Abstract
本发明涉及一种人造木材组合物,其包括低密度聚乙烯以及废锯屑粉末的混合物,所述原料从不同的行业以及直接从户外垃圾堆回收和循环得到。通过一种方法所获得的性能使得该组合物可以成为另外一种用于房屋、门框、窗户和配件比如装饰的材料,用于各种类型建筑。其在外观上可以取代木材;具有木材的低成本加工性;作为不可燃、绝缘、防热且防水的材料而优于自然资源;它具有延展性并可迅速安装。另外,当用于任何建筑时都具有强的耐常规气候的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造木材、尤其是一种原材料包括锯屑粉末和聚乙烯的人造木材组合物、其制造方法以及用途。
人造木材组合物是低密度聚乙烯以及废锯屑粉末的混合物,所述原料从不同的行业以及直接从户外垃圾堆回收和循环得到。通过一种方法所获得的性能使得该组合物可以成为另外一种用于房屋、门框、窗户和配件和各种类型模具的建材;在外观上可以取代木材;具有低成本的可加工性;作为不可燃、绝缘、防热且防水的材料而优于自然资源;它具有延展性并可迅速安装;另外,当用于任何建筑中都具有强的耐常规气候的效果。
背景技术
在我们国家,自然资源的持续人工造林导致全世界的科学家们研究可减少树木不当砍伐的替代材料。该材料回收固体废物、比如构成主要污染物之一的锯屑粉末和低密度聚乙烯,因为固体废物量大而且不易优化和回收,所以一旦被置于户外垃圾堆中,则成为了对健康有害的物质,原因是当由于热的作为而燃烧时会释放出毒气,并且会产生大量的寄生虫和细菌。
该材料可取代常规的木材而作为建造房屋、门框、窗户和配件以及各种类型模具的基本材料,这有助于保持生态平衡,因此产生的该替代材料可减少木材作为自然资源消耗,并且节约了成本。
作为该材料的基本原材料是:锯屑粉末以及以固态废物形式在垃圾堆中发现的低密度聚乙烯,该低密度聚乙烯的形式为塑料吸管、塑料杯、塑料瓶、塑料容器、塑料袋等,可混合在一起并且易于成型为各种形状,该材料在功能和外观上可以替代常规的木材。
美国专利US2700796提出了一种获得人造木材制品的方法,其中,使用各种不同类型的废木材来形成不同类型的物质,并且将其与尿素、二甲脲和水混合,得到了可制成各种产品的物质。
专利GB598553描述了一种制造人造木材的改进方法,其中,将合成树脂与锯屑混合,但是,它没有描述象本发明所述的利用聚乙烯来获得人造木材。
专利JP2000084909描述了一种基于废纸材料来制造人造木材的方法,其中,该方法还使用了基于甲基氯化物的有机溶剂,但是,在该方法中没有使用锯屑。
专利KR9701521描述了一种基于废塑料和纤维来制造人造木材的方法,但是,该方法没有象本发明那样描述利用低密度聚乙烯与锯屑粉末的组合来得到该产品。
本发明的组合物不同于以上文献所述的任何一种组合物,因为令人惊讶地发现,该组合物可以提供之前没有发现过的耐压效果和耐用性。
发明内容
本发明涉及制造人造木材的方法,该方法包括将50%-90%、优选为75%的低密度聚乙烯放入容器中,在该容器中,聚乙烯被加热至60℃-100℃、优选85℃的温度,一旦聚乙烯呈现出液体状态,则将其置于混合器中,其中所述混合器中加入有10%-50%、优选25%的锯屑粉末,也就是说,每使用3/4份的聚乙烯,则混入1/4份的锯屑粉末。当其在锯屑混合物中混为一体并且得到均匀混合物之后,将混合物冷却直至达到50℃-25℃、优选35℃的温度,一旦物质总量的80%已经达到了深色可成型糖浆状,则根据所需要的最终构型将该混合物倒入模具中,然后在10-20吨、优选15吨的压力下成型。
该木材组合物含有50%-90%、优选75%的低密度聚乙烯以及10%-50%、优选25%的锯屑粉末,聚乙烯选自不同种类的回收塑料瓶。
该制品的主要性能是:每20千克的低密度聚乙烯和3千克的锯屑粉末可得到9千克的混合物,利用该混合物可制造3延米的模制品或框架,其中每延米的重量是3千克。
一旦将木材混合物的组分放置在一起,则会消除蒸发时产生的毒素,并且不再这样污染地面(通过循环优化)、比如环境,而且保持为惰性状态,一旦将其冷却并且压制,则会中和这些污染元素。
人造木材组合物的特性被命名为Maderacel。

-易于处理
-具有防水本性
-与常规木材相比不会由于潮湿而膨胀
-避免形成细菌和霉菌
-不受比如蛀虫和白蚁的祸害影响
-由于其高的压制吨位而不会燃烧
-不需要使用专门的材料来制造该产品
-在外观和功能上等同于木材
-很明显是精饰制品并且可以与常规的木材一样涂清漆
-不需要熟练的手工劳动来使用之
-对目标建筑物没有限制,因为它可以被用于各种应用和形式中。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在一个容器中,将75千克的各种废塑料瓶在95℃下加热,将该混合物与25千克的锯屑混合,随后将其冷却至40℃的温度,得到了可模制的物质,将该物质置于模具中,在15吨的压力下成型,最终的结果是,得到的制品具有可用作常规木材的性能。
实施例2
在一个容器中,将37.5千克的各种废塑料瓶在85℃下加热,将该混合物与12.5千克的锯屑混合,随后将其冷却至35℃的温度,得到了可模制的物质,将该物质置于模具中,在15.5吨的压力下成型,最终的结果是,得到的制品具有可用作常规木材的性能。
尽管采用特定的形式描述了本发明,但是,在上述说明书中提出了各种变化和替代形式,并且应当理解的是,在不背离以下的权利要求书所限定的本发明范围时,在一些情况下,无需对应其它特性的相应用途,即可使用本发明的一些特性。

Claims (4)
1.一种制造人造木材组合物的方法,其特征在于,包括以下的步骤:
a)将50%-90%、优选为75%的聚乙烯废料加热至60℃-100℃、优选85℃的温度;
b)将聚乙烯废料与10%-50%、优选25%的锯屑粉末混合;
c)混合物冷却直至达到50℃-25℃、优选35℃;
d)将该均匀混合物倒入模具中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯废料是低密度并且得自各种废塑料瓶。
3.一种人造木材组合物,其特征在于,它含有50%-90%、优选75%的低密度聚乙烯以及10%-50%、优选25%的锯屑粉末,该低密度聚乙烯得自塑料制成的不同种类的回收塑料瓶。
4.根据权利要求3的人造木材组合物,它由权利要求1或2的方法获得,可被用于门框和基础结构的装饰材料。
