Abstract

一个用于过滤和分离带有颗粒的流体的板状元件,其中一根线材以涡旋状形式在平面上缠绕,而在线材相邻周边边缘之间形成一个涡旋状槽孔,故最大程度地增加了过滤或分离处理的面积,改善了过滤或分离效率。

Description

本发明涉及用于过滤和分离带有颗粒的流体的板状元件。
传统的这类已知的装置通常带有一个网状结构或格栅状过滤孔结构。
使用陶瓷的多孔扁平装置近来已被发展。然而前一种带有点过滤孔的结构导致过滤面积小,产生大量的堵塞现象。问题在于要被过滤的颗粒尺寸越小,这个现象就越明显。
另一方面,即使它是扁平结构,后一种结构迫使多孔结构完成三维过滤,这样在多孔结构中上述非渗透性的物质的堵塞,会不可避免地降低过滤质量。相应地,在多孔结构中上述物质必须借助于清除器频繁地彻底清除。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于过滤分离带有颗粒的流体的板状元件,其中一根线材以涡旋状形式在平面上缠绕,从而在线材的相邻周边边缘之间形成涡旋状槽,故最大程度地增加了所谓线性处理孔的用于过滤和分离的面积,改善了过滤和分离效率。
由于平面形结构,要被处理的流体如液体和气体承受全面的,均匀的过滤和分离处理,而不会使流体从其流束中偏转。由于用于过滤和分离处理的孔是涡旋状的槽孔,故形成所谓线性处理孔而改善了流体的过滤状况。
由于任何沉积物例如被滤出的废物可以通过单独的操作如回洗或 刮除除去,所以处理工作可以畅通地进行。
图1是局部剖开的平面视图,示出了本发明的用于过滤和分离流体的板状元件的一个实施例。
图2是上述元件的中心部分的放大剖视图。
图3局部放大视图,其中中心部分上的线材被去掉。
图4是元件外周边的局部放大视图。
图5沿图4Ⅴ-Ⅴ线所取的断面视图。
下面参照附图,描述本发明的一个实施例。
一个平面的板状框架板1包括一个中心件2,一个位于板状框架1的外周边上的环形件3,和一组位于件2和件3之间的支撑架4。从板状框架板1的中心朝其外周边以确定的间距精确地切出涡旋状的不连续的卡槽5。一根线材6沿卡槽5涡旋状地缠绕,并卡紧在其中。线材6的两端与加工在环形件3和中心件2上的凹槽7啮合,并用锁定件8例如一个螺钉固定在其上,从而将线材6安装在板状框架板1上。
线材6的断面为等边三角形,卡槽5被加工成V形,以便与线材6的顶部形状一致,从而能够得到涡旋状形式。缠绕线材6的相邻表面形成在同一平面内,从而能够形成一个平面P。
线材6的相邻周边边缘之间形成了间隔均匀的涡旋状槽孔9。线材6的加工精度和在板状骨架板1上切割涡旋状卡槽5的切削精度首先决定槽孔9的精度,然后线材6的缠绕操作最终决定槽孔9的精度。
当使用实施例所示的断面为等边三角形的线材6时,槽孔9的宽度精度不到1微米。而不会是从几个到几十个微米。
线材6和板状框架板1的材料可以不仅仅是金属,也可以是其它适用材料,例如塑料或陶瓷。
工作过程基于上述结构进行描述。
涡旋状线材6的平面P指向图2所示的第二侧,并利用环形件3的固定在管子外周边上,要被处理的理想流体(液体或气体)被允许沿箭头的方向通过槽孔9。
被过滤和分离出的大于槽孔9宽度的沉积物从流体中除去,以过滤出几种物质和分离出颗粒,含有小于槽孔9的宽度的颗粒的任何流体被允许通过槽孔,从而实现所谓过滤和分离。
被过滤和分离出的沉积物在线材6的表面形成的平面上堆积起来,但借助于回洗器的反向(第二侧)流体成一个刮除器,即可很容易地并精确地将沉积物清除,这样即可理想地完成连续的过滤和分离工作。
虽然已描述了本发明的一个实施例,但要知道所述板状框架板1也可使用一个上面带一组孔的平板,一个格网状板或一排水板而不用支撑架4,卡槽5可以被加工成与涡旋状缠绕的线材6的断面形状一致的槽,或是与其断面形状如圆形,椭圆形和梯形一致的槽。
将板状框架1固定在要被缠绕的线材6上的装置最好借助于一个固定螺钉,点熔接的方法,和在上述实施例中除了两端或不是两端用锁定件8固定外,每一处用粘接剂粘接的方法。
根据本发明,槽孔也可以借助于板状的涡旋状线材形成在板状框架板上,故大大增加了处理体积,如被称为线性处理孔的过滤和分离。槽孔本身也可由涡旋状缠绕的线材之间相邻缝隙涡旋状地形成,这样可以精确地决定宽度,以高度精确地完成过滤和分离工作。
由于元件完全是平的,它可以作为有高度互换性永久过滤和分离元件使用,而不是各种随意使用的过滤器。

Claims (3)

1、用于过滤和分离带有颗粒的流体的板状元件,包括在带有多孔结构的板状框架板一面上从中心向其外周边指向的涡旋状,有不连续的卡槽,其特征在于卡槽与加工成理想断面形状的线材外周边边缘卡紧,线材被锁定而在相邻线材的周边边缘之间形成涡旋状槽孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于过滤和分离带有颗粒的流体的板状元件,其特征在于带多孔结构的所述板状框架板包括一个中心件,一个环形件和一组支持架。
3、根据权利要求1所述的用于过滤和分离带有颗粒的流体的板状元件,其特征在于所述涡旋状卡槽有V型断面,并与断面为等边三角形的线材的顶部啮合。
