一种脚踏车的全周施力脚蹬子,由脚蹬轴、轴承、蹬板、蹬杆组成,由于脚蹬板上下三角布置,脚掌伸入三个蹬杆的夹空里,不仅可以蹬踏施力,亦可以用脚背上抬施力,实现了全周施力,提高了运行工效。

本发明属于交通工具领域,特别是脚踏车上的脚蹬子。
背景技术
各种脚踏车包括两轮的自行车或三轮的人力车在日常生活中为人们提供了极大的方便,通常这种车是通过人的双腿带动两脚掌蹬踏脚蹬子旋转来产生前进力的,脚蹬子由定位在脚拐一端的丝孔中的踏轴和挡碗、钢珠、套管、内外框边、长罗丁等组成,形状近似一方块状,左右各一,处在与中轴的连线的两端,左右脚交替蹬踏施力,当左脚施力时,右脚则无法再施力而只能随着右脚蹬由下向后再向最高处,之后则右脚施力,由最高处向前,左脚则随左脚蹬运动而不能施力,由此则可以看出每侧脚在脚蹬子旋转一周时只有半周来施力而产生动力,另半周则处于暂时闲置状,倘若此半周也能不被闲置而可以双脚同时施力来转动则脚踏车的工效会提高许多。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种脚踏车的全周施力脚蹬子,它可以提高脚踏车的工效。
要让双脚在脚蹬子转动时全周施力,即双脚都能同时用力来推动旋转,则需要双脚不仅能蹬踩脚蹬子,也能在传统的脚蹬子处于由下位到后位再到高位的闲置区域内时可以用脚背上抬脚蹬子,这样,每侧脚不仅能用足底蹬踏施力推动,亦能配合另一边脚的蹬踏用脚背上抬脚蹬子而同步运动。有鉴于此,本技术方案如下:选择一大小适当的球轴承,在其内圈固定一轴即脚蹬轴,外圈固定一板形物蹬板,蹬板最好呈三角状,蹬板的三个角则分别连接三个蹬杆的一端,另一端则水平向外伸出,脚踏轴的另一端加工有丝,可以和通常的脚踏车脚拐端部的原先连接脚踏轴的孔旋入连接,如此,则本设计的脚蹬子便装配完毕。
本设计的有益效果是双脚在任何时候都能下蹬或抬起脚蹬子从而可以让双脚同时工作,能提高很大一部分工效。

具体实施例
取出贯常安装脚踏子用的脚蹬轴,保留粗端的丝及用于方便旋入脚拐丝口的六棱和六棱外的一小段,其余的裁掉,将此保留的部分加工成本设计的脚蹬轴,在六棱外的一小段上紧套入一球轴承2,可紧配合或丝口连接固死,此球轴承的外圈上通过一板即蹬板3上的中部大孔固接,可紧配合、丝口连接或焊接成一体,此蹬板最好为三角状,如图中a、b、c所示,在此蹬板的三个角上则垂直焊接或丝连接三个等长的蹬杆4,三杆相平行,长度等于或略大于脚宽,从蹬板的连接处向外伸出,如此则形成一个容纳前脚掌的空间,如图a,将脚蹬轴1旋入脚拐端部的连接孔内,脚掌尖伸入由下方的两根蹬杆和上方的一根蹬杆形成的空间内,则运行时双脚即以蹬踏施力,又可以上抬施力,从而实现了双脚的全周全时施力。
为防止打滑及保护脚背,也可以在上述的三个蹬杆上套上胶质的套。

1.一种脚踏车的全周施力脚蹬子,它包含脚蹬轴、球轴承、蹬板、蹬杆,其特征是脚蹬轴的外端连接一球轴承的内圈,球轴承的外圈和蹬板通过蹬板上的中心孔固接,蹬板为单片装配,脚蹬轴的外端不向外突出于蹬板外侧面,在蹬板的外侧面三个方向的边部各固接一脚蹬杆,三个蹬杆相平行的从蹬板垂直向外伸出。
