Abstract
本发明涉及用于两构件的法兰连接,特别适用于容器,管路及类似构件,每个构件有一片法兰,两法兰用紧固件互相压贴在一起,而在其间有一密封体封住两构件间的接缝。每一法兰在其向着接缝的端面有一向接缝方向成锥形展宽的环形密封室,内置一环状密封件,紧固时法兰端面彼此贴紧而共同形成一截面近似为三角形的密封室,该室实际上完全被固紧固而变形了的密封体所充满。
Description
本发明涉及用于两构件的法兰连接,特别用于容器、管路及类似构件,其中每一构件部有一法兰,可用紧固件彼此紧固在一起,两法兰之间有一密封体封住两构件之间的接缝。
容器、仪器、管路及类似构件多是以平面密封原理为基础进行密封,以圆形对焊法兰盘压紧的。这类密封和连接方式机械结构复杂,费用昂贵并要求用非常大的力通过平面密封产生密封作用,这个力反过来又使得它必须要用大截面法兰盘及大量紧固件。
本发明的目的是设计一种法兰连接,其结构简单并能提供极好的密封效果。
这一目的可按本发明的下述方法实现:每个法兰在其面向接缝的端面有一环形密封室,它向着接缝成锥形展宽,而在此端面上将一环形密封件置入室内。两法兰紧固后其端面互相贴住而共同形成一个截面近似为三角形的密封室,这个密封室实际上完全被因压缩而变了形的密封体所充满。
按本发明构成的法兰连接特别适用于具有较大标称直径的容器,仪器及管路。法兰的纵剖面截面积可以做得较小从而较轻。紧固件的数量可以减少,这里可用例如活动卡紧螺丝作为紧固件。这类活动卡紧螺丝市面上就有,是由瓦尔特·G·拉特曼公司提供的。
密封件最好包括一向内开着环形槽的弹性圈,在槽内装一内圈,它最好松松地置于弹性圈内并可以有一个环状内沿,这内沿突出在两构件间起定位作用。
密封室设计成锥形的结果是当两法兰彼此压紧时将对密封件施加轴向及径向压力。由于内圈总是松松地位于弹性圈内的环形槽里,介质的工作压力将加强弹性圈的密封效果。
如果法兰是由弯曲成圆形的环状型材制成,而弹性圈及内圈又分别由环状异型带材制成,则特别适用于连接大标称直径的构件。
新的法兰连接中,两片法兰总是可以焊在相应的构件上。这样做得好处是焊缝并不一定要密封,而只是为了承受连接力。
然而按照本发明的连接原理,也可以将每个法兰松松地推装到相应的构件上,在法兰背对密封室的端面设有一卡槽,卡槽内至少插入一个环形卡件。这个卡件由径向向内的卡沿支承在构件上,而由卡槽上的卡紧面扣住卡件的径向向外的卡沿,并沿轴向突出到卡槽外面,这样由紧固件所施加的压力沿轴向作用到卡件上导致卡件外径增加而内径减小。
上述环形卡件可由一个个环形片拼接而成。
连接大而重的构件时最好不用前述有环状内沿的内圈,而将内圈做成无定位沿的。
本发明的进一步实施将在下面详述,并将参考实施例进一步说明本发明的优越性。
作为例子,在下面的应用图例中画出本发明的几个实施例,其中:
图1示出一个拧紧前焊接法兰连接的纵剖视图;
图1a与图1相似,而所示法兰处于紧固位置;
图2是与图1类似的纵向剖视图,示出本发明的一个改良后的实施方案,图中法兰未紧固;
图2a与图2类似,法兰已紧固;
图3示出一按改进实施例的装配好的焊接法兰的平面图;
图4是按图3所示法兰的侧面剖视图;
图5是按图3所示的实施例法兰的端视图;
图6是按图5所示法兰的侧面局部剖视图;

图8示出一环形片的剖面。
图1、1a、2和2a所示的用于两构件1和2的法兰连接,总是有两个法兰盘3,用紧固件4将其彼此拧紧在一起。图1a和2a中这些紧固件只用点划线表示,这可以方便地采用活动紧固螺丝。两法兰3之间封入一密封件,它封住两构件1和2间的接缝5,密封件包括一向内开有环形槽的弹性圈6,槽内装有一内圈7。内圈有一环状内沿7a,它在构件1和2之间起定位作用。
每个法兰3在其对着接缝5的端面上有一向着接缝成锥形展宽的环形密封室8,内置密封件6和7。从图1a和2a可看到两法兰紧固后它们端面互相贴靠并共同形成一密封室,其截面近似成三角形且实际上完全为因拧紧操作而变形的密封体6和7所充满。
在按图1及1a的法兰连接中两法兰3是被焊到相应的构件1和2上,但焊缝9并不一定要密封,因为它们只是承担连接力。
在图2和图2a所示实施例中每个法兰3是分别被松松地推装到相应构件1和2上的,在背向密封室8的那个端面上有一个卡槽10,其中至少装有一片环形卡件11。卡件11由一径向向内的卡沿11a分别支承在构件1和2上,其径向向外的卡沿11b则被卡槽10上的卡紧面10a所扣紧。由图2可进一步看出,卡件11沿轴向向外突出到卡槽外面,这样紧固件4所施加的压力沿轴向作用到卡件11上使卡件11外径增加而内径减小。当拧紧紧固件4时,环状卡件
11被压向相应卡槽10的底面,而内卡沿11a则分别稍稍压入构件1和2的外表面。
图3和图4示出一装上焊接法兰的改进的实施例。图中用“×”标出将法兰3彼此拧紧的紧固件4,这些紧固件可由普通法兰螺钉构成。
按图5、6和7,两法兰中至少有一个可由两片以上的法兰瓣3a拼接而成。图中所示为一法兰瓣3a,它做成半圆套状且有两个沿轴向的法兰沿3b,组装法兰时,法兰沿3b如图示在12处通过紧固件与对应部分法兰瓣3a上相应的法兰沿3b压接。紧固件仍可采用螺纹连接件。也可用三片或四片法兰瓣组装成一个法兰。
由图5和图6可以看出,有一止退环13嵌装在每个法兰瓣3a向着相应构件的内表面上。这一些退止环是为了增加法兰瓣3a和相应的构件1、2外表面之间的磨擦力。它可用硬质合金,并做成锯状,如图5所示。用这种方法也可得到与相应构件外表面有效连接的结果。
按本发明,当把这些单片法兰瓣3a拼接紧固在将一片与密封室8内部轮廓相适的锥形环片14压装到法兰3的密封室8内,这个环片的端面复盖住密封件6和7,该环片14示于图8。
也可象前面描述那样,用如图2及图2a所示的卡件11装进相应的卡槽10内代替以退环13,或两者都用。
Claims (13)
1、一个法兰连接,用于有接缝的两构件如容器、管路及类似构件,包括:
位于上述构件上的法兰件,该法兰件在其端面上有朝上述构件方向成锥形展宽的环形密封室;其特征在于:
一个置于上述环形密封室内的密封件,它适于封住上述构件之间的接缝;
紧固上述法兰的另件,使法兰的部分端面彼此贴紧,当上述法兰处于这种紧固位置时构成一密封室,其截面通常为三角形,而且室容积减小,于是上述密封件实际上完全充满该密封室而将接缝封死。
2、按权利要求1所述的法兰连接,其特征在于密封件包括一个弹性圈,它有一向内开的环形槽,槽内置入一内圈。
3、按权利要求2所述的法兰连接,其特征在于内圈有一环状内沿,它突起而成为两构件之间的定位件。
4、按权利要求2所述的法兰连接,其特征在于内圈松松地位于弹性圈内。
5、按权利要求1所述的法兰连接,其特征在于法兰是弯曲成圈形的环状异型材料。
6、按权利要求1所述的法兰连接,其特征在于密封件是一段环形的异型带材。
7、按权利要求1所述的法兰连接,其特征在于所述法兰被焊到上述构件上。
8、按权利要求1所述的法兰连接,其特征在于上述法兰件包括一对法兰,每个法兰松松地推装到相应的被连构件上,法兰背向密封室的端面上有一卡槽;上述紧固件包括至少一个位于上述卡槽内的环状卡件,该卡件通过径向向内的卡沿支承在构件上,当紧固法兰时该卡沿顶住上述构件,又通过径向向外的卡沿顶在卡槽的卡紧面上,上述卡件轴向地凸出于卡槽之外,这样紧固件所施加的压力沿轴向作用到卡件上使卡件外径增大而内径减小。
9、按权利要求1所述的法兰连接,其特征在于所说紧固件包括活动夹紧螺丝。
10、按权利要求1所述的法兰连接,其特征在于所说法兰件包括两个法兰,两法兰中至少有一个是由两片以上的法兰瓣拼接构成的。
11、按权利要求10所述的法兰连接,其特征在于法兰瓣具有沿轴向的法兰沿,这法兰沿由紧固件彼此压紧在一起。
12、按权利要求10所述的法兰连接,其特征在于每个法兰瓣在其向着相应构件的内表面上嵌装一个止退环。
13、按权利要求10所述的法兰连接,其特征在于还包括装在上述密封室内的一锥形环片用以遮盖上述法兰瓣对接面并包住上述密封件。
