发明内容

具体实施方式
图1至图4示出了根据本发明目前所优选的一个实施例的儿童防护性包装10，包装10包括容器12，容器12具有颈部14，颈部14具有轴向延伸径向向内凹陷的瓶口16。瓶口16具有用于固定儿童防护性分配封闭物20的一个或多个螺纹或螺纹节段18。正如可从图5和图6中清楚低看出的那样，分配封闭物20包括外壳，这种外壳为单件结构，优选为整体模制的塑料结构。封闭物20包括基部22，盖子24由枢轴铰链26附到基部22。优选铰链26是美国专利6,041,477中所描述的类型。铰链26还可以但不太优选是美国专利4,638,916或5,489,035中所描述的类型，或者是其它任何适当的铰链结构。
封闭物基部22包括底面28，底面28具有分配开口30，向外延伸的壁32围绕分配开口30。外周缘边缘34从底面28的下面延伸，且内边缘36从底面28的下面延伸，并位于与周缘边缘34径向向内隔开的位置。内边缘36呈圆柱形，并具有用于与容器颈部瓶口16上的外螺纹或螺纹节段18接合的一个或多个内螺纹或螺纹节段38。也可以使用其它的封闭物/容器附着装置，如联锁垫圈，不过，目前优选联锁螺纹。环状壁40从边缘36内的颈部28的下面延伸，以在容器颈部瓶口16的开口端或入口内插塞密封接合。在本发明的优选实施例中将周缘边缘34描述为呈圆柱形，且将颈部28描述为呈圆形。不过，颈部28的周缘和外周缘边缘34可以是其它几何形状，如椭圆形，以与下面的容器12的相邻轮廓相配合。
肩部或突架42轴向凹陷在周缘边缘34周围的颈部28的水平下面，并具有轴向向上朝向的表面，优选该表面位于垂直于内边缘36的轴线的平面中。(方向性词语如“上”和“在...下面”仅用于描述，且并不是对示于图2和图3中的封闭物和容器的直立方向进行限制。方向性词语如“径向”和“轴向”仅用于描述，且并不是对适当的容器颈部瓶口16或封闭物内边缘36的中心轴线进行限制。)盖子24包括基部壁44和周缘边缘46，基部壁44和周缘边缘46具有与颈部22的周缘几何形状相匹配的几何形状。同心环状壁48和50从底面基部壁44延伸，以在示于图2中的盖子处于闭合位置时容纳在基部22上的壁32的外部和周围。

优选包括基部22、盖子24和铰链26的封闭物20是整体模制的塑料结构，如聚丙烯。分配开口30以及壁32、48和50的所示出的几何形状仅是示范性的。同样，分配封闭物的圆形周缘几何尺寸也是示范性的，如前面所描述的那样。还设想可将分配阀门安装在分配开口30内，如在美国专利6,672,487或美国专利申请No.(Docket 18258)中所描述的那样。

Claims (7)
