Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成树脂瓶盖，其被装到容器(比如PET瓶)的口部，并且其内贮存有配料，一旦开启瓶子，配料就与瓶体内的液体内容物相混合。
背景技术
最近，关于装有软饮料(诸如茶、果汁、健康饮料、矿泉水等)的瓶子，在市场上可以广泛地获得，其具有一个设有一腔室的瓶盖，该腔室用来贮存粉末、液体或固体形式的配料。当瓶子被开启时，将配料从瓶盖的腔室中供应到瓶体内部并与瓶体内的液体内容物混合。比如，在日本专利公报JP2003-2350A和日本实用新型公报JP50-18846Y2中就公开了这样的瓶盖。这类瓶盖被典型地应用，以便通过使因外部温度、紫外线和/或氧化造成的不利作用最小化来尽可能长期地保持内容物的品质。
这类传统的瓶盖是由许多部件组成的，并且已经很难再减少部件的数量和降低生产成本。而且，该传统瓶盖所面临的一个问题是，当将用于封闭配料贮存腔室的盖子打开时，盖子可能与配料一起落入瓶体内，从而当此情形发生时，使得消费者或用户不高兴。
发明内容
因而本发明的目的是提供一种改进的瓶盖，其能够尽可能地减少部件的数量，并且当将配料供应到瓶体内的内容物时能够避免任何部件落入瓶体。
本发明提供一种瓶盖，它包括一个圆柱体，该圆柱体将被装到瓶子的口部并且设有一个通道以连通瓶子的内部空间，还包括一个可拆卸地连接该圆柱体的盖体，用于将该圆柱体的通道的出口端封闭。该圆柱体的通道设有一个穹顶状的底壁，该底壁具有一个朝着圆柱体的出口端突出的周边部。盖体具有一个顶壁和一个内壁，用来围绕底壁的周边部并与之配装，从而在瓶盖内形成一个封闭的腔室，用于贮存一种将与瓶子内部空间内的内容物相混合的配料，其中当盖体从圆柱体上拆开时所述腔室被打开。
在具有上述结构的瓶盖中，最好是所述穹顶状的底壁设有辐条，用以支撑底壁并将底壁固定到圆柱体的内壁上，同时保持通道以便通道能够与瓶子的内部空间连通。
根据本发明的瓶盖的封闭腔室用来仅贮存配料或者贮存配料及惰性气体。
最好是，所述底壁通过一个底切部(undercut)与所述内壁配装。
根据本发明的瓶盖具有一种简单的两部件结构，即由一个圆柱体和一个盖体组成，其中圆柱体用来密封瓶子口部并且与穹顶状的底壁相配合以形成一个配料贮存腔室，而盖体用来盖住该圆柱体。而且，由于配料是通过圆柱体与盖体之间的间隙供应到瓶子的内部空间并与其中的内容物相混合的，在所述配料贮存腔室开启时，能够肯定地避免任一部件落入瓶子内部空间的危险。

图1是根据本发明的一个优选实施例的一种瓶盖的截面图。
图2是图1所示瓶盖的仰视图，示出该瓶盖的主要部件。
图3是一个解释性视图，示出配料被加入瓶子并与瓶中的内容物混合。
图4是一个解释性视图，示出如何将混合物倒出瓶子。
图5是一个解释性视图，示出如何将配料装入瓶盖的配料贮存腔室。
图6是根据本发明的另一实施例的一种瓶盖的截面图。
具体实施方式
在附图中，附图标记1表示根据本发明的一种瓶盖的圆柱体，其通过螺纹连接到瓶子的口部。圆柱体1具有一个通道1a，当瓶盖连接到瓶子上时，该通道与瓶子的内部空间连通。
附图标记2表示瓶盖的盖体，其以一种合适的方式(比如通过螺纹联接或者通过一个底切部)被可拆卸地连接到圆柱体1上。当盖体2连接到圆柱体1上时，盖体2将圆柱体1的通道1a的出口端封闭。附图标记3表示一个穹顶状底壁，该底壁设在圆柱体1内通道1a的中间。该底壁3具有一个周边区域，该区域朝着圆柱体1的出口端突出。如图2所示，底壁3通过支撑辐条3a被固定到圆柱体1的内壁上，支撑辐条3a不仅支撑底壁3，还保持通道1a。
附图标记4表示一个圆柱形内壁，该内壁与盖体2构造成整体。内壁4具有一个底切部，该底切部与底壁3的周边区域相配地接合，这样就在盖体2内形成一个封闭的腔室M，该腔室M用来贮存配料，配料将被加入到瓶体内的液体内容物中。
在瓶子被有意打开之前，瓶体内的液体内容物和将被加入到液体内容物中以形成混合物的配料被严格地相互分开，以便稳定地保持配料的品质。
为了开启瓶子，首先将圆柱体1与盖体2之间的螺纹联接解除，以便后者向上移位。然后，如图3所示，内壁4与底壁3的周边区域之间的配合连接被解除，从而在这两个先前相互配合的元件之间形成一个间隙。
由于底壁3具有一种穹顶状的形状，其周边区域朝着圆柱体的出口端突出，如图所示，一旦内壁4与底壁3之间形成间隙，贮存在腔室M内的配料就能够沿着底壁3的斜面快速地落下。从而在先前封闭的腔室M内就不会残留配料了，就是说，已经贮存在腔室M内的所有配料都能完全落入到瓶子的内部空间。
在已经确认所有配料都已落下之后，再次将盖体2通过螺纹与圆柱体1紧密地连接，以便允许瓶体进行充分的摇动，直到配料与液体内容物完全混合而形成均匀的混合物。
然后，如图4所示，将圆柱体1与盖体2一起从瓶子的口部移开。现在就可以将通过将配料溶解到液体内容物中所获得的均匀混合物从瓶子中倒出。
为了将一预定量的配料填充到配料贮存腔室M内以准备一个新的瓶子，如图5所示，将盖体2倒转，从而配料能被填充到由内壁4与顶壁所限定的空腔内。然后，在将盖体2保持在图示方位的同时，将穹顶状底壁3的周边区域与盖体2的内壁4装配好。
还可以在配料贮存腔室M内填充惰性气体，以防止配料氧化。无论被贮存的配料是固体、粉末或液体，都认为是合适的，而且配料能被容易地引入空间内，而不管它的具体实物形态。
在上述图示的具体实例中，穹顶状底壁3通过四根支撑辐条3a固定到圆柱体1的侧壁上。当然，支撑辐条3a的数量不局限于四根，可以根据需要多于四根或者少于四根，只要支撑辐条不与配料的通道干涉就可。瓶盖的部件可以由聚丙烯树脂制成，但是其材料不局限于任何特定的一种。
图6中示出根据本发明的另一实施例的一种瓶盖。在此实施例中，盖体2的顶面盖住了圆柱体1的口的边缘并且通过将该边缘从内侧和外侧夹住而将之密封。此外，设有一个未加工的环5用以在圆柱体1与盖体2之间形成连接段，还设有另一个未加工的环6用以在圆柱体1与瓶子的口部之间形成连接段，以便需要时允许检测或者防止瓶子的欺诈性开启。
根据上文的描述应当知道，本发明提供了一种内装有配料的只有两个部件的瓶盖，其使得部件的数量最少，并且当将配料加入到瓶内的液体内容物中以进行混合时，能够肯定地避免任一部件落入瓶内。

Claims (4)

1.一种瓶盖，其包括一个圆柱体，该圆柱体将被装到瓶子的口部并且设有一个通道以与瓶子的内部空间连通，该瓶盖还包括一个可拆卸地连接该圆柱体的盖体，用于将该圆柱体的通道的出口端封闭，其中：
该圆柱体的通道设有一个穹顶状的底壁，该底壁具有一朝着圆柱体的出口端突出的周边部；
该盖体具有一个顶壁和一个内壁，用来围绕底壁的周边部并与之配装，从而在瓶盖内形成一个封闭腔室，用于贮存将与瓶子内部空间内的内容物相混合的配料，当盖体从圆柱体上拆开时所述腔室被打开。
2.按照权利要求1所述的瓶盖，其特征在于，所述底壁设有辐条，用以通过延伸至圆柱体的内壁并与之结合而支撑所述底壁，同时保持所述通道与瓶子的内部空间连通。
3.按照权利要求1所述的瓶盖，其特征在于，所述封闭腔室用来仅贮存所述配料或者贮存配料及惰性气体。
4.按照权利要求1所述的瓶盖，其特征在于，所述底壁通过一底切部与所述内壁配装。
