Abstract

Description
钻井用钻头要经受相当严重的腐蚀条件,其中空气或其它流体混入岩石颗粒间在排出钻孔的过程中沿着钻头的外侧流过。对钻头的腐蚀破坏是钻头损坏的一般性原因。钻夹头所夹持的工作钻头特别是在紧靠切削岩石的钻削面和钻孔的侧壁(在该处空气流是最不稳定的)之间的过渡区是遭受损坏最严重的薄弱环节。
钻井用钻头的钻夹头具有其传统的设计为单块式结构。材料的选择曾兼顾其花键/螺纹部分的机械方面(受力情况)要求和套环部分的耐腐蚀方面要求。
本发明的目的是提供一个钻井用钻头的两块式钻夹头,它将是:
1.进行材料的选择要满足钻夹头的有关部位(即螺纹,花键,轴承孔,排气装置,同轴度等)的精密加工得到严格公差要求的最佳性能。在大多数情况下,当钻夹头套环部分由于过度腐蚀磨损需要报废时,钻夹头的这部分仍然可以继续使用。这样,钻头的钻夹头可以维持许多次的夹头套环部分的磨损更换。
2.提供一种机械加工量最少的低成本可更换的钻夹头套环部分。其材料和热处理的选择要能提供使钻夹头套环经受住严重的腐蚀磨损的经济合理的性能。
这样,主要的目的是提供一种经济的钻夹头,其中一种单一的较贵的经精密加工的钻夹头部分,它能够一个接一个地支持经受高磨损率的低成本夹头套环。
已达到上述和其它目的钻井用钻夹头包括:一个钻夹头安装装置用
于把钻头紧固在钻具上;和一个与钻夹头安装装置的外侧部分相同心并安装在它上面对它进行保护的钻夹头磨损套环。

图1是显示现有技术中一个钻井用钻具,其钻夹头(1)显示一种常规的单块式结构。作为熟悉本专业技术的人员应当理解到,这是一种经过精密机械加工的具有螺纹,花键并在其内,外表面均具有公差要求。材料的选择必须要考虑兼有抗磨损,韧性和可加工性。
图2是显示本发明的一种两块式钻夹头。该钻夹头安装装置(1A)安装在钻井用钻具上用于把钻套(2)上的选择扭矩(其来源未显示)通过螺纹(3)和花键(4)传递到钻井用钻头(5)上。拼合式钻头夹紧环(19)在退回操作过程中把钻头保持在钻井用钻具中。花键(4)用于将来自活塞(图中未明示)的作用于撞击面(6)上的连续的敲击冲击能,使钻头(5)产生的轴向撞击运动传播到与岩石(8)相接触的碳化钨刀片(7)上,而且这样实现所要求的钻削过程。钻夹头套环(9)在与螺纹(3)啮合前,安装在钻夹头部分(1A)上,并夹紧在钻夹头(1)的肩部(10)和钻套(2)的端面(11)之间。钻夹头部分(1)的端面(12)是凹入的以便使钻夹头套环(9)的端面(13)与钻头(5)的头部(14)的背面相接触。这样,钻夹头套环(9)的端面(13)上的回弹能量就会通过钻套(2)的端面(11),然后再通过各构件的支持系统(图中未显示)。压缩空气用于提供撞击能量施加于活塞上(图中未显示),通过导管(15)越过钻体头部(14)的端部(16)排放出去,并在端部(16)处的切削岩石所产生的岩屑携带着通过环形部分(17)排出去,然后排泄到地面上。排除空气/岩石切削混合物(由高速空气流连同高压钻削过程产
生的)高的速度在环形区(17)中能导致在钻夹头套环(9)的表面(18)上以高的磨蚀损坏率并造成过早的报废。

两块式钻夹头可以允许一个接一个地更换低成本高磨损率的钻夹头套环(9),与此同时,保留一个单一的较贵的经精密加工的耐磨钻夹头安装装置(1A)。
图4是显示本发明的一个替换型实施方案,其中钻夹头套环(9A)更改成由钻削端面纵向向后延伸到超过钻套(2)并由此产生一个对钻套端部起保护作用的措施,该端部在现有技术中也是经受磨蚀的部位。该钻夹头护套向后延伸越过钻套(2)的特征是在单块式钻夹头所不可能采用经济的方法加工出来的,这也就是两块式的一个优点特征。
在本实施例中,用耐磨损材料制成的钻夹头套环具有双重的功能,其中它不仅能提高钻夹头的使用寿命,而且还能延长钻具套筒的使用寿命。
现在已经就本发明以最佳实施例的方式进行了描述,除了下述权利要求外,我不希望对本发明的范围进行限制。
Claims (3)
1、一种两块式钻夹头包括:一个空心的圆柱形的夹头安装装置,用来将上述钻头固定到钻具上,上述夹头安装装置夹在钻套和上述钻头之间,与上述钻套和上述钻头驱动啮合,上述夹头安装装置具有超出上述钻套下端的向下伸展的下部,上述两块式钻头的另一块是一空心圆柱的钻夹头耐磨套环,它与上述钻夹头安装装置同心并整个地复盖钻夹头安装装置的暴露的下部,上述钻夹头耐磨套环具有与上述钻套配合的向上的表面和与钻头配合的向下表面。
2、如权利要求1所述的两块式钻夹头,其特征在于该钻夹头安装装置是用一种韧性,可加工性好的材料制成,而所述磨损套环是由耐蚀材料制成的。
3、如权利要求1所述的两块式钻夹头,其特征在于所述磨损套环延伸至超过钻井用钻具的钻套,也对该钻套具有腐蚀保护的作用。
