Abstract
本发明是对双螺杆挤压机惯性压力测量装置的改进。该改进装置将其上贴有半导体应变片的拉杆,用作螺杆轴向反压返回到挤压机外壳时的变形元件。
Description
本发明是测量双螺杆挤压机内惯性压力(Massedruck)的装置。
从西德实用新型DE-Gbm7241371已知一种带测量装置的螺杆压力机,该测量装置用来测量作用到增塑螺杆上的轴向反压。在承受轴向反压的增塑螺杆末端(反压轴承的后面)装有一个盘状变形元件,上面贴着半导体应变片,再将一个合适的测量显示装置与应变片联结起来。
为了安装盘状变形元件,需要在齿轮箱内增添一些零部件,这就必然使齿轮或反压轴承的造价大大增高。
此外不可能提供给两个螺杆相应的盘状变形元件,因为在第二个用作从动轴的轴后面的空间,需要供从动轴本身使用。安装在第二个螺杆轴的反压轴承后面的环状变形元件,要比一般盘状变形元件贵得多。
本发明的任务是提出一种双螺杆挤压机内惯性压力测量装置,它无需增添齿轮部件或反压轴承部件就能办到。
用此装置还可分别测量每一螺杆的反压,即双螺杆挤压机中的惯性压力,而不用添加零部件。
把轴向反压引回到挤压机外壳的拉杆,被用作应变片的携带者,这样一来,就有可能理想地不用添加任何零部件(添加在反压轴承或齿轮内)而测量到两个螺杆的反向压力,从而测到挤压空间内的惯性压力。
为求取惯性压力通常采用的其它装在挤压机汽缸壁上的压力测量装置,非常容易受干扰,而且只能给出挤压空间内某一处的压力。
本发明的一个实施例见图1,兹说明如下:
图中数字1所指的是挤压机的两个未绘出的锯齿状螺杆的从动轴,它们由反压轴承2支承着。
用法兰盖3将未绘出的挤压机外壳的连接法兰7锁住。
在箱体6中壁10上安一轴承法兰4,用以支承拉杆5。在拉杆另一端,用螺母11将拉杆同法兰盖3旋紧。
在拉杆5上安装半导体应变片8,此片依据拉杆的直径和材料性能而定,并与测量装置9相联结。
测量装置9接一指示仪表(如伏特计13),从而获得所测的值并显示出来。
箭头14标出力的行程,力由从动轴1开始,经过反压轴承2和轴承法兰4,到拉杆5和法兰盖3。
作为变形元件用的拉杆5,在力通过时依反向压力大小发生一定的膨胀,半导体应变片精确地捕捉到这一膨胀量,并在测量显示装置9上将其显示出来。
根据此值,便可以采取相应的防范措施,如较强地对挤压机汽缸加热,以使热塑性的材料的粘性下降,从而降低挤压机汽缸中压力或反压力。
为了安全起见,测量显示装置也可以连接上齿轮箱的断路装置。
Claims (1)
- 通过获取螺杆的轴向反压来测量双螺杆挤压机内惯性压力的装置,其中在齿轮箱后壁安装一个贴有应变片的变形元件,轴向反压即作用到此变形元件上,应变片连结着一个合适的指示装置,用以显示螺杆的轴向反压,从而获知挤压空间里的压力,其特征在于:把螺杆的轴向反压引回到挤压机外壳或壳体法兰(7)上的拉杆(5),被用作携带应变片(8)的变形元件。
