Description

通知IP/MAC平台的重配置的方法及其DVB系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种DVB(数字视频广播)系统,更具体地,涉及一种在DVB系统中通知IP/MAC平台的重配置的方法及其系统。
背景技术
DVB系统提供一种通过各种传输媒体来传输MPEG-2传送流(TS)的方法。TS通常传输MPEG-2视频或音频,但是也能够传输基于DVB传输标准的数据。这种数据广播的示例包括通过DVB系统下载软件和提供互联网业务。
DVB系统目前提供数据管道、数据串流传输、多协议封装(下文中的MPE)和数据传送的数据广播过程。该DVB系统可以将所有类型的数据(像视频和音频)和文件下载业务一起作为IP包传输。将参照图1描述传输以MPE的形式封装的IP包,其中,图1示出传统DVB系统的传送包串流的结构。参照图1,IP串流31的IP包被封装在包含在MPE分段串流33中的MPE分段中。MPE分段33的数据报被封装在传送包串流35的DSM-CC(数字存储媒体-命令和控制)分段中,通过DVB网络传输。
图2示出在DVB系统中DVB网络、TS、DVB业务和基本串流组件之间的关系。DVB系统的节目特定信息/业务信息(PSI/SI)信息主要提供IP包如何以MPEG TS 35格式被封装的信息。也就是,PSI/SI信息用于将MPEGTS包的PID(节目ID)映射到在上层中选择的广播业务的IP地址,从而DVB接收终端可以通过使用IP地址来接收相关的IP数据。
DVB数据广播标准还提供对通过DVB网络传输的IP/MAC业务进行信令的标准。为了得到期望的IP/MAC串流,该信令使DVB终端能够被调谐到转达IP/MAC串流的各个传送流中的适当的一个。通过IP/MAC通知表(下文的INT)的方式来实现该信令过程。
因此,DVB接收终端首先搜索网络信息表(下文的NIT)或者IP/MAC通知节目组关联表(BAT),以监测包括INT的位置和版本数据的节目映射表(下文的PMT),使所述DVB接收终端能够确定INT是否已经被修改。
如上所述,DVB接收终端可以通过监测包括INT的位置的PMT来更新INT。然而,如果在NIT或IP/MAC BAT中指示PMT的位置的链接描述符(linkage descriptor)的内容被改变,或者在PMT中指示INT的位置的数据广播ID描述符(data_broadcast_id_descriptor)的位置被改变,则DVB接收终端很难定位INT的位置。
因此DVB接收终端必须执行后续地搜索节目关联表(下文的PAT)的新的处理,以从NIT开始定位PMT,并从发现的PMT定位INT。在这种情况下,由于DVB接收终端必须当接收广播业务时从NIT开始执行新的信息分析,因此业务被中断,从而用户只能观看静止的显示屏幕直到业务重新开始为止。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种当IP/MAC平台的重配置将要发生时通知DVB接收终端的方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种通知DVB接收终端IP/MAC平台的重配置的方法,从而即使当重配置发生时也可以无中断地为DVB接收终端提供DVB业务。
根据本发明的一方面,一种在DVB系统中通知IP/MAC平台的重配置的方法包括:使DVB接收终端周期性地监测节目映射表(PMT),所述节目映射表包括用于代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段和用于代表重配置时间的时间数据字段;基于警告数据字段使DVB接收终端确定IP/MAC平台的重配置是否将要发生;当已经计划重配置发生时,使DVB接收终端重配置IP/MAC平台的信息;以及当已经到达重配置时间时使DVB接收终端应用IP/MAC平台的重配置信息。
根据本发明的另一方面,一种用于通知IP/MAC平台的重配置的DVB系统包括:DVB网络,周期性地广播节目映射表(PMT),所述节目映射表包括用于代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段和用于代表重配置时间的时间数据字段;和DVB接收终端,周期性地监测PMT,基于警告数据字段确定IP/MAC平台的重配置是否将要发生,当已经计划重配置发生时重配置IP/MAC平台的信息,以及当已经到达重配置时间时应用IP/MAC平台的重配置信息。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图描述本发明的优选实施例。在附图中,即使在不同的附图中描绘,相同的标号代表相同或相似的部件。在下面的描述中,由于已知的功能或结构将在不必要的细节上模糊本发明,所以不对其进行详细描述。
本发明提供一种当IP/MAC平台的重配置将要发生时通知DVB接收终端的方法。为此,本发明涉及PMT,所述PMT包括用于代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段和用于代表所述重配置时间的时间数据字段,从而DVB接收终端周期性地监测PMT,以准备IP/MAC平台的重配置。因此,DVB接收终端可以无中断地提供DVB业务。
将简要地描述应用到本发明的IP/MAC平台。在MPE中,IP/MAC平台代表由单方控制的IP/MAC串流的集合。IP/MAC平台确保防止其中的IP/MAC地址之间的冲突。可通过包括在单个或多个DVB网络中的多传送串流来传输单个IP/MAC平台。IP/MAC串流是具有包含IP或MAC地址的头的数据流。IP/MAC串流被封装在MPEG-2TS复用中。在MPE分段中传输的IP多播流是IP/MAC串流的示例。将唯一的平台ID(Platform_id)分配给每个IP/MAC平台。如果DVB接收终端选择单个IP/MAC平台,则确保防止IP/MAC地址之间的冲突。图3示出IP平台、IP流和IP串流之间这样的关系。
同时,DVB接收终端参照INT来确定获得哪个IP包。可通过NIT或PAT(即,IP/MAC BAT)的链接描述符对PMT定位来获得INT的位置。然而,在这种情况下,因为DVB接收终端仅可以通过监测PMT识别是否已经更新INT,以及识别NIT中指示PAT位置的内容或PAT中代表PMT位置的内容或PMT位置其自身是否改变,所以DVB接收终端不能获得实际的IP地址,因为IP包的传输被阻碍,所以中断DVB业务。为了解决此问题,需要一种使DVB接收终端能够识别INT的信息什么时候将被改变的方法。通过使DVB接收终端能够预定IP/MAC平台的重配置时间的算法来实现该方法。
参照图4,具体描述了根据本发明DVB接收终端准备IP/MAC平台的重配置的处理。在该描述中,同样参照图5。
DVB网络周期性地广播PMT,所述PMT包括用于代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段和用于代表重配置时间的时间数据字段。因此在步骤400,DVB接收终端周期性地监测从DVB网络接收的PMT,在步骤410分析监测的结果。更具体地,由INT提供通过该DVB网络传输的IP/MAC串流的位置信息。可以从PMT的数据广播ID描述符(data_broadcast_id_descriptor)获得该位置信息或INT的参考。在这种情况下,PMT具有的数据广播ID描述符(data_broadcast_id_descriptor)0x000B提供INT的参考数据广播ID(data_broadcast_id)。DVB接收终端基于INT的参考定位并分析INT以获得通过DVB网络传输的IP/MAC串流的信息。因此,DVB接收终端将实际TS接收包的PID(节目ID)映射到由用户选择的业务的IP地址,从而通过所述IP地址接收IP包。
本发明提供如图5所示的IP/MAC通知信息的结构,可以预警DVB接收终端IP/MAC平台的重配置。将在后面提到IP/MAC通知信息的每个域的详细描述。
由DVB接收终端装置对监测PMT的结果的分析是指分析包括在PMT中的IP/MAC通知信息的结构。如图5所示检测IP/MAC通知信息结构中的平台重配置标志(platform_reconfiguration_flag)500,在步骤420,DVB接收终端确定是否已经计划改变INT的信息。如果平台重配置标志500值为“1”,则其指示将发生IP/MAC平台的重配置,如果为“0”则不发生。
另外,如图5所示的IP/MAC通知信息结构中的重配置时间数据字段(reconfiguration_time)510代表重配置发生的时间。该重配置时间字段510只在重配置标志字段500的值为“1”的时候有效,所述重配置时间字段以UTC(协调世界时间)和MJD(修正儒略日)格式代表设置用于IP/MAC平台的重配置的日期和时间。重配置时间字段510的格式与TDT(时间和日期表)中使用的UTC_time格式相同,符合ETSI EN 300468附件C。
如果平台重配置标志字段500的值为“0”而INT版本字段标志(INT_version_flag)设置为“1”,则DVB接收终端得出结论INT版本已经被修改,随后修正INT。因此DVB接收终端再次分析相关的INT以修正IP/MAC平台的信息。
因此,DVB接收终端通过检测平台重配置标志字段500的值来确定是否已经计划改变INT的信息。如果平台重配置标志字段500的值为“1”,指示已经计划改变INT的信息,则DVB接收终端进行步骤430以构造新的IP/MAC平台信息。更具体地,DVB接收终端在接收已有的NIT、PAT和PMT组时接收新的NIT’、PAT’和PMT’组,并分析NIT’和PAT’的链接描述符以对指示INT’的位置的PMT’定位。此后,DVB接收终端分析从PMT’发现的INT’以获得用于重构造IP/MAC的信息的IP/MAC串流的信息。以这种方式,DVB接收终端分析由NIT和PAT的链接描述符指示的INT以构造在IP/MAC平台的重配置之后将要应用的新的IP/MAC信息。
然后,在步骤440,DVB接收终端检查是否已经到达预定的时间,并且如果检查到达预定的时间,则进行步骤450以应用新的IP/MAC信息。更具体地,当通过TDT和TOT(时间偏移表)传输的UTC_time已经到达重配置时间数据字段中设置的时间时,DVB接收终端应用准备的新的IP/MAC信息。因此,基于新的IP/MAC信息,DVB接收终端可以识别实际TS接收包的PID以将其映射到用户选择的业务的IP地址,从而可以通过使用改变的IP地址无中断地接收IP包。
如上所述,本发明提供一种在通过DVB网络接收IP/MAC时预警DVB接收终端IP/MAC平台的重配置的方法,甚至当重配置发生时,该DVB终端也可以基于新准备的IP/MAC平台的信息向用户无中断地提供业务。虽然已经参照本发明的特定优选实施例示出和描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以在形式和细节上对其做出各种改变。

Claims (10)

1.一种在DVB系统中通知IP/MAC平台的重配置的方法,包括下述步骤:
由DVB接收终端周期性地监测节目映射表,所述节目映射表包括用于代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段和用于代表所述重配置时间的时间数据字段;
由DVB接收终端基于警告数据字段确定IP/MAC平台的重配置是否将要发生;
当已经计划重配置发生时,由DVB接收终端重配置IP/MAC平台的信息;
当已经到达重配置时间时,由DVB接收终端应用IP/MAC平台的重配置信息。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述警告数据字段和时间数据字段包括在所述节目映射表的IP/MAC通知信息的结构中。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定重配置是否将要发生的步骤包括:确定代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段的标志是否已经被设置到值1。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述重配置IP/MAC平台的信息的步骤包括:
接收网络信息表、节目关联表和节目映射表的最新版本;
分析网络信息表和节目关联表的链接描述符以寻找代表IP/MAC通知表的位置的节目映射表;
分析从节目映射表发现的IP/MAC通知表;以及
基于先前的分析获得IP/MAC串流的信息以重配置IP/MAC平台的信息。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
分析包含在监测的节目映射表的IP/MAC通知信息的结构中的IP/MAC通知表的版本数据字段;以及
如果版本数据字段已经被设置为值1,则修正IP/MAC通知表。
6.一种用于通知IP/MAC平台的重配置的DVB系统,包括:
DVB网络,周期性地广播节目映射表,所述节目映射表包括用于代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段和用于代表所述重配置时间的时间数据字段;和
DVB接收终端,周期性地监测节目映射表,基于警告数据字段确定IP/MAC平台的重配置是否将要发生;当已经计划重配置发生时,重配置IP/MAC平台的信息;当已经到达重配置时间时,应用IP/MAC平台的重配置信息。
7.如权利要求6所述的DVB系统,其中,所述警告数据字段和时间数据字段包括在所述节目映射表的IP/MAC通知信息的结构中。
8.如权利要求6所述的DVB系统,其中,所述DVB接收终端确定代表IP/MAC平台的重配置的警告数据字段的标志是否已经被设置为值1,并且如果所述标志已经被设置为值1,则识别已经计划IP/MAC平台的重配置。
9.如权利要求6所述的DVB系统,其中,如果识别已经计划IP/MAC平台的重配置,则所述DVB接收终端接收网络信息表、节目关联表和节目映射表的最新版本,分析网络信息表和节目关联表的链接描述符以寻找代表IP/MAC通知表的位置的节目映射表,分析从节目映射表发现的IP/MAC通知表,并基于先前的分析获得IP/MAC串流的信息以重配置IP/MAC平台的信息。
10.如权利要求6所述的DVB系统,其中,所述DVB接收终端分析包含在监测的节目映射表的IP/MAC通知信息的结构中的IP/MAC通知表的版本数据字段;以及如果版本数据字段已经被设置为值1,则修正IP/MAC通知表。
