Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及采用自清空容器的液体分配系统。
背景技术
已知在相对刚性的容器中装入容纳液体的柔性囊或袋,给容器加压从而通过测量孔等排出液体。传统地,通过压力变化的且与被分配的液体隔离的液态或气态介质来加压容器。
发明内容
本发明与传统方法不同,这是通过将一个或多个包含液体成分的柔性囊封闭在容器中,且囊和容器内部通过适当尺寸的测量孔与混合室连通来实现的。液体加压介质以基本恒定的压力被引入容器,在容器中它用来压缩囊,并将其计量的量的相应液体成分与计量的量的加压液体一起排至混合室。这些被计量的液体量在混合室中混合,并作为混合物而被传输。

具体实施方式
参见附图,用于液体混合物产品(例如茶、果汁饮料等)的分配系统包括具有外部容器12的一次性单元10。在一个例子中,容器12可包括现在通常用于容纳软饮料等类型的标准一升塑料瓶。容器12封闭至少一个且较佳地为多个柔性塑料囊14和16,它们分别容纳所需最终产品的液体成分18和20。在一个实施例中,囊14容纳茶浓缩浆,而囊16容纳香精。容器12具有开口顶部,通过该开口顶部接纳囊14、16。盖子22封闭开口的容器顶部。盖子22诸如通过螺纹或溶剂焊接附连至容器12。囊14和16通过测量孔26和28与盖子22内形成的混合室24相连通。当囊14和16被加压时,这将在下面更详细地描述,液体成分18和20的被计量的量通过孔26、28传输入混合室24。
通常为城市供水的供给装置30通过通常闭合的恒流阀32连接至盖子22。通常,任何城市供水的压力将变化很大。只要供给装置30的压力保持在阈值之上,通过保持打开和维持恒流阀32下游的基本恒定的选定流量和压力,恒流阀32就防止单元10经受这种变化。假如供给装置30的压力下落到阈值之下,阀32自动关闭。在一个例子中,当供给装置30的压力从至少约20磅每平方英寸变化到约95磅每平方英寸时,恒流阀32保持水34的基本恒定流量为3盎司每秒。在美国专利第6,026,850号和美国专利第6,209,578号中描述了这种通常闭合的恒流阀的例子,这些专利的全文结合于此作为参照。
水34从阀32通过形成在盖子22中的通道36流入容器12的内部38。水34充填内部38,并使其加压至约12psi,例如导致两个结果。首先,水34对囊14和16施加压力,并通过测量孔26和28将液体成分18和20排入室24。因为由水34施加在囊14和16上的压力是均匀的,所以囊14和16无需高强度的接缝。其次,水34通过测量孔41流入混合室24。液体成分18和20以及水34的被计量的量在室24中混合,以形成所需的液体混合物40,诸如软饮料。混合物40中的液体成分18和20以及水34的比例分别取决于测量孔26、28和41的尺寸、以及由阀32保持在基本恒定水平的水34的工作压力。在一个例子中,水34与浓缩浆以约150∶1的比例混合,而与浓缩香精以约500∶1的比例混合。在另一例子中,浓缩浆以约6.0立方厘米/秒流入室24,而浓缩香精20以约0.2立方厘米/秒流入室24。最终的液体混合物40通过出口通道42流出混合室24,且通过电磁阀44被分配。
当囊14或囊16为空的时,容器单元10通过自脱开联接器46简单地与恒流阀32和阀44脱开,丢弃该容器单元,且通过重新连接联接器46来替换新的单元。单元始终保持密封,因此当更换单元时,保护囊14、16及其内容物不会暴露于外部污染物。
Claims (6)
1.一种液体分配系统,包括:
容器;
所述容器中的至少一个柔性囊;
容纳于所述囊中的第一液体;
具有出口的混合室,所述混合室通过第一测量孔与所述囊连通,且通过第二测量孔与所述容器的内部连通;
供给装置,用于将压力下的第二液体引入所述容器,如此引入的所述第二液体用来加压所述囊中的所述第一液体,且所述第一和第二测量孔用来分别允许计量的量的所述加压的第一和第二液体进入所述混合室,以混合成通过所述出口分配的液体混合物:以及
恒流阀,所述供给装置通过所述恒流阀连接至封闭所述容器的开口顶部的盖子,所述恒流阀在所述供给装置的压力处于阈值之上时运行,以将引入所述容器的所述第二液体保持在基本恒定的压力和流量,并且,所述恒流阀响应所述供给装置在所述阈值之下的压力而自动关闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的液体分配系统,其特征在于,所述容器的开口顶部具有开口,通过该开口接纳所述囊,且所述混合室结合入封闭所述开口的盖子中。
3.如权利要求1所述的液体分配系统,其特征在于,在所述容器中装入多个柔性囊,每个所述囊包含第一液体,且每个所述囊通过相应的第一测量孔与所述混合室连通。
4.如权利要求1所述的液体分配系统,其特征在于,通过所述出口分配的所述液体混合物的流量由第二阀控制。
5.如权利要求4所述的液体分配系统,其特征在于,所述容器和所述混合室构成一体的单元,其通过可分离的联接器而可拆卸地连接至所述恒流阀和所述第二阀。
6.一种液体分配系统,包括:
具有开口顶部的容器;
多个柔性囊,通过所述开口顶部容纳于所述容器中;
第一液体成分,容纳于所述囊中;
封闭所述开口顶部的盖子,所述盖子限定具有出口的混合室,所述混合室通过第一测量孔与所述囊连通,且通过第二测量孔与所述容器的内部连通;
供给装置,用于将压力下的第二液体成分引入所述容器,如此引入的所述第二液体成分用来加压所述囊中的所述第一液体成分,且所述第一和第二测量孔用来分别允许计量的量的所述第一和第二液体成分进入所述混合室,以混合成从所述混合室通过所述出口分配的液体混合物:以及
恒流阀,所述供给装置通过所述恒流阀连接至所述盖子,所述恒流阀在所述供给装置的压力处于阈值之上时运行,以将引入所述容器的所述第二液体保持在基本恒定的压力和流量,并且,所述恒流阀响应所述供给装置在所述阈值之下的压力而自动关闭。
