一种无钉铆接压槽铝条的管板吸收体,由一块铝板吸收体与数条压槽铝条用冲压扩张拉伸盲孔相连接制成,通常铝板吸收体呈长方形,其上沿长度方向布置有数条平行布置且长度略短的压槽铝条,对直流式吸收体,各压槽铝条之间还开有一长列小孔以减少热短路。本发明的有益效果包括压槽铝条与吸收体铝板的连接牢固、传热热阻低、加工变形小、表面平整、适合大批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无钉铆接压槽铝条的管板吸收体。
背景技术
采用弹性管道管板结构吸收体制造的太阳集热器具有抗冻、耐蚀、不结垢等优点,但弹性管道与平板吸收体之间的结合需要采用将金属板包裹弹性管道的形式。有一种用制有槽道的铝条用胶粘剂粘接于铝板吸收体上并在槽道中置以弹性管道的技术方案,其表面平整,管板间的热阻也不高,但它需要较长时间的模具固定时间;有一种在平板吸收体上用铆钉铆接制有槽道的铝条的技术方案,它具有耐机械冲击的优点,但铆钉会破坏平板吸收体上的选择性吸收膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种无钉铆接压槽铝条的管板吸收体。
本发明的目的这样实现:采用将一块铝板吸收体与数条压槽铝条用冲压扩张拉伸盲孔相连接制成一种无钉铆接压槽铝条的管板吸收体,通常铝板吸收体呈长方形,其上沿长度方向布置有数条平行布置且长度略短的压槽铝条。对直流式吸收体,各压槽铝条之间还开有一长列小孔以减少热短路。
本发明的有益效果包括压槽铝条与吸收体铝板的连接牢固、传热热阻低、加工变形小、不破坏板体和表面吸收膜、适合大批量生产。

具体实施方式
图1和图2共同给出本发明的一个实施例,一个无钉铆接压槽铝条的管板吸收体。图中,采用将一块长方形铝板吸收体1与数条平行布置且长度略短的压槽铝条2用冲压扩张拉伸盲孔相连接制成一种无钉铆接压槽铝条的管板吸收体。从图1可见,原来平直的压槽铝条2的上边、压槽铝条2和板吸收体1的接合部以及板吸收体1的下边经冲压扩张拉伸盲孔后分别具有如3、4、5的形状并牢固连接在一起。在铝板吸收体2和压槽铝条3之间嵌有一条弹性管道6。

Claims (2)

1.一种无钉铆接压槽铝条的管板吸收体,由一块铝板吸收体与数条压槽铝条用冲压扩张拉伸盲孔相连接制成,通常铝板吸收体呈长方形,其上沿长度方向布置有数条平行布置且长度略短的压槽铝条,对直流式吸收体,各压槽铝条之间还开有一长列小孔以减少热短路,其特征在于含有一块与数条压槽铝条用冲压扩张拉伸盲孔相连接的铝板吸收体。
2.如权利要求1所述的管板吸收体,其特征在于含有一块长方铝板,其上沿长度方向用冲压扩张拉伸盲孔连接有数条平行布置且长度略短的压槽铝条。
