一种内墙粉刷石膏,其特征在于:组份重量百分比为:改性氟石膏55~85%,氧化钙15~40%,甲基羟乙基纤维素3~4%,醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯1~2%。其优点平滑而容易涂刷,附着力、凝固速度适中,表面坚硬不开裂,强度高,不需再处理,可直接进行二次墙面施工。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,具体的说是一种内墙粉刷石膏。
背景技术
我国AHF工业产能居世界首位,生产能力约80万吨/年左右,生产中产生的废渣氟石膏300万吨/年左右,对环境危害较大。目前对于废渣的综合利用发展不平衡,东部地区利用,主要是应用于水泥工业作辅料,都为低附加值的利用;西部地区因水泥资源丰富,氟石膏废渣未能得到利用。近年来,建材工业发展迅速,但是,消耗了大量的资源,而又有许多工业废弃物没有能得到综合利用。利用氟石膏改性技术,可以大量使用冶金、电力、建筑业、城市、农村固体废弃物生产节能环保新型建材,对推动我国AHF工业、建材工业、建筑业技术进步和节能降耗、改善环境有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研制一种易涂刷,附着力、凝固速度适中,表面坚硬不开裂,强度高的内墙粉刷石膏。
本发明内墙粉刷石膏,其组份重量百分比为:
改性氟石膏               55~85%
氧化钙                   15~40%
甲基羟乙基纤维素         3~4%
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    1~2%
改性氟石膏在我单位同日申请的“AHF工业废渣——氟石膏改性制备新型环保节能建材基料及工艺”专利中作了详细介绍。
本发明内墙粉刷石膏的优点:平滑而容易涂刷,附着力、凝固速度适中,表面坚硬不开裂,强度高,不需再处理,可直接进行二次墙面施工。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
改性氟石膏               80kg
氧化钙                   15kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         3kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    2kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。
实施例二:
改性氟石膏               55kg
氧化钙                   40kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         3kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    2kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。
实施例三:
改性氟石膏               60kg
氧化钙                   37kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         2kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    1kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。

氧化钙                   27kg
甲基羟乙基纤维素         1kg
醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯    2kg
把以上组份放入球磨中搅拌研磨均匀,达到200目后装袋入库。
