Abstract

一种笔记本电脑,其包括一主机模组及一枢设于所述主机模组的显示器模组,所述笔记本电脑还包括一枢设于所述主机模组上表面的控制台组件,所述控制台组件上设有至少一音箱。由于所述控制台组件枢转装设于所述主机模组上表面,可使所述控制台组件上的音箱的声音传播方向与所述显示器模组的光线发射方向大致平行,正对使用者,当使用所述笔记本电脑时,可使使用者享受到较佳的音响效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种笔记本电脑。
背景技术
随着笔记本电脑多媒体之风日益盛行,笔记本电脑生产厂家多把播放光盘的光盘驱动器及传播声音的喇叭作为笔记本电脑的必要配件内置于笔记本电脑内部,以满足使用者欣赏影片及聆听音乐的需求,同时,为强调欣赏影片时的视觉享受,笔记本电脑多配置16∶9宽荧幕的显示屏,而为使使用者享受到高质量的音响效果,则不断研发改进喇叭的结构,如在喇叭上加装由各种材质制成的箱体以产生共鸣等。
而一般笔记本电脑上的喇叭内置于主机模组上,喇叭的声音传播方向则主要是垂直于所述主机模组的上表面向外传播,没有正对使用者,使使用者无法享受到较佳的音响效果。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种具有较佳音响效果的笔记本电脑。
一种笔记本电脑,包括一主机模组及一枢设于所述主机模组的显示器模组,所述笔记本电脑还包括一枢设于所述主机模组上表面的控制台组件,所述控制台组件上设有至少一音箱。
与现有技术相比较,所述控制台组件枢转装设于所述主机模组上表面,可使所述控制台组件上的音箱的声音传播方向与所述显示器模组的光线发射方向大致平行,正对使用者,当使用所述笔记本电脑时,可使使用者享受到较佳的音响效果。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,本发明笔记本电脑的较佳实施方式包括一主机模组10、一显示器模组50、一可将所述显示器模组50枢设于所述主机模组10的枢轴机构60、一枢设于所述主机模组10上表面的控制台组件80及两分别枢设于所述主机模组10两侧面的旋转音箱40。
请继续参考图2至图4,所述主机模组10后部部分地向外延伸形成一伸长部12,所述伸长部12两端分别凹设一低凹部14,每一低凹部14凹设一固定槽16;所述伸长部12后侧面两端处分别开设一与相应固定槽16相连通的通孔18。所述主机模组10靠近所述伸长部12中间内置一枢接座20,所述主机模组10的上表面于所述枢接座20上方开设一枢转孔22,所述枢接座20为一中空件,其于内圆周上设有若干第一卡齿25;所述主机模组10的伸长部12上靠近所述低凹部14凹设定位槽23、24。所述主机模组10两侧面靠后部处分别开设一收容部26,每一收容部26靠后部一端于上下两侧面分别开设一装设孔28,而每一收容部26另一端开设一卡槽30。所述主机模组10前部靠两端角处分别开设一长形容置槽32,每一容置槽32的一边缘上开设一指位口34;每一容置槽32内横跨设有一固定轴36,每一固定轴36上枢设一收容于相应容置槽32内的支撑脚38,每一支撑脚38与相应的固定轴36呈过盈配合;每一支撑脚38对应相应容置槽32的指位口34的位置于两侧分别开设一扣槽39,所述扣槽39用于向外转动相应支撑脚38。
所述旋转音箱40可收纳于所述收容部26中,其一端对应相应收容部26的装设孔28凸设枢接销42,另一端对应相应收容部26的卡槽30设有一卡块44,并于所述另一端正面开设一开启槽46。所述旋转音箱40的枢接销42与相应收容部26的装设孔28呈过盈配合。
所述枢轴机构60包括两铰链62,每一铰链62包括一固定件64及一可枢设于所述固定件64的枢接件75,所述固定件64包括一本体65、设于所述本体65下部的可置于相应低凹部14的一接合部66及自所述接合部66底部凸设的可配合装于相应固定槽16的一固定部68,所述本体65顶端设有一垫块70,所述本体65的一侧凸设一枢转轴72,所述固定部68对应相应固定槽16的通孔18开设一锁固孔74。所述枢接件75上开设若干穿孔77,并于所述枢接件75的一侧卷曲形成一与所述枢转轴72相配合的中空枢转部79,所述固定件64的枢转轴72与相应枢接件75的枢转部79呈过盈配合。
所述显示器模组50于底端靠两侧处分别延伸形成一装设部52,而于所述两装设部52之间形成一对应所述主机模组10的伸长部12的配合空间54;所述两装设部52正面分别嵌设若干用于控制所述显示器模组50的电源开关、亮度、对比度及相关设定的按钮56,背部则分别开设若干对应所述枢接件75的穿孔77的装配孔58。
所述控制台组件80包括一用于控制光盘播放的控制台81及一可固设于所述控制台81的枢转件82,所述控制台81的长度与所述伸长部12两端的低凹部14之间的距离相对应;所述控制台81底部对应所述枢转件82开设一固定孔83,对应所述定位槽23、24凸设一定位块84;所述控制台81正面于两端分别设有一音箱85,并于中间排列设有若干用于控制光盘播放的按钮86。所述枢转件82为一中空管件,其一端部于外圆周上凸设若干可与所述枢接座20的第一卡齿25啮合枢转的第二卡齿88。
请同时参考图1至图6,将所述旋转音箱40的枢接销42装设于相应收容部26的装设孔28内,并向相应的收容部26内压靠所述旋转音箱40,则所述旋转音箱40的卡块44卡入相应收容部26的卡槽30,从而使所述旋转音箱40收容于相应的收容部26内。
将所述枢转件82的设有第二卡齿88的一端装于所述枢接座20内,使所述枢转件82的第二卡齿88啮合于所述枢接座20的第一卡齿25内,从而所述枢转件82枢转配合于所述枢接座20;所述枢转件82的另一端穿过所述主机模组10的枢转孔22而突出于所述主机模组10上表面。使所述枢转件82突出于所述主机模组10的部分装入所述控制台81的固定孔83,并用胶水固定;所述控制台81的信号线穿过所述枢转件82及所述枢接座20连接至所述主机模组10内的主板(图未示)上,使所述控制台81与所述主机模组10的主板实现电性连接。所述控制台81的定位块84卡合于所述主机模组10的定位槽24内,以使所述控制台81在不受外力的作用下可稳定定位,这样,便将所述控制台组件80枢转装设于所述主机模组10。
将所述两铰链62的固定件64的固定部68分别装入所述伸长部12的相应固定槽16内,对应的接合部66容置于相应的低凹部14内,两锁固件102(如锁固螺丝)分别穿过所述伸长部12后侧面的通孔18并锁固于相应固定部68的锁固孔74,从而将所述两固定件64分别固定于所述伸长部12的两端。使所述两固定件64的枢转轴72分别穿入相应枢接件75的枢转部79,从而将所述两铰链62的枢接件75分别枢设于相应的固定件64上;使所述显示器模组50的装设部52上的装配孔58与相应枢接件75的穿孔77相对应,这时,所述控制台81及所述两固定件64的本体65一起置于所述装设部52之间的配合空间54内,若干锁固件104分别穿过所述两枢接件75的穿孔77并锁固于相应的装配孔58,从而使所述显示器模组50枢设于所述主机模组10。
请继续参考图7及图8,当要用所述笔记本电脑作播放机欣赏影片时,使所述控制台组件80旋转大约180°,此时,所述控制台81正面与所述主机模组10的伸长部12的后侧面平齐,所述控制台81的定位块84卡合于所述主机模组10的定位槽23内。借助手指扣入所述旋转音箱40的开启槽46,使所述旋转音箱40的卡块44脱离相应的卡槽30,将所述旋转音箱40自相应的收容部26内旋出,并使所述旋转音箱40转动大约90°后,借助所述旋转音箱40的枢接销42与相应收容部26的装设孔28之间的摩擦力定位;再借助手指经由所述容置槽32的指位口34而扣于相应支撑脚38的扣槽39,并向外转动相应支撑脚38,使所述支撑脚38枢转出对应的容置槽32而突出于所述主机模组10上表面,并借助所述支撑脚38与相应的固定轴36之间的摩擦力定位,所述支撑脚38便与所述固定件64的垫块70位于同一平面内。使所述显示器模组50自所述主机模组10枢转至大约270°时,所述伸长部12置于所述显示器模组50的配合空间54内,并借助所述固定件64的枢转轴72与相应枢接件75的枢转部79之间的摩擦力定位,这时,便可反转笔记本电脑,使所述主机模组10上的支撑脚38及所述固定件64上的垫块70定位于桌面上,从而稳固放置笔记本电脑。这样,由于所述控制台81上的音箱85及所述旋转音箱40的声音传播方向均正对使用者106,可使使用者享受到高质量的音响效果。再者,所述显示器模组50自所述主机模组10枢转至大约270°后,使用者106与所述显示器模组50之间便没有了任何阻隔,更可使使用者106直观地欣赏所述显示器模组50上的画面。
实际上,所述显示器模组50自所述主机模组10枢转至90°左右的位置时,由于所述控制台81上的音箱85的声音传播方向也大致与使用者正对,使用者同样可享受到比一般笔记本电脑上的音箱更好的音响效果。

Claims (12)

1、一种笔记本电脑,包括一主机模组及一枢设于所述主机模组的显示器模组,其特征在于:所述笔记本电脑还包括一枢设于所述主机模组上表面的控制台组件,所述控制台组件上设有至少一音箱。
2、如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述主机模组内置一枢接座及于所述枢接座上方开设一枢转孔,所述控制台组件包括一控制台及一固设于所述控制台的枢转件,所述音箱设于所述控制台上,所述枢转件穿设于所述枢转孔中并枢转配合于所述枢接座。
3、如权利要求2所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述枢接座为一中空件,其于内圆周上设有若干第一卡齿,所述枢转件的一端部于外圆周上凸设若干与所述第一卡齿枢转配合的第二卡齿。
4、如权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述枢转件为一中空管件。
5、如权利要求4所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述控制台的信号线穿过所述枢转件及所述枢接座连接至所述主机模组内的主板上,使所述控制台与所述主机模组的主板实现电性连接。
6、如权利要求2所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述主机模组上表面凹设两定位槽,所述控制台对应所述定位槽凸设一定位块。
7、如权利要求2至6中任何一项所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述主机模组向外延伸形成一伸长部,所述显示器模组两侧分别延伸形成一装设部,所述两装设部之间形成既可容置所述控制台又可容置所述伸长部的配合空间,所述显示器模组可向远离所述主机模组的方向做270度左右的枢转。
8、如权利要求7所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述伸长部凹设两固定槽,所述笔记本电脑进一步包括两固定件,每一固定件包括一配合装于相应固定槽的固定部。
9、如权利要求8所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述伸长部开设两与相应固定槽相连通的通孔,每一固定件的固定部对应相应的通孔开设一锁固孔,两锁固件分别穿过所述通孔并锁固于相应的锁固孔而将所述固定件固定。
10、如权利要求8所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述笔记本电脑进一步包括两分别枢设于相应固定件的枢接件,每一枢接件上开设若干穿孔,所述显示器模组的两装设部分别开设若干对应相应枢接件的穿孔的装配孔,若干锁固件分别穿过所述穿孔并锁固于相应的装配孔而将所述枢接件固定于相应的装设部。
11、如权利要求8所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述主机模组上表面开设两容置槽,所述容置槽内设有固定轴,每一固定轴上枢设一既可收容于相应容置槽内又可突出于所述主机模组上表面的支撑脚。
12、如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述主机模组两侧面分别开设一收容部,所述笔记本电脑进一步包括两分别枢转地装设于所述收容部内的旋转音箱。
