技术领域
本发明涉及一种设备,以用于在航行器中安装在座椅导轨中断区域中从而允许座椅被紧固到此处。
背景技术
目前,当航行器的内部将完成时,乘客座椅如此定位,从而座椅被紧固到航行器结构的部位不与在整个舱室中的任何现有座椅导轨中断区域一致。当安装座椅时,这种限制的结果是,很多客舱内部布局不是理想的,即,它们没有充分满足航行器操作者的要求。
为了为这种不理想的限制找到可选方案,研制出一种设备,当在客舱内部中安装乘客座椅时,它允许更大的灵活性。它是航空工业中的一种革新,因为在全世界制造座椅或航行器的任何工业均没有研制出任何类似的设备。
发明内容
通常,航行器设有四个座椅导轨以用于紧固乘客座椅,即:
左侧和右侧侧壁座椅导轨;
左侧和右侧地板座椅导轨;
它们在航空器的典型截面中定位,这在附图的图1中详细示意出。
在四个位置处在航空器中装配/安装乘客座椅,如可从图2中详细看到的。被装配到航空器座椅导轨的座椅使用加工的铝结构,即座椅导轨支腿。后部导轨支腿是具有单独剪切销的双螺栓防震音支腿,并且前部导轨支腿是具有剪切能力的单螺栓防震音支腿。在附图的图3、4和5中示出细节。
乘客座椅应该符合由FAR25(联邦航空条例部分25)以及RBHA部分25(巴西航空批准条例)所规定的最低认证要求,因此该座椅应该经受多个质量测试。
已知的是,如果没有如此安装座椅,从而至少一个紧固位置与座椅导轨中断区域一致,则所述座椅不满足所有的结构要求。还知道该座椅导轨不能承受在一些结构测试中产生的载荷。
允许座椅被紧固于此的设备应该使得能够根据FAR25和RBHA部分25批准该乘客座椅(除了座椅导轨和适配设备)。

具体实施方式
本发明的适配设备是加工的钢部件,它利用靠近导轨中断区域的锁具紧固到地板座椅导轨。它能够被紧固到侧壁座椅导轨或者地板导轨。图6示出座椅导轨在座椅导轨中断区域中的细节。
本发明的适配设备的形状被设计成使得它能够紧密地配合座椅导轨,并且所述设备利用特殊设计的螺钉被定位和锁定到其中。在附图的图7和8中可以看到适配设备的细节。
当与座椅导轨中断区域一致时,需要两个本发明的适配设备以紧固座椅前腿。为了更好地示意本发明的这种特征,在下面示出安装该设备的顺序,其中执行下面的步骤:
1.定位和紧固前部适配设备;
2.通过适当地装配座椅而安装该座椅;
3.定位和紧固第二个前部适配设备。
在附图的图9中示出该顺序的更多细节。
用在座椅后腿上的适配设备的形状在其中装配支腿的部位处不同,但是可以说它遵循与安装用在座椅前腿上的设备相同的原理。在附图的图10中示意出装配座椅后腿的区域。
在另一方面,仅需一个适配设备用于紧固座椅后腿,并且安装该设备的顺序包括:
1.定位和紧固后部适配设备;
2.通过适当地定位后腿而安装该座椅。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于在航行器中紧固乘客座椅的座椅导轨中断设备,包括用于将乘客座椅紧固到座椅导轨中断区域的一对适配设备。
2.根据权利要求1的用于在航行器中紧固乘客座椅的座椅导轨中断设备,其中所述适配设备利用特殊设计的螺钉定位和锁定。
3.根据权利要求1的用于在航行器中紧固乘客座椅的座椅导轨中断设备,其中所述适配设备在靠近座椅导轨中断部的区域中利用锁定设备定位和锁定。
4.根据权利要求1的用于在航行器中紧固乘客座椅的座椅导轨中断设备,其中所述适配设备的形状使得它能够被紧密地装配到座椅导轨。
5.根据权利要求1的用于在航行器中紧固乘客座椅的座椅导轨中断设备,其中所述适配设备是金属部件。
6.根据权利要求1的用于在航行器中紧固乘客座椅的座椅导轨中断设备,其中所述适配设备是经加工的钢制部件。
