Abstract

一种组合型集尘阳极板,是涉及应用于静电除尘器中,用于收集荷电烟尘粒子的阳极集尘极板,它不同于以往用金属板轧制而成的各种气流屏蔽型集尘极板。该组合型集尘极板具有极高气流通透性,并且能为荷电烟尘粒子提供足够的沉降面积,尤其是对亚微米级的荷电烟尘粒子具有极高吸附能力的组合型集尘极板。应用该组合型集尘极板的静电除尘器,能大大提高电场风速,缩短电场中沉降通道长度,从而,使静电除尘器的体积大幅度下降,使静电除尘器的投资与远行成本大幅度降低,并且,使静电除尘器的排出浓度技术性能指标,低于布袋式的除尘器的排出浓度技术性能指标。

一种组合型集尘阳极板
所属领域
本发明涉及一种应用于静电除尘器中,用于收集荷电烟尘粒子的集尘阳极板,尤其是能提高对亚微米级的荷电烟尘粒子吸附能力的组合型集尘阳极板。
背景技术
目前,公知的静电除尘器中所应用的集尘阳极板,是用金属板轧制而成的各种气流屏蔽型的集尘极板,由其在静电除尘器中组合成烟尘气流沉降通道,使荷电后的烟尘粒子沉降其上,达到清洁气流中荷电烟尘粒子的作用,但是由于这种集尘极板对亚微米级的荷电烟尘粒子吸附能力太低,致使沉降通道大长,使静电除尘器体太大,即使如此,其排放浓度,不能达到理想的要求,该集尘阳极板存在着以上缺点。
发明内容
为了克服集尘阳极板存在的不足,本发明提供一种新式组合型的集尘阳极板,该组合型集尘阳极板不但具有良好的气流通透率,而且还能为荷电烟尘提供足够的沉降面积,从而使静电除尘器的技术性能有着进一步的提高。本发明的目的是提供一种新式组合型的集尘阳极板及其制造方法。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是;是将具有等长度,等宽度,相同几何形状的金属集尘极板条,等间距的平行排列,其两端分别用金属端头板固定,其中间分段用金属定位条连结固定,从而,制作成组合型集尘阳极板。将组合型集尘阳极板应用在静电除尘器中,同电晕电极线和挡风板配合,组成进风沉降通道和排风沉降通道,完成清除气流中烟尘作用。
本发明的有益效果是:应用组合型集尘阳极板,可在提高电场风速条件下,有效的清除亚微米级烟尘粒子。可用一至两个电场,仅几米长的气流沉降通道中,可以完成已往几个电场,十余米长沉降通道完不成的技术性能指标,尤其是对亚微米级的烟尘粒子捕集能力大为提高,并降低振打清灰周期。组合型集尘阳极板使静电除尘器的排出浓度技术性能指标,低于布袋式的除尘器的排出浓度技术性能指标,并且,使静电除尘器的体积大幅度下降。从而,使投资与远行成本大幅度降低。

具体实施方式
在图1中,是将具有等长度,等宽度,相同几何形状的金属集尘极板条,等间距,平行排列,其两端分别被金属端头板固定,其中间分段被金属定位条连结固定,制作成组合型集尘阳极板。
在图2中是采用板条形的集尘极板条施实例时,等间距,平行排列组合的A-A剖视图。
在图3中是采用U形的集尘极板条施实例时,等间距,平行排列组合的A-A剖视图。
在图4中是采用V形的集尘极板条施实例时,等间距,平行排列组合的A-A剖视图。
在图5中是采用W形的集尘极板条施实例时,等间距,平行排列组合的A-A剖视图。
在图6中是采用管形的集尘极板条施实例时,等间距,平行排列组合的A-A剖视图。

1.一种组合型集尘阳极板,应用于静电除尘器中,是用于收集荷电烟尘粒子的集尘阳极板,其特征是:组合型集尘阳极板是将具有等长度,等宽度,形状相同的U形金属集尘板条,等间距的平行排列,其两端分别用金属端头板固定,其中间分段用金属定位条连接固定,制作成气流通透率良好的组合型集尘阳极板。
