Abstract

本发明总的涉及外科系统,更具体地,涉及控制气动装置的外科系统。
背景技术
许多显微外科技术需要精确地切割和/或切除各种肌体组织。例如,某些眼外科技术需要切割和/或切除玻璃体液-填充在眼球后部的一种透明胶状物质。玻璃体液或玻璃体由大量的微纤维构成,这些微纤维通常与视网膜相连。因此,对玻璃体的切割和切除必须非常小心地进行,以避免牵扯到视网膜、将视网膜从脉络膜脱离、造成视网膜裂孔,或者更为严重地将视网膜本身切割和切除掉。
常规的玻璃体切除术探针通常包括中空的外部切割元件、与中空的外部切割元件同轴并可移动地布置于其中的中空内部切割元件,以及在外部切割元件远端附近径向延伸通过外部切割元件的开口。玻璃体液被吸入到开口中,并驱动内部切割元件关闭开口。一旦关闭开口,内部和外部切割元件的切割面相配合以切除玻璃体,然后通过内部切割元件吸出切除掉的玻璃体。这种切割动作可以利用电子切割器来执行,但在相对高压下进行操作的气动驱动式探针更为常见。
此外,在典型的眼科手术期间,可以将气体导入到眼球后房中。该气体必须处于相对低的压力。
常规的眼外科器械系统利用真空来抽吸手术位置并利用正压来冲洗手术位置。通常,卡盒(cassette)被顺序连接在用于产生压力的装置与外科器械之间。将卡盒与外科器械一起使用以便帮助处理手术位置的冲洗和抽吸流动,这种技术已经是公知的。抽吸流体流率、真空等级、冲洗流体压力和冲洗流体流率,是眼外科手术期间要求精确控制的一些参数。对于抽吸器械,气压要低于大气压,并且流体从手术位置排出。对于冲洗器械,气压要高于大气压,并且流体将从冲洗流体储存器输送到手术位置。
现有技术的外科系统通过利用各个子系统的独立集管,来控制外科手术期间所需的不同气压。例如,抽吸子系统通常包括有集管,该集管具有在需要之处传递真空所需的多个空气通道,但譬如文氏管泵(venturi pump)的抽吸泵远离于抽吸集管而安装。这种类型的结构需要各个子系统经由气动管道彼此相连,并且管道中断于所需阀和T形部分处。这种类型的结构增加了组装成本、系统的整体尺寸并会影响可靠性。
因此,存在对结构简化的外科系统的持续需求。
发明内容
本发明通过提供这样一种外科系统对现有技术进行改进:该系统气动控制的多个子系统全部整体装配在公用的集管上。其所需要的多个控制机构(譬如阀)同样整体装配于该公用集管。
本发明的一个目的在于,提供一种具有整体式气动子系统的外科系统。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种具有装配在公用集管上的气动子系统的外科系统。
本发明的又一目的在于,提供一种用于控制气动外科手术装置的外科系统。
通过下列具体描述、附图及附属的权利要求,本发明的这些及其他优点和目的将变得明显。

具体实施方式
如图1、2和3中最佳显示地,可用于本发明的卡盒10大体包括阀板12、盒体14和盒盖16。阀板12、盒体14和盒盖16都可以由相对较硬的合适热塑性塑料形成。阀板12包含被弹性体22和24所流体密封的泵送通道20和多个开口18,并形成多个流体路径。孔26提供卡盒10与外科手术操作台100之间的连接器,以便当卡盒10安装在操作台100的卡盒容纳部位110时实现卡盒10的各种(气动的)冲洗和抽吸功能。
如图4中最佳显示地,流控技术的集管200包括装配于公用主集管210的多个子配件或集管。例如,流控技术的集管200还可以包括抽吸集管220、和/或输注/冲洗集管230、和/或阀或夹紧集管240。如图5中所示,各个集管210、220、230和240(此处仅将集管240用作示例)譬如是独立整装的,并可以包括执行其基本功能所需的阀、调节器、传感器或其他有效的植入式机械装置、电子装置或机电装置,譬如用作示例的储气筒245。集管220和230通过主集管210与卡盒10气动且流体地连通,该连通受到夹紧集管240的控制。主集管210可以装配在操作台100的卡盒容纳部位110上,这样卡盒10得以与主集管210流体相连。主集管210还可以包括泵、以及液面和/或流体流动传感器(所有这些都没有显示)。
上述结构允许将各个子配件的基本功能在特定集管上进行区分,由此提供了便利以及快速的装配、故障测查和检修。此外,上述结构在各个子配件中取消了现有技术用来连接各种元件的多个管道和管道连接器,并减小了成品组件的整体尺寸。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有卡盒容纳部位的眼外科系统,包括:
a)主集管,其装配在眼外科系统的卡盒容纳部位中,使得卡盒能够流体地连接到所述主集管;
b)阀集管;
c)装配在主集管上的输注集管;
d)装配在主集管上的抽吸集管,所述抽吸集管和所述输注集管通过所述主集管与所述卡盒相互流体地连通,这种连通通过所述阀集管控制。
2.如权利要求1的外科系统,其中所述抽吸集管和所述输注集管通过所述主集管相互流体地连通。
3.如权利要求1的外科系统,其中所述抽吸集管、所述输注集管和所述阀集管通过所述主集管相互流体地连通。
4.如权利要求1的外科系统,其中所述抽吸集管和所述输注集管通过所述卡盒相互流体地连通。
5.如权利要求1的外科系统,进一步包括装配在所述抽吸集管和/或所述输注集管上的至少一个有效植入装置。
6.如权利要求1的外科系统,进一步包括装配在所述抽吸集管和/或所述输注集管和/或所述阀集管上的至少一个有效植入装置。
7.如权利要求1的外科系统,进一步包括装配在所述抽吸集管和/或所述输注集管和/或所述阀集管和/或所述主集管上的至少一个有效植入装置。
