Abstract

技术领域
本发明通常涉及移动(ambulatory)医疗遥测设备,并且尤其涉及这样的移动医疗遥测设备,其包括音频指示器用于向在该设备物理位置附近(physical vicinity)的个人提供音频反馈。
背景技术
监控人体生理状态数据在许多医疗、工业、科学和娱乐行业都已经受到高度和逐渐增长的关注等级。例如,对心电图(ECG)数据的监控是在诊断病人心脏状态方面的有用工具。传统的医疗遥测设备允许查看生理参数的瞬时值。
移动医疗遥测设备为便携式电子设备,其长时间固定于病人,以便可以连续监控和分析该设备所检测的一种或多种生理参数。该监控系统可以包括或不包括用于存储数据以便后续分析的记录单元。
病人可以在各种不同的环境(包括他们的住处、医院、或其他医疗护理或康复治疗机构)中佩戴移动医疗遥测设备。不管环境如何,临床用户需要确保该系统功能正常。由于临床用户在操作该系统方面通常不像技术人员那样得到很好的训练,所以理想为用户应当得到该系统已经被正确启动并且操作正常的一些保证。另外,当病人移动时,通常可能难以定位病人。如果出现危机生命或其它紧急的情况,这可能是至关重要的。
因此,所期望的是提供这样的装置,其将有关医疗遥测设备和整个监控系统的操作和状态反馈给病人或其他附近人员。
发明内容
依据本发明,提供了一种移动医疗遥测设备。该设备包括:至少一个传感器,用于检测病人的至少一种生理学参数;以及外壳,其可固定于病人。电路位于所述外壳内,以便接收和处理来自传感器的、表示代表生理参数的信号以生成可记录的生理数据。音频转换器位于所述外壳内,并可操作地连接于到所述电路以生成指示该设备的至少一种操作状态的音频信号。
根据本发明的一个方面,由音频转换器生成的音频信号还指示生理相关信息。
根据本发明的另一个方面,无线接收机可操作地连接到所述电路和音频转换器,并且位于所述外壳中来收无线寻呼信号,以便音频转换器响应于该无线信号而生成音频寻呼信号。
根据本发明的另一个方面,指示的监控器的操作状态是自测试成功完成。
根据本发明的另一个方面,指示的监控器的操作状态是自测试失败。

具体实施例
本发明者已经认识到可以通过将转换器或其它用于生成可听信号的装置装配到移动医疗遥测设备上来缓解上述问题。该可听信号可以提供向用户确保该设备/或整个监控系统正确操作的反馈。例如,该反馈可以指示正被监控的病人的状态、设备硬件的状态、在监控病人中所采用的算法的状态。例如,该可听信号可以指示测量已经完成了、不能实施监控、自测试失败、该设备相反无法进行测量、或测量值在预定范围之外。该可听信号也可以起寻呼信号的作用,通过该寻呼信号,护理人员可以例如在向监控器发送无线信号之后要求病人返回他们的房间或帮助定位该病人。
其中采用了本发明的移动设备可以测量任何各种不同生理参数,其包括但不局限于,心电图/呼吸(ECG/RESP)、心电图(ECG)、有创正压、温度、无创血压(NIBP)、SpO2/Pleth等级、二氧化碳等级(CO2)、以及心输出量。
图1示出了根据本发明的移动医疗遥测设备10的透视图。移动设备10的部件封装在外壳42内。用户接口12、音响指示器16、病人连接器/传感器18和天线19都并入移动设备10中。用户接口12(其可以包括显示器、按钮和/或其它致动器等)可以用于启动该设备,并且从可用的不同操作状态当中进行选择。病人连接器提供了在移动设备10中的电路或装置和固定于病人、用于监控病人状况的传感器或其它转换器之间的连接。天线19用于下文描述的无线通信。移动病人在病人的正常活动期间携带移动设备10,并且可以在病人移动时分析、监控、显示和记录感兴趣的病人生理参数。
应当注意到,尽管移动设备10通常设计得简单、紧凑,但是在本发明的一些实施例中,其可以包括另外的特征,诸如用于另外的数据交换的其它无线链路或提供用于延续使用的附加电源的外部电池组。但是,这些特征是可选择的,并且不应看作是对本发明的限制。
图2示出了移动医疗遥测设备10的一个实施例的框图。病人连接器/传感器18中的触点连接到电子模块20中的电路50。如上所示,附于病人的传感器通过连接器18连接到移动设备10。电路50处理来自病人传感器的生理信号。电路50的输出端连接到获取处理器52,该获取处理器控制设备的部分操作,并将生理信号转换为有用的数据格式。获取处理器52连接到存储器54,存储器54包括程序存储区域56和数据缓冲器58。程序存储区域56用于存储控制获取处理器52的操作的程序。数据缓冲器58提供生理数据的暂时存储。时钟62连接到获取处理器52。当移动设备10中的一些部分未被使用时,可以使它们断电以节省电池电源。
命令处理器66连接到获取处理器52和存储器54。程序存储区域56用于存储控制命令处理器66的操作的程序。如下文所述,命令处理器66还控制信息通过无线警报收发机28的传输和接收。在本发明的一个实施例中,无线收发机28为集成的射频遥测单元。在本发明的一些实施例中,可能不需要收发机的所有功能,在这种情况下,可以根据特定监控器的需要、仅仅采用无线接收机或无线电发射机。
音响指示器16连接到命令处理器66。音响指示器16可以是生成一种或多种音调的简单音频转换器。可选地,音响指示器16可以是生成各种不同音调、或声调、或声音的更复杂部件。音响指示器16可能够改变音调或声调的持续时间和强度。
音响指示器16在命令处理器66的控制下生成表示各种操作状态或情况的音频信号,由此向病人或病人附近的其他个人提供音频反馈。所提供的反馈可以是负反馈(例如,如果监控器不能操作或自测试失败、或如果监控器相反无法进行测量、或如果测量值在预定范围之外)。另一方面,所提供的反馈可以是正反馈,其指示例如,已经成功完成了自测试、已经成功实现了测量等。音响指示器16可以通过各种不同方式来区分正和负反馈。例如,如果采用音调,则对于每种类型的反馈,音调的持续时间、强度、和/或频率可以不同。可选地,不同类型的反馈可以采用不同的声调。
该可听信号还可以用于其它各种目的。例如,该可听信号可以起寻呼信号的作用,利用该寻呼信号,护理人员可以在向监控器发送无线信号后定位病人。更具体而言,在本发明的一些实施例中,音响指示器16可以用于提供寻呼功能。在这个实施例中,无线收发机28(或无线接收机)接收来自中心站(例如,护士站)或其它地方的、启动音响指示器16的无线命令信号。以这种方式,声音发射便于设备和/或病人的定位。
在一些情况下,可以通过两种不同的方式使用寻呼功能。尤其是,其可以用于请求或寻呼病人返回到某些预定位置,如他或她的房间。当以这种方式使用时,作为请求病人返回预定位置的寻呼信号,可听信号具有病人可识别的独特音调或声调。例如,这样的寻呼信号可以是具有固定音量的周期性音调。另一方面,该寻呼功能还可以用于寻找移动设备,而与该移动设备是否固定于病人无关。在这种情况下,有利地是,该寻呼信号可以不同于用于指示病人返回预定位置的寻呼信号。例如,该音调或声调可以是连续的并且处于其最大可能音量处,以便可以容易地定位该设备。
在本发明的那些提供无线传输功能的实施例中,无线收发机28可以将生理数据传送到远程位置用于分析。此外,如果正在测量的生理参数指示了紧急情况,则收发机28可以发送警报到远程位置以通知紧急事件响应者。在本发明的一些实施例中,无线收发机28可以发送数据到设备,该设备随后通过电话或计算机网络将数据转发到响应者。例如,如果监控器主要在病人的住处使用,则无线收发机28可以将数据转发到同样位于该住处内的专门启动电话。
在操作中,获取处理器52从电路50获取代表正被测量的生理参数的信号,将该信号转换为数据并可以将数据存储在数据缓冲器58中。在一些情况下,获取处理器52还可以检查相对于生理数据的报警界限(例如,危胁生命的事件)。例如,如果正在测量生理数据,则获取处理器52可以在数据中检查异常心跳的出现。报警界限可以存储在程序存储区域56或者获取处理器52可以存取的任何其它恰当位置中。如果获取处理器52确定已经超过了报警界限(这指示紧急情况),则获取处理器52可以经由命令处理器66启动音响指示器16。

Claims (28)
1.一种移动医疗遥测设备,包括:
至少一个传感器(18),用于检测病人的至少一种生理参数;
外壳(42),固定于所述病人;
电路(50),位于所述外壳中,以便接收和处理来自至少一个传感器的、代表生理参数的信号,以产生可记录的生理数据;以及
音频转换器(16),位于所述外壳(42)中,并可操作地连接到所述电路(50),以便生成指示所述设备的至少一种操作状态的音频信号。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述音频转换器(16)生成的所述音频信号还指示生理相关信息。
