Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于制造可热成形和可热焊接塑性材料容器的设备领域。
本发明具体针对热焊接台开展,该热焊接台具有用于热焊接两个可热焊接材料带的预定部分的焊接装置,由此限定中央区和至少一个嘴区的轮廓,所述嘴区向外打开,与中央区连通。
已知类型的用于制造可热成形容器的设备通常包括一个或多个热焊接和热成形台。如上所述,在热焊接台,材料带被加热,并沿由完工容器所呈现的形状限定的轮廓进行焊接,而在成形台,材料带借助于注射至中央区的成形流体成形,由此变形,以便限定用于容纳产品的凹进部分。成形台典型地包括两个模具和多个喷嘴,固定或活动喷嘴,所述喷嘴能够穿过嘴区向主凹进部分内注射成形流体。喷嘴插入材料带之间的嘴区上,在两个材料带和喷嘴上以密封的方式关闭模具,使嘴区区域的带变形,从而限定容器的嘴。
然后,将以这种方式焊接和成形的容器送往一个或多个装填台,在装填台,可流动或流体形式的产品通过先前成形的嘴引入容纳凹进部分。随后,通过焊接封闭嘴的端部,容器被送往一个或多个切断台,以便相互分离容器。
这种设备面临的主要缺陷之一是,在焊接步骤期间,由于模具和热焊接操作散发的热量,嘴区附近的材料带也倾向于彼此粘结在一起。这样,在热成形台,喷嘴到嘴区的插入通常很复杂,不能行之有效。为避免该缺陷,某些已知类型的热焊接台和成形台包括分离器元件,以使嘴区区域的材料带保持分离。为此,参考文件EP0 692 428、WO94/08852和EP0 479 152的内容,其中分离器元件为楔形,其遍布热焊接台的整个宽度。
但是,已知类型的解决方案也具有一些缺陷。分离器单元具有较大的尺寸,势必使大部分材料带不能被使用。由于本领域中尤其听到的要求是限制用于制造容器的材料的使用,以便尽可能地减少未使用材料的浪费,从该意义上来说,已知类型的解决方案是非常不利的。
一般而言,热量和长期的使用势必会损坏分离器元件的表面,并使材料带保持粘合到分离器元件上,撕破并损坏在随后的台上用于成形容器的嘴所必需的材料部分。此外,即使它们保持分离,材料带仍然会遭受到一个台与下一个台之间的急剧热冲击,势必被损坏,损失许多物理特性,尤其是回复能力。这使成形台上容器的嘴的成形不准确,由此使容器的紧密性不好。
本发明的目的是,通过预先布置用于成形由上述类型的可热成形和可热焊接塑性材料制造的容器的热焊接台,来克服上述缺陷,热焊接台允许容易地获得容器的嘴,同时,为该嘴提供了良好的抛光和紧密性。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种如上所述类型的热焊接台,其可以容易地安装在已有装备上,不需要对实质结构进行修改。
本发明的另一个目的是,提供一种用于由可热成形和可热焊接塑性材料制造容器的方法,所述容器具有上述特征,相对于用于制造容器的已知方法,该方法节省材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及一种如下面的主要权利要求所限定的热焊接台。本发明还涉及一种用于制造用于产品的容器的方法,其具有如下权利要求书所述的特征。
依照本发明,用于成形容器的嘴的装置优选包括用于注射预成形流体的装置。由焊接线限定的容器中央区内的喷嘴开口的端部连接于用于注射流体的系统,该流体允许预成形中央区,这使焊接轮廓更行之有效。
参照完全作为非限制性例子给出的附图,进一步的特征和优点将从下面对优选实施例的具体描述中变得更加清楚,其中:

现在参照附图,一台用于成形容器的设备包括用于沿选定(preferential)方向F将可热成形和可热焊接塑性材料供给至热焊接台1的供给装置。材料带10可以由沿中心轴线折叠的单个卷材形成,或者可以由并排布置的两个单独的材料卷材形成。带可以由连续材料卷材构成,例如一卷材料,或者可以由具有预定长度的最终尺寸的卷材构成。
依照本发明的热焊接台1包括主框架,主框架连接有活动焊接装置,例如但不限于,两个焊接元件,两个焊接元件布置成彼此相对,并能够依照横向于要热焊接的材料的前进方向的方向,彼此朝向和远离移动。焊接单元,例如,两个焊接模具20,均包括一内表面,在使用期间,所述内表面面向材料带,已知类型的热焊接表面24形成在所述内表面上,以便沿预定焊接线30焊接两个材料带以及限定容器的中央区40和嘴区50。
热焊接台还包括用于成形容器嘴的装置,在焊接步骤期间,所述装置尤其适于成形和/或预成形容器的嘴。成形装置可以包括例如但不限于成形喷嘴70,所述成形喷嘴70布置成彼此相邻,并且彼此间隔开预定间隔。喷嘴70具有大体上沿选定方向延长的形式,其依照基本上垂直于可热成形材料的前进方向F的方向布置。喷嘴70包括在其一端的注射孔72,喷嘴70连接于成形装置,例如,连接于用于注射加压成形流体的装置,优选加热所述成形装置,以便赋予模具20中封闭的材料带一形状。特别是,成形装置包括用于预成形流体的入口装置64,例如,入口阀或插座,入口装置64与成形喷嘴70流体连接。
此外,成形喷嘴70与运动装置接合,例如但不限于与收集器60接合,所述收集器60连接于致动装置62,在使用期间,致动装置62使喷嘴70朝向和远离材料带10垂直地移动。
在使用时,使材料带10在焊接台内前进一个足以焊接预定数量的容器的预定部分。在该步骤下,成形喷嘴70位于提升静止位置,这样,注射孔72在材料带10外部。如图3所示,在材料带10关闭之前,收集器60下降,成形喷嘴70朝材料带移动,在嘴区50附近插入,这样,使注射孔72坐落于材料带的嘴区50区域中。
然后,如图4所示,关闭两个模具20,将两个焊接线30夹在热焊接表面24与喷嘴70和热焊接表面24本身之间的嘴区50的材料带部分之间。密封在模具20上的喷嘴70允许成形容器的嘴,而热焊接表面24限定容器主凹进部分的轮廓。预成形流体注射到中央区40附近的材料带10之间,并允许中央区上的两个带部分地移开,防止相互粘附在一起,使它们保持较高温度,并且使它们更好地粘附到热焊接壁上。因此,这也使容器30轮廓能够更有效地焊接在热焊接表面24的侧面上。
一旦完成焊接步骤,就打开两个模具20,两个模具20离开材料带,同时,提升喷嘴70,使之回到注射孔72在材料带10外部的静止位置。材料带朝随后的成形台移动,在成形台上,喷嘴进一步插入刚才成形并轮廓分明的容器嘴中。同时,材料带进一步在焊接台内部前进,以便进行另一焊接和预成形步骤。
有利的是,用于成形嘴的元件的存在能够避免使用用于分离材料带的装置。实际上,依照该构造,嘴区区域上的材料带部分直接成形为容器的嘴,其它材料带部分可以彼此焊接在一起。此外,通过在焊接轮廓步骤期间直接成形容器的嘴,可以减少非正常焊接的材料带部分,以使成形喷嘴引入随后的台。
本发明的另一个优点在于,到达热焊接台的材料带具有较低的温度,例如相当于外界温度。因为在成形元件已经引入至嘴区中时在材料带上关闭热焊接模具,所以,致使嘴的预成形在允许嘴获得最佳抛光的温度下进行,嘴带有轮廓分明的边缘和整体表面。除了上面用于容器的装填台和关闭台外,这些特征进一步为随后的成形台带来好处,因为以这种方式成形的容器的密封显著得到改善。
当然,本发明的原理、实施例的形式和构造细节可根据所述的和所示的内容进行广泛改变,但都不会背离本发明的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于制造可热成形和可热焊接容器的热焊接台,其包括焊接装置(20),所述焊接装置(20)用于热焊接两个可热焊接材料带(10)的预定部分,从而限定中央区(40)和至少一个嘴区(50)的轮廓,所述嘴区(50)向外打开并与中央区(40)连通,其特征在于,热焊接台(1)还包括用于成形所述嘴区(50)的装置(70),所述成形装置能够有选择地相对于焊接装置(20)移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的热焊接台,其特征在于,所述成形装置包括多个并排布置的成形喷嘴(70)。
3.如权利要求2所述的热焊接台,其特征在于,成形喷嘴(70)连接于致动装置(62),在使用期间,所述致动装置(62)使喷嘴(70)朝向和远离所述焊接装置(20)移动。
4.如权利要求3所述的热焊接台,其特征在于,成形喷嘴(70)与用于注射加压成形流体的设备连接。
5.一种用于制造可热成形和可热焊接容器的方法,其包括下列步骤:预先布置可热成形和可热焊接材料带(10),预先布置包括焊接装置(20)的热焊接台(1),沿选定方向(F)朝热焊接台(1)移动材料带(10),将焊接装置(20)关闭到材料带(10)上,以便限定中央区(40)和至少一个嘴区(50)的轮廓,所述嘴区(50)向外打开并与容器的中央区连通,其特征在于,该方法还包括下列步骤:使成形装置(70)接近材料带(10),使所述成形装置(70)插入嘴区(50)附近的所述材料带(10)之间,以及预成形容器的嘴。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括下列步骤:借助于成形装置(70)将成形流体注射至中央区(40)附近的材料带之间,以便分离材料带(10)并预成形容器的嘴。
