技术领域

背景技术
上述类型的粘性阻尼器是已知的,并用于尤其是发动机曲轴的减振。

发明内容

粘性阻尼器借助这些定心凸起以简单的方式也可以定心在一个比支承孔的直径大的直径上,存在着通过这些定心凸起附加地定心的可能性。
按一种实施形式,优选分别有三个定心凸起处于一个共同圆周上。
原则上用两个定心凸起已经可以实现定心,但通过布置三个定心凸起显著地改善定心效果,在这种情况下合理的是,它们互相应该角度均匀错开地设置。
使用三个以上的定心凸起在个别情况下可能是合理的,但这不是绝对必要的。
优选地,处于一个共同圆周上的各定心凸起分别设置在一个同心于支承孔定位的圆周上。
可以规定,各定心凸起沿径向或切向延伸地设在盖和/或外壳上。
可以设想,在外壳上设有多个定心凸起,它们处于一些直径不同大小的圆上。
若定心凸起通过挖槽、冲制、模压等方式构成,则尤其是在制造技术方面特别简单。
在这里,挖槽部、冲制部、模压部等不仅可沿径向也可沿切向延伸地设置。

具体实施方式
图1中用附图标记1表示粘性阻尼器的总体,它按已知的方式由外壳2、封闭该外壳2的盖3及摆环4组成,这里,摆环在外壳2内部漂浮地支承在一种流体内。
粘性阻尼器1总共配备一个支承孔5,并且通常是借助此中心孔5定心在一根仅仅示意地表示的轴6上。

定心凸起7可通过在盖3或外壳2的区域内模压、冲制等方式构成。在这里,定心凸起既可以沿径向也可以沿切向延伸地设置在盖3和/或外壳2上。
当然也可以与图示的实施例不同,将定心凸起作为单独的构件固定在盖3或外壳2上。在这里既可以选择可拆卸的连接方式,也可以选择不可拆卸的连接方式,例如可以将单独制造的定心凸起7用螺钉固定在盖3和/或外壳2上。当然,定心凸起7也可以通过焊接或其他连接方式不可拆卸地固定在盖3或外壳2上。
最后,定心凸起7在用金属薄板制成的外壳2上和/或在同样用金属薄板制成的盖3上的加设通过模压、冲制等方式,就总体经济性准则而言是优选的。
从图示的实施例出发,当然还可以设想,在粘性阻尼器1的外壳2上加设更多个处于有不同大小直径的圆周上的定心凸起7。
由此提高了按本发明的粘性阻尼器的使用可能性。

Claims (4)

1.粘性阻尼器(1),具有一个外壳(2)和一个盖(3),其中,外壳(2)和/或盖(3)用金属薄板制成,在外壳(2)内部设有一个活动的、漂浮地支承在一种流体内的摆环(4),以及,所述粘性阻尼器(1)具有一个支承孔(5),并且,在外壳(2)和/或在盖(3)上设置至少两个处于一个共同圆周上的定心凸起(7),其特征为,定心凸起(7)制成单独构件并且可拆卸地与盖(3)和/或外壳(2)连接;其中,在外壳(2)上设有多个处于一些直径不同大小的圆上的定心凸起(7)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的粘性阻尼器,其特征为,分别有三个定心凸起(7)处于一个共同圆周上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的粘性阻尼器,其特征为,处于一个共同圆周上的各定心凸起(7)分别是设置在一个同心于支承孔(5)定位的圆周上。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的粘性阻尼器,其特征为,各定心凸起(7)沿径向或切向延伸地设在盖(3)和/或外壳(2)上。
