生活垃圾分选机系环保工程设备;它不同于以往垃圾焚烧和垃圾填埋方式处理城市生活中出现的大量垃圾。它通过人工分检、机械分选,垃圾进入分选机绞切、粉碎,通过筛选、风力滚筒、风斗、磁力滚筒等设备后,将废金属、塑料、建筑垃圾、有机物等分离出来,再通过脱水机、免烧砖机、塑料制粒机等机械分别制作成有机肥料、灰砖、建材、塑料原料等再生物资。具有工艺简单、造价低、体积小、外观美观、节约能源、操作方便、省劳力、工效高、噪音小、避免环境污染,不占用土地等优点,社会效益和经济效益显著,造福一方。

生活垃圾处理分选机
生活垃圾卸车后,人工将超大物分离,如:废家俱、车胎、石头、衣、被等物捡出,经输送机送绞切机(1)达到撕、拉、切、割、碎目的,使垃圾物体不大于80mm及粉状或颗粒状自行落下至双面振动分筛机(2),第一层筛面物下行进入喂料斗(3),到滚筒分选机(4),在滚筒内进行翻滚的同时,调控风机;(5)将塑料、泡沫、纸片等吹至出料罩壳(6),落于出口(7),经输送机(17),运走集中。筒内翻滚物为粗、硬、重物,经筒内螺旋板送到出口(8),落入输送机(17),运走。
筛分机(2)第二层物料进入喂料斗(3),进入风斗分选机;(9)风机(5),将较小点塑料、泡沫等轻物送入罩壳(10),经出口;(11)落于输送机(17)运走。在风力(5)的作用下硬质,有重量物落于出口(12),由输送机(17),运走,较轻颗料,粉状物落于出口;(13)输送机(17),运走。
筛分机(2)第二层落下物基本是垃圾中煤灰、砂料等粉状物落入筛分机接料斗,经(14)落于输送机(17)送走。
在出口(8)、(12)、(13)下的输送机主动滚筒均为磁力电机滚筒,可有效分离金属。
设计处理量为每小时64吨,约合100立方来。
确保系数50-80。

Claims (1)

1.一种处理生活垃圾的方法,其特征在于:人工将超大物分离后,生活垃圾经输送机送绞切机进行绞切,使生活垃圾物体成为不大于80mm的粉状或颗粒状,自行落下至双面振动分筛机,第一层筛面物下行进入喂料斗,而后进入滚筒分选机,在滚筒内进行翻滚的同时调控风机,将塑料、泡沫或者纸片吹至出料罩壳,并落于第一出口经输送机运走;而筒内翻滚物中的粗、硬或者重物经筒内螺旋板送到第二出口落入输送机运走;双面振动分筛机的第二层物料进入喂料斗,进入风斗分选机和风机,将较小塑料轻物或者泡沫轻物送入罩壳,经第三出口落于输送机运走;在风力的作用下,硬质,有重量物落于第四出口由输送机运走;较轻颗粒或者粉状物落于第五出口由输送机运走;在第二,第四和第五出口下的输送机主动滚筒均为磁力电机滚筒,且处理量为每小时64吨。
