图1透视图中的U型件5的槽中模制有多个块状塑料体6,该塑料体6将U型件5的相对翼彼此连接在一起,并且在每一个塑料体中形成小孔7。
外壳壁1的外部零件8包括平行于内部零件3的壁板4的板9以及以直角弯曲的第一杆10和从第一杆10的边缘倾斜、平行于板9的第二杆11。当各个零件被组装时,第一杆10覆盖U型件5的槽,板9和第二杆11的外侧贴靠在U型件5的两翼上。两个孔12,13被放置在第一杆10中,于是它们与小孔7重合。当孔12在外壳壁1的组装状态下使对应小孔7的整个开口自由时,孔的相对的纵向边形成突出的齿,突出的齿部分地覆盖相应小孔7的开口。
由强硬金属板模制的支撑轨道2设有两个槽形孔14,15,如果支撑轨道2放在外壳壁1上,两个槽形孔与杆10的孔12,13重合。设置孔12,13,14,15是为了使螺钉15,16通过这些孔被引到内部零件3的小孔7内。小孔7的直径被加工成所需尺寸,于是当被紧固时,螺钉16,17自动地将螺纹切进小孔7的壁并且由此将自身固定。孔12,14,15的尺寸这样选择,于是螺钉16,17的轴能够自由地适合它们。因此适合孔14,12的螺钉16如果被拧进小孔7中直到它停止,它仅支持压靠在杆10上的支架,但是不必然在支撑轨道2和金属外部零件8之间建立接地接触。图2表示穿过杆10的、在孔13附近的截面图,螺钉17穿过孔13,在孔13的对立纵向边上设有齿18。能够看到螺钉17的圆柱轴,而且在图中肋20向轴19的右边突出,形成螺钉的螺纹。该肋20在两个相邻齿18之间配合,并由此使一个齿的顶端,该齿被标记为18a,从该截面向下移位,并且使第二个齿的顶端,该齿被标记为18b,从该截面向上移位。孔13的纵向边上的与齿18a,18b相对的齿18c的顶端被螺钉的轴19沿侧向挤压。在齿18a,18b,18c与肋20之间的内部接触确保螺钉17与外部零件8之间的良好导电接触。如果螺钉17被拧紧到它停止时,它的头部从上方压在支撑轨道2上,由此保证螺钉和支撑轨道之间的可靠电接触,这就使外部零件8和支撑轨道2彼此电连接。自然地,肋20不但能够在位于同一纵向侧的两个齿之间配合孔13,如图2所示,而且能够在相对的纵向侧的两个齿之间配合孔13。其效果是一样的,肋20穿过该截面时,相邻齿18中的一个被向上挤,一个被向下挤。
因为由螺钉17引起的变形只影响齿18,齿18容许为拧进螺钉17所需的力矩小,这些齿由于它们自由突出的形状而能够相对容易地发生变形。如果杆10的材质非常薄并因此非常容易变形,为了保证孔13的边与螺钉17之间的足够接触压力,也考虑如图3所示的孔的形状。代替单个的齿,此处,宽凸耳21均从孔的两个纵向侧突出。当螺钉17被拧进时,两个凸耳21中的一个被螺钉的肋20从图中所示的截面上向上推,另一个被向下推,通过凸耳21在肋20上由变形导致的压力保证可靠的电接触。
因为螺钉16,17被可靠地固定在小孔7的自攻螺纹中,于螺钉17在孔13内移动时在壁1和支架2之间没有产生力的危险,以及螺钉17和外部零件8之间的电接触没有丧失的危险。
Claims (8)
1.一种电器外壳,包括壁件(1)、导电支架(2)和至少一个螺钉(17),壁件(1)带有电绝缘的坚固结构(3)和被紧固到所述结构(3)的导电外皮(8),所述螺钉配合进所述结构(3)的孔(7)中并且保持所述支架(2)压靠在壁件(1)上,螺钉(17)穿过所述外皮(8)的凹槽(13),并且外皮(8)中围绕所述凹槽(13)的材料被螺钉(17)移位。
2.如权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述凹槽(13)是孔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述凹槽(13)具有由螺钉(17)变形的锯齿状边。
4.如权利要求3所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述凹槽(13)的两个锯齿状边彼此相对。
5.如前述权利要求任一个所述的外壳,其特征在于,导电外皮(8)是形成外壳的外部覆盖物的金属板。
6.如前述权利要求任一个所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述坚固结构(3)是由塑料模制的零件。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述金属板(8)带有一层瓷漆,而且所述瓷漆层在凹槽(13)的附近缺失。
8.如前述权利要求任一个所述的外壳,其特征在于,该外壳是冰箱外壳,而且压缩机安装在所述支架(2)上。
