【背景技术】
[0002] 豆浆是一种由黄豆或其他豆制品加水经过磨制并过滤后形成的浆液,因其富含多 种营养成份而为许多亚洲国家人们所喜爱。传统的豆浆制作方法是将磨制豆腐形成的浆液 过滤而制得,该法无法在家庭中应用。现在人们已开始广泛使用小型的家用电动豆浆机, 这种豆浆机的结构主要由机体和上盖两部分组成,其上盖内设有电机、电路控制板,上盖下 部连接有温度传感器、防溢开关、刀片和电加热管等。为过滤豆渣,在刀片的外部设有与上 盖相连的布满微孔的过滤网罩。制浆豆粒放置在过滤网罩中,经旋转的刀片打碎,再经过滤 网罩过滤,形成浆液。由于过滤网罩主要起过滤作用,所以其网孔都很密,制浆时极易导致 浆料中的残渣堵塞网孔。此外,由于豆料在过滤网罩中不能充分流动,且刀片与过滤网罩之 间存在间隙,直接导致豆料的粉碎达不到理想的效果,出浆率低,浪费较大,同时直接造成 过滤网罩杯的清洗困难。另外,豆浆机在反复使用中会受到水蒸汽的侵蚀,如电机轴的密封 不好,在使用一定时间后,水蒸汽就会沿着电机轴与上盖间的缝隙进入上盖中,导致电机生 锈、线路板短路,因而存在极大的安全隐患。

[0021] 参阅图1,本发明的易清洗的磨、煮一体化豆浆机包括机体10、上盖20、线路板30、 电机40、旋转刀片50、电热元件60、防溢开关200及温度传感器70。所述机体10是由塑料 或金属制成的上部敞口的圆筒状体,其靠近顶部侧壁上设有外凸的出液口 14,在机体底部 设有与手把12连成一体的机座13。在机体上部设有可取下的上盖20,上盖与手把12之间 设有微动开关并扣合在一起。上盖20为中空体,其内可装设电源端子300等器件,电源端子 通过导线与线路板30连接。在上盖20下部通过超声焊接或其它惯用手段连接有一个密封 的电机室400,电机室的侧壁呈内凹的弧形,以减少浆液流动时的阻力。在电机室内装有线 路板30和电机40,线路板30上设有常规控制电路,用于电源的开关、电热元件的加热、温度 控制及防溢控制等。线路板30固定在电机室的侧壁上,并用塑胶材料制成的防护罩31密 封在内,以避免豆浆机的串极电机长期工作产生的碳粉以及水蒸汽等腐蚀而造成线路板短 路、打火等事故隐患,提高了豆浆机的安全性。所述电机40为微电机,它固定于电机室400 的底板401上。电机40设有一个长电机轴41,该电机轴向下穿过电机室底板401伸入机 体10内。为防止水蒸汽进入电机室内对电机造成损害,电机轴与电机室400底板上的轴孔 之间由密封件90密封,如图4所示,密封件90包括密封圈91及固定盖92,所述密封圈91 可以是油封或硅胶垫,它装在塑料固定盖90内,密封件90套接于电机轴41上的环形密封 槽411上,固定盖92则用螺钉固定在电机室400底板下侧,该结构使得电机轴41与电机室400底板上的轴孔之间的空隙被完全密封。在电机轴的下端部装有旋转刀片50,用于通过 高速旋转将置于机体内的豆料切碎。上盖底部连接有电热元件60及温度传感器70,其中 电热元件60为L形的电热管,其上端与上盖20连接,并通过导线与电机室400内的线路板 30相连接,其下端延伸至机体内近底部,用于对豆浆浆液进行加热。温度传感器70的上端 与上盖底部固接,其整体则置于机体内,并通过导线与线路板30相连接,用于检测并控制 浆液的加热温度,它可选用市售的瓷管式或其它温度传感器。在机体内靠出液口 14处装有 与线路板30连接的防溢开关200,用于控制液面高度,防止液体溢出。
[0022] 如图1,在电机轴41的下端部装有旋转刀片50,用于切碎豆料。为实现浆料的自上 而下的循环,必须考虑刀片的形状和安装角度,本实施例中,刀片的形状如图3A〜图3C所 示,所述旋转刀片50为菱形的双刃刀片,其刀面呈水平设置,且刀片沿长度方向的两端部 51,52分别折向外侧上方和外侧下方。更具体地,旋转刀片50两端转折部分的长度应为刀 片总长度的1/5〜1/7,且最好为1/6。折边与刀面的夹角为5度〜45度,且最好为30度。 上述的刀片结构及安装方式使得浆料可自上而下形成循环,从而更易于减少和消除浆液上 表面的漂浮物,有利于提高豆料的粉碎效果并保证了浆料的完全熟化和口感。
[0023] 当豆料在机体内进行搅拌、粉碎时,其中一部份豆料会形成沿着机体内壁的水平 圆周运动,而不易流过刀片。为此,本发明还设置了浆液的引流结构,它是在机体10的内壁 上设置了多条凸出于内壁内表面的导流筋15,该导流筋可与机体一体化形成。具体地,多 条导流筋15间隔一定距离设置在机体10的内壁上,它们可以规则排列,也可以不规则排 列。由于要将浆液引向机体内中部和上部,多条导流筋15不能水平设置,它可以是平行于 机体中轴线的直线形或偏离中轴线的弧线、螺旋线等曲线形的条状凸起,更具体地,本实施 例中,多条导流筋相互间隔一定距离平行于机体中轴线呈竖向设置于机体内壁上。导流筋1 5的横截面形状不受限制,很显然,它们可以是矩形、半圆形、半椭圆形、三角形或其它形状。 如图1,多条导流筋15由机体10的内壁与机体底部的结合处向上方延伸至机体高度的1/2 以上,最好是机体高度的2/3。上述导流结构使得当部分豆料及浆液沿着机体内壁做水平 圆周运动时会遇到导流筋的阻挡而改变运动方向,形成向机体中部的运动,从而提高了粉 碎效率和效果。为加强导流效果,除机体内壁上的导流筋外,还可在机体的底部设置导流结 构,具体地讲,就是在机体10底部内表面由底部边缘向中心呈平滑弧线状凸起,形成内凸 形导流弧面11,它可将旋转刀片50推向下方的浆液有规律地流向机体内壁的方向。
[0024] 本发明的工作原理如图2所示,制作豆浆时,打开上盖20,将豆料80直接放入机 体10内并落入底部,同时加入适量的水。打开电源开关后,电机40带动旋转刀片50高速 旋转,端部折弯的刀片将机体内的水和豆料推向下方同时沿着机体内壁搅拌,当豆料碰到 导流筋后便沿着杯壁上升,到达液面上部后,被刀片形成的涡流负压所吸引,沿着机体中部 经过刀片切削向机体下部流动到底部,如此反复循环,达到有效粉碎物料的目的。保证了豆 浆浆料的完全熟化和口感。
Claims (6)
- 一种易清洗的磨、煮一体化豆浆机,它有一筒状机体(10),机体上部设有可取下的上盖(20),上盖上连接有电热元件(60),在设置于上盖底部的密封的电机室(400)内装有电机(40),电机轴向下延伸入电机室(400)下方的机体(10)内,电机轴端部装有旋转刀片(50),其特征在于,所述旋转刀片(50)的刀面呈水平设置,且刀片沿长度方向的两端部分别折向外侧上方和外侧下方,旋转刀片(50)两端转折部分的长度为刀片总长度的1/5~1/7,折边与刀面的夹角为5度~45度,在机体(10)的内壁上设有多条凸出于内壁内表面的导流筋(15),多条导流筋(15)间隔地规则或不规则排列在机体(10)的内壁上,多条导流筋(15)由机体(10)的内壁与机体底部的结合处向上方延伸至机体高度的1/2以上,机体(10)底部内表面由底部边缘向中心呈平滑弧线状凸起,形成内凸形导流弧面(11),且电机轴与电机室(400)底板上的轴孔之间由密封件(90)密封。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的易清洗的磨、煮一体化豆浆机,其特征在于,所述多条导流筋 (15)为非水平设置的直线形或曲线形条状凸起。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的易清洗的磨、煮一体化豆浆机,其特征在于,所述多条导流筋 (15)的横截面为矩形、半圆形、半椭圆形或三角形。
- 4.如权利要求1所述的易清洗的磨、煮一体化豆浆机,其特征在于,在上盖(20)上连 接有伸入机体(10)内的温度传感器(70),上盖底部电机室(400)内设有线路板(30),机体 (10)内靠出液口 (14)处设有防溢开关(200)。
- 5.如权利要求1所述的易清洗的磨、煮一体化豆浆机,其特征在于,所述密封件(90)包 括密封圈(91)及固定盖(92),其中密封圈(91)装在固定盖(92)内,并套接于电机轴(41) 上的环形密封槽上,固定盖(92)则固定在电机室(400)底板下侧。
- 6.如权利要求4所述的易清洗的磨、煮一体化豆浆机,其特征在于,在所述线路板(30) 的外部设有保护线路板用的防护罩(31)。
