背景技术
夹头缩径装置是一种中空柱形部件,其利用一体件制成,并且在机器侧上通过紧固螺母夹持在较大的夹头容座中。在切削工具侧上,它形成为夹头容座,用于接纳较小的夹头。为了使得夹头缩径装置的干涉轮廓可以保持为小,通常使用的紧固螺母的直径比惯用的紧固螺母小很多。
有许多种方法可用于将夹持螺母从夹头保持器(卡盘)移除。一些是基于夹持螺母的内侧上向内朝向的凸缘;其它的是基于环形盘,该环形盘设置在夹持螺母的凹槽中,所述夹持螺母在内部周围沿边缘延伸;在其它情况中,夹持螺母具有抽拔翼片(extractingtab),该翼片加工在它们的内侧外。所有这些元件设置在夹持螺母内侧,并且接合在插入的夹头的凹槽中,或者接合在夹头上的凸缘后面。
在夹头缩径装置的情况中,这些具有内部抽拔装置(例如抽拔翼片,抽拔盘等)的方案是不可行的,其中该装置根据夹持螺母是公知的。
因此,通常必须通过利用锤子等打击来将它“摇”的松动,才能将夹头缩径装置移除。这种方法具有缺点。一方面,这很耗时间,并且需要另外的工具。另一方面,具有夹头容座或夹头保持器的机床的轴容易受到大的机械应力。
发明内容
本发明是基于找到一种克服这些缺点的方案的目的。

具体实施方式
夹头缩径装置1插入夹头保持装置(夹持卡盘)2中,并且利用紧固螺母3固定。缩径装置1具有用于其一部分的夹持螺母4,利用所述螺母4,较小的夹头可以固定在其中。如图2和图3的剖视图所示,与夹头类似,缩径装置1在机器侧上具有锥度,该锥度对应于夹头容座的锥度,并且安装到其中。然而,与夹头不同,缩径装置是一件式的刚性主体。
紧固螺母3具有小的直径,从而将装置的干涉轮廓(interfering profile)保持的尽可能小。在夹头缩径装置上安装设置有内部抽拔装置的螺母是有问题的。
夹头缩径装置1在机器侧上的紧固螺母3的座和工具侧上的夹持螺母4之间具有外表面5,在这种情况中是柱形外表面,用于将被插入的较小的夹头。具有矩形横截面的边缘凹槽6设置在这个表面中,直接位于紧固螺母的座的外侧。弹簧挡圈(circlip)7设置在这个凹槽中。当紧固螺母3从夹头容座旋开时,它利用它的端面内边缘接合在弹簧挡圈7上,并且将缩径装置牵拉到容座外。
在图4所示的可替换实施例的情况中,边缘环形槽8同样设置在外表面中,直接位于紧固螺母3的座的外侧,但是具有圆形横截面,并且用于接纳卡环9,卡环9具有与弹簧挡圈相同的功能。
在图5所示的另外的实施例的情况中,外表面直接在紧固螺母3的座的外侧设置有螺纹10,其上旋有螺母11,紧固螺母3在旋开过程中接合在螺母11上。

Claims (3)

1.一种夹头缩径装置,用于插入机床的夹头容座中,并且通过紧固螺母固定,其特征在于,夹头缩径装置在它的外侧上在它的机器侧上的部分和它的工具侧上的部分之间设置有接纳装置,用于接纳以环形方式围绕它的元件,并且所述元件的外径大于紧固螺母的内径。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹头缩径装置,其特征在于,接纳装置采用槽的形式用于接纳弹簧挡圈或者卡环。
3.如权利要求1所述的夹头缩径装置,其特征在于,接纳装置采用螺纹的形式用于旋在一螺母上。
