Abstract

背景技术
这种转动切削刀具公知的是具有对已经制成的孔去毛刺的单独刀具的形式或者结合有去毛刺能力的钻头的形式。在两种情况下,去毛刺通常通过弹簧加载的切削镶块来进行。但是,存在没有用于弹簧的足够空间的情况。这可以是非常小直径的切削刀具或者需要将去毛刺镶块定位在钻头沟槽附近的情况。
美国专利6270295披露一种利用压力流体以便间接对刀片加载的切削刀具。活塞18位于侧导管112内,并且在侧导管112内流动的压力流体有助于将活塞118推靠保持刀片126的盒体122。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于转动切削刀具的改进去毛刺机构。
本发明的目的通过各自权利要求的主题来获得。
发明内容
按照本发明,最好提供一种具有纵向转动轴线的转动切削刀具,该刀具包括:
导管,用于流体通道,形成在切削刀具内并大致轴向延伸;
经由开口通向切削刀具的周表面的镶块袋口,镶块袋口与导管连通;以及
滑动保持在镶块袋口内的切削镶块,切削镶块可通过贴靠切削镶块并将其朝着延伸位置偏压的流体施加的流体压力从缩回位置滑动到延伸位置,其中在延伸位置上,切削镶块的至少一部分从开口伸出超过切削刀具的周表面。
最好是,保持孔口通向周表面并且与镶块袋口连通。
通常,切削镶块具有限定前后方向的镶块轴线,并且包括镶块轴线的平面从中穿过,切削镶块包括:
主体部分,在主体部分的后端具有后表面;以及
位于主体部分的前端的切削部分,切削部分具有相对于该平面反射对称的两个切削刃。
通常,压力流体直接贴靠切削镶块的后表面。
最好是,保持构件位于保持孔口内,并且在切削镶块位于延伸位置时邻靠切削镶块。
如果希望,转动切削刀具是钻头。
本发明提供下面的优选优点。不需要复杂的机构或弹簧来偏压去毛刺切削镶块。可以将去毛刺镶块在钻头沟槽附近结合在钻头内。去毛刺镶块可以结合在其中没有用于弹簧或类似物的足够空间的小直径刀具中。其应用简单并且成本低。去毛刺镶块可以装载在钻头的前端,使得钻头钻销通孔,并且对孔的两侧去毛刺。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1。这里将参考钻头10来描述本发明,但是本领域普通技术人员将理解到本发明可适用于其中需要去毛刺的多种转动切削刀具。钻头10具有限定前后方向的纵向转动轴线A以及位于其前端的切削尖端12。沿着钻头10的周表面16从切削尖端12向后延伸的两个沟槽14在其中形成两个相同的平台18。按照本发明的去毛刺机构20形成在靠近切削尖端12的平台18之一上。应该注意到说明书和权利要求中出现的方向术语例如“向前”、“向后”、“前部”、“后部”等用来便于相互区分不同的表面。虽然这些术语对于特定部件取向是有含义的,它们只用于说明目的,而不打算限制所附权利要求的范围。
另外参考图2。具有主要部分24和两个次要部分26的用于流体通道的导管22形成在钻头10内。主要部分24沿着转动轴线A向前延伸到靠近切削尖端12的前端28。每个次要部分26从前端28向前和向外分叉到各自平台18。去毛刺机构20包括保持孔口30、保持构件32和能够在大致圆柱形的镶块袋口36内在缩回位置和延伸位置之间横向运动的切削镶块34。如下面更加详细描述那样,通过保持构件32防止切削镶块34离开镶块袋口36,并且通过在其端部之一处直接贴靠切削镶块34的流体压力装载在镶块袋口36内。
参考图4-6。镶块袋口36与导管22的主要部分24连通,并且经由开口38通向平台18。保持孔口30靠近镶块袋口36形成在平台18内,并且具有螺纹部分40和插口42。插口42从螺纹部分40向外延伸,并且通向平台18。切削镶块34具有限定前后方向的镶块轴线B,并且包括大致圆柱形主体部分44和切削部分46。主体部分44具有位于后端处的后表面48、位于前端处的前表面50以及其中的周向主体表面52。包括镶块轴线B的平面P将切削镶块34分成两侧。具有凹口表面56和后表面58的保持凹口54在切削镶块34的一侧上形成在周向主体表面52上,并且通向前表面50。凹口表面56在垂直于镶块轴线B的截面内具有凹入弧形形状,并且后表面58定位在保持凹口54的后端处,并且垂直于镶块轴线B。切削部分46具有都从主体部分44的前表面50延伸到镶块鼻部64的相对侧表面60和顶表面62。侧表面60位于平面P的相对侧上。顶表面62在侧表面60之间桥接,并且大致垂直于该平面并靠近镶块轴线B。切削部分46具有位于顶表面62和各自侧表面60之间的切削刃66。切削刃66相对于平面P反射对称,并且具有与顶表面62相关的前刀面68和与各自侧表面60相关的离隙面70。
另外参考图3。切削镶块34位于镶块袋口36内,其后表面48面向内。保持构件32具有螺纹部分72和各自通过螺纹接收在螺纹部分40内并位于保持孔口30的插口内的头部74。保持构件32的头部74伸入镶块袋口36,并且在切削镶块34在延伸位置时,邻靠保持凹槽54的后表面58的至少一部分。切削镶块34在给定方向上围绕镶块轴线B的转动通过邻靠保持凹口54的凹口面56保持构件32的头部74在镶块袋口36受到限制。通过流过导管22并进入镶块袋口36的流体来使得切削镶块34装载到镶块袋口36内。形成在镶块袋口36内的流体压力贴靠切削镶块34的后表面48,形成径向向外偏压和压迫切削镶块34的力。
虽然在某种特定程度上描述了本发明,应该理解到可以进行多种变型和改型而不偏离此后要求保护的本发明的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有纵向转动轴线(A)的转动切削刀具(10),该刀具包括:
导管(22),用于流体通道,形成在切削刀具(10)内并大致轴向延伸;
经由开口(38)通向切削刀具(10)的周表面的镶块袋口(36),镶块袋口(36)与导管(22)连通;
滑动保持在镶块袋口(36)内的切削镶块(34),切削镶块(34)能够通过贴靠切削镶块(34)并将其朝着延伸位置偏压的流体施加的流体压力从缩回位置滑动到延伸位置,其中在延伸位置上,切削镶块(34)的至少一部分从开口(38)伸出超过切削刀具(10)的周表面(16);以及
具螺纹的保持构件(32),构造成防止切削镶块(34)离开镶块袋口(36),并且限制切削镶块(34)围绕切削镶块(34)的镶块轴线(B)的转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的转动切削刀具(10),其特征在于,保持孔口(30)通向周表面(16)并且与镶块袋口(36)连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的转动切削刀具(10),其特征在于,切削镶块(34)具有限定前后方向的镶块轴线(B),并且包括镶块轴线(B)的平面(P)从中穿过,切削镶块(34)包括:
主体部分(44),在主体部分(44)的后端具有后表面(48);以及
位于主体部分(44)的前端的切削部分(46),切削部分(46)具有相对于该平面(P)反射对称的两个切削刃(66)。
4.如权利要求3所述的转动切削刀具(10),其特征在于,压力流体直接贴靠切削镶块(34)的后表面(48)。
5.如权利要求2所述的转动切削刀具(10),其特征在于,所述具螺纹的保持构件(32)位于保持孔口(30)内,并且在切削镶块(34)位于延伸位置时邻靠切削镶块(34)。
6.如权利要求1所述的转动切削刀具(10),其特征在于,转动切削刀具是钻头。
