技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗糖尿病性胆结石的中成药,是一种治疗糖尿病性胆结石以中草药为原料的中药制剂。属于中药领域。
背景技术
早在1928年及1943年Josin和Eisele证实了糖尿病患者较非糖尿病患者更易患胆结石这一结论。有关资料提示NIDDM患者中有32.63%并发胆囊结石。1988年Bradfordg等指出糖尿病微血管病及植物神经病变与胆囊结石的发生密切相关。糖尿病肝疾患相当于中医学中“胃痛”、“腹痛”、“胁痛”等范围。
《环溪草堂医案》指出:“阻于胃络,因而胃脘胀痛,呕吐粘痰。”《素问·刺热篇》曰:“肝热病者,小便先黄,腹痛多卧身热。”《灵枢·热病篇》云:“热病挟脐急痛,胸胁满。”这些描述与胆道疾患颇相似。本病的临床表现为:多数患者平时无症状,部分病例可表现有消化不良,饱餐或高脂饮食后更为明显。当胆石从胆囊移到胆囊管或总胆管以及壶腹部时,引起胆管平滑肌扩张和痉挛则产生胆绞痛。胆绞痛多数在饱餐后发作,疼痛在中腹或上腹,开始呈持续性钝痛,以后逐渐加剧,甚至难以忍受,患者坐立不安、打滚,疼痛向右肩放射,痛剧可出现大汗淋璃,面色苍白,恶心呕吐等症。胆绞痛发作后,可出现轻度黄疸及发热。胆囊结石,一般不发生绞痛,多数于上腹部或上腹出现胀满感,胃部灼热,嗳气泛酸等消化不良症,常于进餐高脂肪食品而加重,部分病例可无任何症状。体检时右上腹压痛和叩击痛,有胆囊管阻塞,或有胆囊积液,则可扪及肿大的胆囊。中医在临床上分症型辨证治疗,取得很好效果。发明一种既安全又有效的中药制剂,具有重大意义。

延胡索 1.5~6份 香附 1.0~4份 桃仁 0.1~2份
茵陈 1.5~6份 郁金 1.0~4份 焦山楂 0.1~2份
炒栀子 1.0~4份 黄芩 0.1~2份 法半夏 0.1~1份。

柴胡 性味 苦、微寒。归肝、胆经。具有和解表里、疏肝、升阳的功效。可治疗寒热往来、胸满胁痛、耳聋、头痛目眩、疟疾、下痢脱肛、月经不调、子宫下垂、感冒、上呼吸道感染、肝炎、胆囊炎等。(季宇彬主编《抗癌中药药理与应用》黑龙江科学技术出版社 1999年版 第1004页)。
香附 药性 辛、甘、微苦,平。归肝、三焦经。具有理气解郁,调经,安胎的功效。可治疗胁肋胀痛,乳房胀痛,疝气疼痛,月经不调,脘腹痞满疼痛,嗳气吞酸,呕恶,经行腹痛,崩漏带下,胎动不安等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第2341页)。
郁金 药性 辛、苦,寒。归心、肝、胆经。具有活血止痛,行气解郁,清心凉血,利胆的功效。可治疗胸腹胁肋诸痛,痛经,癥瘕,热病神昏,癫狂,吐血,衄血,血淋,砂淋,黄疸等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第1855页)。
黄芩 药性 苦,寒。归肺、心、肝、胆、大肠经。具有清热泻火,燥湿解毒,止血,安胎的功效。可治疗肺热咳嗽,热病高热神昏,肝火头痛,目赤肿痛,湿热黄疸,泻痢,热淋,吐衄,崩漏,胎热不安,痈肿疔疮等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第2808页)。
生大黄 药性 苦,寒。归胃、大肠、肝、脾经。具有攻积滞,清湿热,泻火,凉血,祛瘀,解毒的功效。可治疗食积便秘,热结胸痞;湿热泻痢,黄疸,淋病,水肿腹满,小便不利;目赤,咽喉肿痛,口舌生疮,胃热呕吐;吐血,咯血,衄血,便血,尿血;蓄血,经闭,产后瘀滞腹痛,癥瘕积聚,跌打损伤;热毒痈疡,丹毒,烫伤等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第141页)。
桃仁 药性 苦、甘,小毒。归心、肝、大肠经。具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便的功效。可治疗痛经,血滞经闭,产后瘀滞腹痛,癥瘕结块,跌打损伤,瘀血肿痛,肺痈,肠痈,肠燥便秘等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第2542页)。
焦山楂 药性 酸、甘微温。归脾、胃、肝经。具有消食健胃,行气散瘀的功效。可治疗饮食积滞,脘腹胀痛,泄泻痢疾,血瘀痛经、经闭,产后腹痛、恶露不尽,疝气或睾丸肿痛,高脂血症等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第226页)。
法半夏 药性 辛,温,有毒。归脾、胃、肺经。具有燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结的功效。可治疗咳喘痰多,呕吐反胃,胸脘痞满,疼痛眩晕,夜卧不安,瘿瘤痰核,痈疽肿毒等。(《中药大辞典》南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第1073页)。
本发明遵循中医“君臣佐使”的组方原则,用柴胡、枳壳、延胡索和茵陈为君药;用法半夏、香附、郁金、生大黄和炒栀子为臣药;用黄芩、桃仁和焦山楂为佐使药。诸药相合,共具疏肝理气,散结止痛的功效。治疗糖尿病性胆结石具有疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉的特点。
本发明药物临床使用结果表明,有如下优点:
1、本发明选用的中草药各组份符合中华人民共和国药典的规定,利用各味中药的综合作用治疗糖尿病性胆结石,对人体无毒无害。经动物急、慢性毒性实验表明被实验的动物未见任何毒性反应,其主要脏器也无明显的改变,药物安全可靠。
2、本发明药中富含蛋白质,葡萄糖,葡萄糖醛酸,挥发油,果胶,果糖,有机酸,卵磷脂,维生素,氨基酸,还含皂甙,植物甾醇和钙等多种微量元素,利于人体吸收,增强体质。
3、本发明不仅可有效的治疗糖尿病性胆结石,对糖尿病性胆结石的预防也有很好的作用,治疗糖尿病性胆结石具有疗效确切,无毒副作用,服用方便,价格低廉的特点。
为表明本发明药物对治疗糖尿病性胆结石的治疗效果,经临床试验结果如下;治疗糖尿病性胆结石患者20例。服用实施例汤剂,每次1袋,一日二至三次,饭前半小时服用。三个月为一个疗程,连续服用三个疗程观察疗效。痊愈10例占50%,好转7例占35%,无效3例占15%,总有效率达85%。经三个疗程治疗后,病人无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
具体实施方式
实施例 汤剂 按下述重量称取原料:
枳壳 3份 柴胡 2份 生大黄 1份
延胡索 3份 香附 2份 桃仁 1份
茵陈 3份 郁金 2份 焦山楂 1份
炒栀子 2份 黄芩 1份 法半夏 0.5份。
制备方法是取上述原料洗净去杂,晾干,粉碎成颗粒,加水浸泡1小时,置多功能提取罐中加水煎煮二次,第一次加总药材10倍量的水,煎煮1.5~2小时,取煎液,滤过。第二次加总药材7倍量的水,煎煮1~1.2小时,取两次煎液,滤过,热封袋中,105℃高温灭菌,包装即得。本发明制成的治疗糖尿病性胆结石的汤剂为塑封袋装,每袋210ml,口服,一次一袋,每日二至三次。三个月为一个疗程。

1、一种治疗糖尿病性胆结石的中成药,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:
枳壳 1.5~6份 柴胡 1.0~4份 生大黄 0.1~2份
延胡索 1.5~6份 香附 1.0~4份 桃仁 0.1~2份
茵陈 1.5~6份 郁金 1.0~4份 焦山楂 0.1~2份
炒栀子 1.0~4份 黄芩 0.1~2份 法半夏 0.1~1份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗糖尿病性胆结石的中成药,其中各原料的重量配比是:
枳壳 2.5~3.5份 柴胡 1.5~2.5份 生大黄 0.5~1.5份
延胡索 2.5~3.5份 香附 1.5~2.5份 桃仁 0.5~1.5份
茵陈 2.5~3.5份 郁金 1.5~2.5份 焦山楂 0.5~1.5份
炒栀子 1.5~2.5份 黄芩 0.5~1.5份 法半夏 0.3~0.7份。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗糖尿病性胆结石的中成药,其中各原料的重量配比是:
枳壳 3份 柴胡 2份 生大黄 1份
延胡索 3份 香附 2份 桃仁 1份
茵陈 3份 郁金 2份 焦山楂 1份
炒栀子 2份 黄芩 1份 法半夏 0.5份。
