Abstract

燃油(气)热管双段热水锅炉由管板下部的热管热水锅炉和上部的生活热水箱组成,热管热水锅炉由U形燃烧炉膛、反火道、燃尽烟道及排烟管,热管吸热段伸入燃尽烟道吸收热量,相变换热分别加热管板下热水炉和管板上部生活热水箱,由插入热管热水炉出口处的温度传感器同温控仪设定温度控制和燃烧器实现全自动运行,生活热水箱温度由双金属温度计显示。

技术领域:
本发明属于燃油(气)热管双段加热热水炉属于水加热的热管装置。
背景技术:
现有的燃油(气)热水锅炉的换热面采用,水管、烟火管或烟火管组合结构,为提高生活用水质量,在热水腔内设置盘管或列管水一水加热系统,这种导热型换热的热水锅炉结构复杂,体积大,热效率偏低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是设计一种水腔中U形燃烧炉和采用热管双段加热水炉和生活用热水箱的新颖热管热水锅炉。
本发明的技术方案是,热管热水锅炉(1)同生活热水箱(2)由管板(3)分隔成二个系统,热管热水锅炉(1)由浸在水腔中的燃烧炉膛(4),反火道(5)。燃尽烟道(6)组成U形燃烧系统,尾排烟管(7)在反火道(5)及燃尽烟道(6)壳体上,密封焊接吸热段深入内部的热管(8),热管(8)的放热段下部为管板(3)下的炉炎中,上部穿过管板(3)密封焊接置于生活热水箱(2)中在燃烧炉膛(4)前端装置上有燃烧器(9)接管(10),侧上部管板(3)下有热水出口接管(11),在反火道(5)下壳体上有排污进水三通接管(12),在生活热水箱(2)下部有进水管(13)上侧有生活热水接管(14),排烟管(7)穿插过管板(3)和热水箱(2)上顶板(15)密封焊接,整台热水锅炉安置于底部座(16)上,在整台热水锅炉(1),热水出口接管(11)有插入炉水内温度传感器(17)同自控箱(18)内的温度控制仪和燃烧器(9)联锁,实现全自动运行,在生活热水箱(2)的热水出接管(14)处有插入水箱(2)的双金属温度计(19)显示生活用热水温度。

具体实施方式:
本发明实施时,先打开热水出口接管(11)和生活热水管(14),再找开三通接管(12)和进水管(13)向热水锅炉(1)和生活水箱加水起动接管(10)上的燃烧器燃烧,由燃烧炉膛(4),反火道(5)及燃尽烟道(6)排烟管(7)吸收燃烧热量,整台热管热水锅炉(1)的水,燃烧火焰在燃尽烟道(6)内被热客商8)吸热段吸收汽化潜热汽化,相变换热到热管放热段,向管板(3)下部和上部的双段热管(8)放热后,冷凝成液体再回落流到下部燃尽烟道(6)的热管(8)吸热段再吸热汽化,循环往复,分别加热热管热水炉(1)和生活热水箱(2)内的水,烟气由排烟管(7)排出,热水锅炉热水温度由扦入热水出口接管(11)处的温度传感器(7)由自控箱(18)内的温控仪同燃烧器(9)联锁实现全自动运行,生活热水箱(2)内水温由双金属温度计(19)显示。

1.一种燃油(气)热管双段加热热水锅炉,其特征在于整台热水锅炉由管板分隔成下部为热管热水炉,上部为生活热水箱两部份。
2.一种燃油(气)热管双段加热热水锅炉,其特征在于热管热水炉由U形燃烧炉膛、反火道、燃尽烟道和排烟管组成燃烧系统,热管吸热段伸入燃尽烟道内,热管放热段下部在管板下部热水炉膛内,热管上部放热段在管板上部生活热水箱内,实现双段放热分段加热热水。
