Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及改进的表面处理组合物和处理表面的方法。更具体地说,本发明涉及用于处理皮肤和/或毛发以为皮肤和/或毛发提供清洁和/或消毒效果的改进的液体组合物,以及涉及实现这种清洁和/或消毒效果的方法。
背景技术
现有技术已经提出了许多含有一种或多种表面活性剂的液体组合物,这些组合物用于清洁表面,特别是清洁皮肤表面和毛发,以便从这类表面清除污物和/或微生物。人们熟知并广泛使用上述组合物,并且通常将其称为“液体肥皂”、“液体洗手皂”、“香波”、“沐浴露”、“浴液”以及“浴皂”。上述组合物也经常以“轻垢型(light duty)”液体餐具洗涤剂组合物的形式获得,但是,这类组合物的销售主要是针对盘碟和其他烹饪和/或饮食器具的手动洗涤。以下液体组合物虽然重要,但是较不为人所知或者较不易得:这种液体组合物含有提供基本清洁效果的一种或多种表面活性剂,同时含有使被处理表面达到一定消毒程度的一种或多种生物杀灭剂。这类生物杀灭剂的引入是一个技术问题,这需要精心配制,以便确保该一种或多种表面活性剂以及该一种或多种生物杀灭剂混入液体组合物时,其有利效果受到不当的减损。理想的是,所述液体组合物除了能为被处理表面提供良好的清洁和/或杀菌效果之外,还应当具有良好的贮存稳定性,特别是当这类产品直接施用于使用者的皮肤和/或毛发时,还应当降低对该产品的使用者产生刺激的可能性。
例如,PCT/GB02/02441描述了液体杀菌洗涤剂组合物,其中必须包含:水;一种或多种表面活性剂;一种或多种特定的非离子非酚类抗菌剂;芳族磺酸盐水溶助长剂或水溶性有机溶剂,优选同时含有二者;以及进一步可选加入的次要组分。其中提到,芳族磺酸盐水溶助长剂的存在是必需的,原因是,据信当它与特定的非离子非酚类抗菌剂混和在一起时,可提供协同杀菌效果。
PCT/GB2003/004381描述了液体洗涤剂组合物,其中必须包含:水;至少一种表面活性剂;和至少两种不同的有机酸或其盐,所述至少两种不同的有机酸或其盐组分占组合物的至少0.5%(体积/体积),优选为至少1%(体积/体积)。优选所述至少两种不同的有机酸或其盐是饱和脂族羧酸和/或羧酸盐,特别是具有两个或多个羧酸基或羧酸盐基团的物质。该组合物可以进一步包括生物杀灭剂,然而在某些优选实施方案中,该组合物不含传统的生物杀灭剂,原因是,据信所述的至少两种不同的有机酸或其盐同时提供缓冲作用和生物杀灭作用。
PCT/EP98/02565提及了提供杀菌作用的餐具洗涤用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含:水;一种或多种有清洁效力的表面活性剂;和优选的苯甲酸或其盐,据称所述苯甲酸或其盐可用于提供生物杀灭作用。
现有技术已经提出了多种试图满足该技术需求的组合物,然而,这些组合物并非完美无缺,于是,本技术领域中实际还需要用于处理硬表面的进一步改进的组合物,特别是用于处理皮肤和/或毛发并以为皮肤和/或毛发提供清洁和杀菌效果的改进的组合物。
发明内容
本发明的第一个方面提供一种用于处理皮肤和/或毛发以便为之提供清洁和/或消毒效果的液体组合物,所述液体组合物必须包含:
1重量%~35重量%的选自阴离子、非离子、阳离子和两性表面活性剂的一种或多种有清洁效力的表面活性剂;
0.01重量%~5重量%的一种或多种提供生物杀灭效果的第一生物杀灭组分,和选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸衍生物和/或其盐以及法尼醇的至少一种或多种第二生物杀灭组分;
0.01重量%~7重量%的一种或多种pH值调节组分;
0重量%~10重量%的一种或多种有机溶剂;
0重量%~10重量%的一种或多种水溶助长剂;
0重量%~50重量%的一种或多种可选组分,所述可选组分包括但不局限于增稠剂、粘度调节剂、着色剂、遮光剂、染料、芳香剂、香料、防腐剂和螯合剂;以及
余量的水。
本发明的第二个方面提供一种如本发明第一个方面所述的液体组合物,所述液体组合物进一步包含必需的增稠剂组分。优选的是,所述增稠剂组分以足够的增稠有效量存在,以致所述液体组合物的粘度为至少约2000cps(厘泊),优选为至少约5000cps。
本发明的第三个方面提供一种如本发明第一个或第二个方面所述的液体组合物,其中所述组合物不包含水溶助长剂,特别是不包含基于磺酸盐化合物的水溶助长剂。
本发明的第四个方面提供一种如本发明第一个、第二个或第三个方面所述的液体组合物,其中所述本发明的组合物不包含有机溶剂。
本发明的又一个方面提供了一种产生清洁和/或消毒效果的方法,所述方法的要点在于,在表面上,特别是在皮肤和/或毛发上施用本文所述的一种或多种液体组合物,以便为之赋予清洁和/或消毒效果。
本发明的组合物包含1重量%~35重量%的选自阴离子、非离子、阳离子和两性或两性离子表面活性剂的一种或多种有清洁效力的表面活性剂。
典型的阴离子表面活性剂包括但是不限于下述一种或多种化合物中的碱金属盐、铵盐、胺盐、氨基醇盐或镁盐:烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基氨基醚硫酸盐、烷基芳基聚醚硫酸盐、单酸甘油酯硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基酰胺磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烯属磺酸盐、链烷磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基酰胺磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐、烷基磺基醋酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐、酰基肌氨酸盐、酰基羟乙磺酸盐和N-酰基牛磺酸盐。一般,该多种化合物中的烷基和酰基包含具有12~20个碳原子的碳链。
此外,可用的典型的阴离子表面活性剂还包括脂肪酸盐,该脂肪酸盐包括油酸、蓖麻油酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸的盐;椰油或氢化椰油酸的盐类;以及酰基具有8~20个碳原子的酰基乳酸盐。
典型的可用的阴离子表面活性剂(也称阴离子表面活性物质)包括以下有机磺化反应产物的水溶性盐,特别是碱金属盐、铵盐和烷醇铵(例如单乙醇铵或三乙醇铵)盐,所述有机磺化反应产物在它们的分子结构中具有磺酸基或磺酸酯基和含约10到约20个碳原子的烷基。(在术语“烷基”中包括芳基的烷基部分)。这一类合成表面活性剂的实例有:烷基硫酸盐,特别是由高级醇(C8~C18碳原子)硫酸盐化而获得的那些烷基硫酸盐,所述高级醇为例如通过还原动物脂或椰油的甘油酯而生成的高级醇;和烷基苯磺酸盐,所述烷基苯磺酸盐的烷基为直链或支链的具有约9到约15个碳原子的烷基。特别有价值的是烷基的平均碳原子数为约11~14的线性直链烷基苯磺酸盐。
本文中的其他阴离子表面活性剂是以下水溶性盐:含有约8到约24个(优选为约12~18个)碳原子的链烷磺酸盐;烷基甘油基醚磺酸盐,特别是那些C8~C18醇(例如由动物脂或椰油衍生的醇)的醚类;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,其每个分子含有约1~约4个单元的氧化乙烯并且在烷基中含有约8个到约12个碳原子;和烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,其每个分子含有约1~约4个单元的氧化乙烯并且在烷基中含有约10个到约20个碳原子。
在此可用的其他阴离子表面活性剂包括:α-磺基脂肪酸酯的水溶性盐,其在脂肪酸基团中含有约0~20个碳原子并且在酯基中含有约1~10个碳原子;2-酰氧基-链烷-1-磺酸的水溶性盐,其酰基中含有约2~9个碳原子并且链烷部分中含有约9到约23个碳原子;含有约12~24个碳原子的烯属磺酸盐中的水溶性盐;和β-烷氧基链烷磺酸盐,其烷基中含有约1~3个碳原子并且链烷部分中含有约8到20个碳原子。
特别有用的是下式所示的烷基硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂:
其中R为直链或支链烷基链,该烷基链含有约8个到约18个碳原子,该烷基链为饱和或不饱和的,该烷基链的最长线性部分平均具有15个以下的碳原子;M为阳离子,其使得该化合物具有水溶性,特别是像钠之类的碱金属阳离子,或者为铵或取代的铵阳离子;X为0到约4。其中,最优选的是非乙氧基化的C12~C15伯和仲烷基硫酸盐。典型的可市购烷基硫酸盐包括以下一种或多种产品:由Ph
ne-Poulenc Co.(Cherry Hill,NJ)生产的商标为RHODAPON的烷基硫酸盐,以及由Stepan Chemical Co.(Northfield,IL)生产的商标为STEPANOL的烷基硫酸盐。
另外,特别有用的是下式所示的烷基磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂:
其中R为直链或支链烷基链,该烷基链含有约8个到约18个碳原子,该烷基链为饱和或不饱和的,该烷基链的最长线性部分平均具有15个以下的碳原子;M为阳离子,其使得该化合物具有水溶性,特别是像钠之类的碱金属阳离子,或者为铵或取代的铵阳离子;X为0到约4。其中,最优选的是C12~C15伯和仲烷基硫酸盐。典型的可市购链烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂包括商标为HOSTAPUR的一种或多种产品。
在本文中没有具体列举的其他阴离子表面活性剂也可以结合用于本发明的组合物。
实际上,任何含有羧基、羟基或在氮上连接有游离氢的氨基或酰氨基的疏水化合物都可以与氧化乙烯或其多水合产物或聚乙二醇缩合,以形成水溶性非离子表面活性剂化合物。此外,聚氧乙烯疏水部分和亲水部分的长度可以不同。典型的非离子化合物包括烷基芳基羟基化合物的聚氧乙烯醚,例如,烷基化聚氧乙烯苯酚、长链脂族醇的聚氧乙烯醚、疏水氧化丙烯聚合物的聚氧乙烯醚以及高级烷基氧化胺。
一类可用的非离子表面活性剂包括烷氧基嵌段共聚物,这类共聚物包括分子的主要部分由嵌段共聚的C2~C4氧化烯构成的非离子表面活性剂。该非离子表面活性剂优选由氧化烯链起始基团构成,但是也可以以几乎任何含有活性氢的基团作为起始核,这类起始核包括但不限于酰胺、酚、硫醇和仲醇。
含有典型的氧化烯嵌段的一类可用的非离子表面活性剂是通常可以由式(A)表示的化合物:

PO表示氧化丙烯,
y等于至少15,
(EO)X+Z等于所述化合物总重量的20%~80%,和
总分子量优选为约2,000~15,000。
适于在该新的组合物中使用的另一类非离子表面活性剂可以由式(B)表示:

其中,R为烷基、芳基或芳烷基,R基团含有1~20个碳原子,EO的重量百分数为占嵌段a、b中的一个的0%~45%,占嵌段a、b中的另一个的60%~100%,EO和PO的总摩尔总数为6~125摩尔,其中1~50摩尔在PO含量大的嵌段中,而5~100摩尔在EO含量大的嵌段中。
另外的基本上包含在通式B中的非离子表面活性剂包括分子量为约2000~5000的氧化丙烯/氧化乙烯嵌段共聚物的丁氧基衍生物。
还有的可用的含有聚合的丁氧基(BO)基团的非离子表面活性剂可以由下式(C)表示:

其中,R为含有1~20个碳原子的烷基,
n为约5~15,以及x为约5~15。
可以由下式(D)表示的化合物也可以用作非离子嵌段共聚物表面活性剂,其中也包括聚合的丁氧基:

还有的可用的非离子嵌段共聚物表面活性剂包括丙氧基化亚乙基二胺的乙氧基化衍生物,其可以由下式表示:

(PO)x的量应使得乙氧基化之前的分子量为约300~7500,并且(EO)y的量应使得(EO)y占所述化合物总重量的约20%到90%。
此外,可用的非离子表面活性剂化合物包括氧化胺。典型的氧化胺包括:
(1)烷基二(低级烷基)胺氧化物,其中烷基含有约10~20个碳原子,优选为12~16个碳原子,烷基可以为直链或支链的,并且可以为饱和的或不饱和的。低级烷基包括1~7个碳原子。其实例包括:月桂基二甲基氧化胺;肉豆蔻基二甲基氧化胺;以及烷基为不同混合物的氧化胺、二甲基椰油胺基氧化物、二甲基(氢化的动物脂)氧化胺和肉豆蔻基/棕榈二甲基氧化胺;
(2)烷基二(羟基低级烷基)胺氧化物,其中烷基含有约10~20个碳原子,优选为12~16个碳原子,烷基可以为直链或支链,并且可以为饱和的或不饱和的。其实例有二(2-羟乙基)椰油胺氧化物、二(2-羟乙基)动物脂胺氧化物;以及二(2-羟乙基)硬脂胺氧化物;
(3)烷基酰氨基丙基二(低级烷基)胺氧化物,其中烷基含有约10~20个碳原子,优选为12~16个碳原子,烷基可以为直链或支链,并且可以为饱和的或不饱和的。其实例有椰油酰氨基丙基二甲基氧化胺和动物脂酰氨基丙基二甲基氧化胺;和
(4)烷基吗啉氧化物,其中烷基含有约10~20个碳原子,优选为12~16个碳原子,烷基可以为直链或支链,并且可以为饱和的或不饱和的。
此外,典型的和优选的非离子表面活性剂是乙氧基化醇和乙氧基化酚。这类非离子表面活性剂是众所周知的,且可以通过烷基酚、脂族醇或其混合物与足够的氧化乙烯缩合以生产含有聚氧乙烯的化合物来形成。优选的是,所存在的氧化乙烯单元的数量足以确保该化合物在本发明的水性组合物中或者该组合物的任何稀释液中的可溶性。更优选的是,乙氧基化醇和乙氧基化酚通过约4~16(更优选为8~13)摩尔氧化乙烯与1摩尔母体化合物(即烷基酚或脂族醇)的缩合反应来生产。本领域的技术人员知道,与1摩尔母体化合物进行缩合的氧化乙烯的摩尔数取决于缩合产物疏水部分的分子量。可以与氧化乙烯结合的母体化合物可以包括一种或多种下述物质:
(1)在烷基中含有约1~15个碳原子,优选为7~10个碳原子的(饱和的或不饱和的)烷基酚[包括苯酚、甲基苯酚(甲酚)、乙基苯酚、己基苯酚、辛基苯酚、癸基酚、壬基酚、十二烷基酚,等等];和
(2)含有约10~20个碳原子,优选为11~15个碳原子的伯、叔或仲脂族醇(包括癸醇、十二烷基醇、十三烷基醇、十六烷基醇、十八醇等等)。
对于醇乙氧基化物,脂族醇的烷基链可以是直链的或支链的,也可以是伯烷基或仲烷基,并且一般含有约8到约22个碳原子。烷基链可以是饱和的或不饱和的。醇乙氧基化物可以具有窄的(“窄范围乙氧基化物”)或宽的(“宽范围乙氧基化物”)的氧化乙烯同族分布。此类型非离子表面活性剂的可市购实例有商标为Tergitol、Genapol和Neodol的产品。
此外,典型的可用的非离子表面活性剂包括链烷醇酰胺,所述链烷醇酰胺包括单乙醇酰胺和二乙醇酰胺,特别是脂肪单链烷醇酰胺和脂肪二链烷醇酰胺。特别可用的非离子表面活性剂包括由下式表示的C8~C24烷基二(C2~C3链烷醇酰胺):
其中,Rc为支链或直链C8~C24烷基,优选为C10~C16烷基,更优选为C12~C14烷基,Rd和Re为C1~C4烷基,优选为乙基;Rd和Re可以相同或不同。具有上述结构的特别有用的链烷醇酰胺包括椰油酰胺二乙醇酰胺和大豆酰胺二乙醇酰胺。
在文中没有具体列举的其他非离子表面活性剂也可以结合用于本发明的组合物。
典型的阳离子表面活性剂包括本领域已知的阳离子表面活性剂。然而优选的是,在本发明的组合物中所用的阳离子表面活性剂是具有广谱杀菌或消毒功能的化合物。可以使用任何满足这些要求的阳离子表面活性剂,并且认为这些阳离子表面活性剂在本发明的范围之内;也可以使用两种或两种以上阳离子表面活性剂(即阳离子表面活性物质)的混合物。阳离子表面活性剂是众所周知的,可用的阳离子表面活性剂可以是在例如McCutcheon’s Functional Materials,1998年卷2和Kirk-Othmer,Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology,第4版,卷23,第481-541页(1997)中叙述的那些阳离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种,在此以参见的方式引入其内容。从这些阳离子表面活性剂的供应商获得的各个产品说明和资料中对此也有描述。
在本发明的实践中可用的优选阳离子表面活性剂的实例是可使浓组合物具有杀菌效果的阳离子表面活性剂,特别优选的是季铵化合物及其盐,其可以通过下面的结构通式来表征:
其中,R1、R2、R3和R4中至少一个是6~26个碳原子的烷基、芳基或烷芳基取代基,分子的整个阳离子部分的分子量为至少165。烷基取代基可以是长链烷基、长链烷氧基芳基、长链烷芳基、卤素取代的长链烷芳基、长链烷基苯氧基烷基、芳烷基等等。除了上述烷基取代基之外在氮原子上的其余取代基是一般含有不超过12个碳原子的烃类。取代基R1、R2、R3和R4可以是直链的或可以是支链的,但优选为直链的,并且可以包括一个或多个酰胺键、醚键或酯键。抗衡离子X可以是使得该季铵络合物具有水溶性的任何成盐阴离子。
上述说明中典型的季铵盐包括:卤化烷基铵,例如溴化十六烷基三甲基铵;卤化烷基芳基铵,例如溴化十八烷基二甲基苄基铵;卤化N-烷基吡啶鎓,例如溴化N-十六烷基吡啶鎓等等。其他适当类型的季铵盐包括分子中含有酰胺键、醚键或者酯键的那些季铵盐,例如氯化辛基苯氧基乙氧基乙基二甲基苄基铵、氯化N-(月桂基椰油氨基甲酰甲基)-吡啶鎓等等。作为杀菌剂使用的其他类型非常有效的季铵化合物包括疏水基以取代的芳核为特征的那些季铵化合物,例如氯化月桂基氧苯基三甲基铵、甲硫酸十六烷基氨基苯基三甲基铵、甲硫酸十二烷基苯基三甲基铵、氯化十二烷基苄基三甲基铵、氯化的氯化十二烷基苄基三甲基铵等等。
起杀菌剂作用的且在本发明的实践中可用的优选季铵化合物包括具有以下结构式的那些季铵化合物:
其中,R2和R3是相同或不同的C8~C12烷基,或R2是C12~C16烷基、C8~C18烷基乙氧基、C8~C18烷基酚乙氧基,以及R3是苄基,而X是卤离子,例如氯离子、溴离子或碘离子,或者是甲硫酸根阴离子。用R2和R3中所述的烷基可以是直链的或支链的,但优选为基本上是线性的。

在本文中没有具体列举的其他阳离子表面活性剂也可以结合用于本发明的组合物。
典型的两性表面活性剂包括一种或多种下式所示的甜菜碱表面活性剂:

其中,R是选自由烷基、烷芳基和芳烷基组成的组中的疏水基团,所述烷基含有约10到约22个碳原子,优选约12到约18个碳原子,当将苯环看作等于约2个碳原子时,所述烷芳基和芳烷基具有相似数目的碳原子,并且具有插入有酰氨基或醚键的相似结构;每个R1是含有1个到约3个碳原子的烷基;R2是含有1个到约6个碳原子的亚烷基。优选的甜菜碱实例是十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十二烷基酰氨基丙基二甲基甜菜碱、十四烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十四烷基酰氨基丙基二甲基甜菜碱以及己酸十四烷基二甲基铵。
此外,典型的可用的两性表面活性剂包括酰氨基烷基甜菜碱,例如可由以下结构式表示的酰氨基丙基甜菜碱:

其中,R为直链或支链的烃链,其可以包括芳基部分,但是优选的是含有约6到30个碳原子的直链烃链。
在本文中没有具体列举的其他两性表面活性剂也可以结合用于本发明的组合物。
优选的是,特别是在本发明的组合物中还存在一种或多种阳离子表面活性剂的情况下,上述一种或多种有清洁效力的表面活性剂包括至少一种阴离子表面活性剂,另外还具有至少一种甜菜碱表面活性剂。优选的是,同时存在阴离子表面活性剂和甜菜碱表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂与甜菜碱表面活性剂的各重量比为至少约5∶1,更优选为至少约8∶1,再优选为至少约10∶1,最优选为至少约12∶1。
基于所在的液体组合物的总重量,有清洁效力的表面活性剂的总量为1重量%~35重量%。然而,优选有消洁效力的表面活性剂为2重量%~20重量%,更优选为5重量%~15重量%。
本发明的组合物还需要包括0.01重量%~5重量%的一种或多种提供生物杀灭效果的第一生物杀灭剂组分,和选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸衍生物和/或其盐以及法尼醇的至少一种或多种第二生物杀灭剂组分。

此外,一种或多种具有杀菌或消毒作用的阳离子表面活性剂也可用于本发明的第一生物杀灭剂组分。这类阳离子表面活性剂包括以上关于有清洁效力的表面活性剂所述的表面活性剂,应当理解,这类阳离子表面活性剂给组合物提供双重功能,即为本发明的组合物既赋予清洁作用又赋予生物杀灭作用。
在本发明的组合物中可用的第二生物杀灭剂组分选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸衍生物和/或其盐以及法尼醇。可用于本发明组合物的苯甲酸、苯甲酸衍生物及其盐的非限制性的例子包括邻羟基苯甲酸及其衍生物,特别是水杨酸。此外,可用的苯甲酸衍生物包括多羟基羧酸,其中含有至少两个羟基,且至少一个羟基处于羧酸基团的邻位。其余的羟基或基团可以在其余的邻位、对位或间位配置。优选的是,烷基取代的邻羟基芳族羧酸在相对于羧基的3、4或5-位置被取代。烷基的链长度优选为C1~6,特别优选甲基取代的酸。特别优选的酸是2-羟基-5-甲基苯甲酸、2-羟基-4-甲基苯甲酸和2-羟基-3-甲基苯甲酸。
法尼醇是3,7,11-三甲基十二碳-2,6,10-三烯醇的通用化学名,其有许多商业来源,且在化妆品组合物中主要被用作芳香组分。
作为其他基本组分,本发明的组合物包括0.01重量%~7重量%的一种或多种pH值调节组分。本发明的组合物可以根据需要包括一定量的pH值调节剂或pH值缓冲组合物,但理想的是包括一定量的pH值调节剂或pH值缓冲组合物。这类pH值缓冲组合物包括本领域已知且惯用的多种pH值缓冲组合物。pH值调节剂的非限制性例子包括:含磷的化合物;单价的和多价的盐类,例如硅酸盐、碳酸盐以及硼酸盐;无机酸和有机酸;碱;酒石酸盐和某些醋酸盐。典型的pH值调节剂包括无机酸、碱性组合物以及有机酸,这些pH值调节剂一般只需要很少的量。pH值缓冲组合物的非限制性例子包括碱金属磷酸盐、多磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三磷酸盐、四磷酸盐、硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、聚硅酸盐、碳酸盐、氢氧化物及其混合物。某些盐类,例如碱土磷酸盐、碳酸盐和氢氧化物,也可作为缓冲剂。以下物质作为缓冲剂也是适合的:例如铝硅酸盐(沸石)、硼酸盐、铝酸盐,和某些有机物质,例如葡萄糖酸盐、琥珀酸盐、马来酸盐以及它们的碱金属盐。理想的是,本发明的组合物包括有效量的其有机酸和/或无机盐形式,这可以用来调节和保持本发明组合物的pH值在所希望的pH范围。特别有用的是柠檬酸及其金属盐,例如柠檬酸钠,以及乳酸及其金属盐,这两种物质的来源广泛,而且能有效地提供pH值调节和缓冲作用。然而,这些物质应当经过筛选,以确保它们不与本发明组合物的其他组分形成不希望的复合物,或者以其他方式不利地妨碍本发明组合物的其他组分发挥作用。
理想的是,在本发明组合物中存在的pH值调节剂或pH值缓冲组合物的总量足以使本发明组合物的最终pH值达到并保持低于7,优选为pH值等于或低于6,更优选为pH值等于或低于5,最优选为pH值在4~4.8的范围。最理想的是,本发明组合物中存在至少一种缓冲组合物;最理想的是,同时存在柠檬酸和/或柠檬酸盐以及乳酸和/或乳酸盐。特别是当同时存在柠檬酸和/或柠檬酸盐以及乳酸和/或乳酸盐时,本发明的组合物包括0.01重量%~7重量%的一种或多种pH值调节组分,优选该pH值调节组分的量为0.01重量%~0.6重量%,更优选为0.2重量%~0.45重量%。
本发明的组合物可以包括0重量%~10重量%的一种或多种有机溶剂。可以包括在本发明组合物中的典型的可用有机溶剂的非限制性例子包括至少部分可与水混溶的溶剂,例如醇类(例如低分子量的醇,如乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇等等),二醇(例如乙二醇、丙二醇、己二醇等等),可与水混溶的醚(例如二甘醇二乙醚、二甘醇二甲醚、丙二醇二甲醚),可与水混溶的二醇醚(例如丙二醇一甲基醚、丙二醇一乙基醚、丙二醇一丙基醚、丙二醇一丁基醚、乙二醇一丁基醚、二丙二醇一甲基醚、二甘醇一丁基醚),乙二醇或丙二醇的一烷基醚的低级酯(例如丙二醇一甲基醚乙酸酯),以及它们的混合物。乙二醇醚具有结构通式Ra-Rb-OH,其中Ra是含有1~20个碳原子的烷氧基或者含有至少6个碳原子的芳氧基,Rb是含有1个到10个二醇单体单元的丙二醇和/或乙二醇的醚缩合物。当然,两种或两种以上有机溶剂的混合物可以用于有机溶剂组分。
当存在有机溶剂组分时,有机溶剂组分的量理想地为0.01重量%~5重量%。
根据本发明的特定和优选方面,这些一种或多种有机溶剂明确地排除在本发明的组合物之外。
本发明的组合物包含0重量%~10重量%的一种或多种水溶助长剂,特别是一种或多种基于磺酸盐化合物的水溶助长剂。可用于本发明的组合物的有机水溶助长剂包括现有技术的水溶助长剂组合物。适用的水溶助长剂包括例如萘磺酸和苯磺酸等芳基磺酸的盐,其中芳族核可以是未被取代的或者是被低级烷基取代的,所述低级烷基为例如C1~4烷基,特别是甲基、乙基和/或异丙基。芳族核中可以存在最多三个这类取代基,但是优选存在零个到两个取代基。水溶助长剂的成盐阳离子优选为碱金属,例如钠或钾,特别是钠阳离子。然而,例如铵、一、二和三低级烷基即C1~4链烷醇铵基等其他水溶性阳离子可以用来替代碱金属阳离子。典型的水溶助长剂包括苯磺酸盐、邻甲苯磺酸盐、间甲苯磺酸盐和对甲苯磺酸盐;2,3-二甲苯磺酸盐、2,4-二甲苯磺酸盐和4,6-二甲苯磺酸盐;异丙苯磺酸盐、甲苯磺酸盐,其中上述典型的水溶助长剂一般是其盐的形式,包括钠盐形式和钾盐形式。此外,典型的水溶助长剂包括低级烷基硫酸盐,特别是在烷基中含有约一个到六个碳原子的那些低级烷基硫酸盐。
当存在水溶助长剂组分时,水溶助长剂组分的量理想地为0.01重量%~5重量%。
根据本发明的特定和优选的方面,这些一种或多种水溶助长剂明确地排除在本发明的组合物之外。
此外,在某些特别优选的实施方案中,一种或多种有机溶剂和一种或多种水溶助长剂都明确地排除在本发明的组合物之外。虽然这些组分不存在,但液体组合物也可以显示良好的清洁和良好的消毒性能,同时,特别是当这种组合物被制备成如本文所述的增稠液体形式时,该液体组合物还显示出良好的贮存稳定性。
本发明人意想不到地发现,可以生产出不含有机溶剂组分和/或水溶助长剂组分而能够稳定贮存的组合物,该组合物不但为用该组合物处理的表面提供了良好的清洁效果,而且提供了良好的生物杀灭效果。这是意想不到的,特别是不含水溶助长剂组分的组合物,因此通常需要存在这类组分以确保这类组合物的相容性和稳定性。特别是在有机组分也不存在的情况下获得了上述效果,这是更令人意想不到的,这相对于现有技术无疑是一个进步。
本发明的组合物也可以包含一种或多种旨在改善本发明组合物的美感或功能特性的其他可选组分。本发明的组合物可以包含0重量%~50重量%的一种或多种可选组分,所述可选组分包括但并不限于:增稠剂、粘度调节剂、着色剂、遮光剂、染料、芳香剂、香料、防腐剂、螯合剂,以及本领域已知的但未在此具体提及的其他可选组分。当将一种或多种可选组分加入时,例如芳香剂和/或着色剂的加入,常常有助于提高产品的感觉和引起消费者兴趣。这些可选组分的使用和选择是本技术领域的普通技术人员所周知的。当存在可选组分时,本发明组合物中存在的该一种或多种可选组分的总量理想的是不超过约20重量%。
根据本发明的某些以及特别优选的方面,以增稠形式提供液体组合物。优选的是,增稠剂组分以足够的增稠有效量存在,以致液体组合物的粘度为至少约2,000cps,优选为至少约5,000cps,更优选液体组合物的粘度为至少约7,500cps,最优选为约7,500~14,000cps,该粘度的测定条件如下:使用Brookfield粘度仪DV-III型,室温(约20℃,68),用3号锭子,12转/分钟。
为达到该粘度而在本发明中使用的增稠剂选自纤维素、烷基纤维素、烷氧基纤维素、羟基烷基纤维素、烷基羟基烷基纤维素、羧基烷基纤维素、羧基烷基羟基烷基纤维素、黄原胶、结冷胶(gellan gum)、瓜耳胶以及它们的混合物。纤维素衍生物的实例包括乙基纤维素、羟基乙基纤维素、羟基丙基纤维素、羧基甲基纤维素、羧基甲基羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟基丙基甲基纤维素和乙基羟基乙基纤维素。优选的是,增稠剂包括瓜耳胶。进一步特别优选的增稠剂和增稠剂的组合见实施例。其他增稠物质,特别是基于例如丙烯酸共聚物等合成高分子的增稠物质(如Carbopol物质)也可包含在本发明的组合物中。然而,本发明的组合物不希望包含基于粘土的增稠剂。
可用的螯合剂包括本领域所周知的螯合剂,其非限制性的例子包括氨基多元羧酸及其盐,其中氨基的氮上连接有两个或两个以上的取代基。优选的螯合剂包括酸和盐,特别是乙二胺四乙酸、二乙三胺五乙酸、N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸的钠盐和钾盐,其中特别有利的是使用乙二胺四乙酸的钠盐。上述螯合剂可以省略,或者可以包含有通常很少的量,例如以螯合剂和/或其盐形式的重量计,为0重量%~0.5重量%。理想的是,在本发明的组合物中包含的这类螯合剂的量为0重量%~0.5重量%,但是最理想的是以0重量%~0.3重量%的较少的重量百分数存在。
虽然本发明的组合物可以采取任何视觉形式,例如着色或未着色的、透明的、半透明的或不透明的,但通常理想的是使用珠光剂或珠光颜料物质,加入这些物质时,不但为本发明的液体组合物提供了遮光性,而且为其视觉外观提供了光泽。这类物质包括本领域己知的且在文献中有记载的物质。
本发明的组合物本质上基本是水性的,使组合物达到100重量%的余量物质是水。水可以是自来水,但是优选为蒸馏水,最优选去离子水。如果水是自来水,它最好基本上不含任何不需要的杂质,例如有机的或无机的杂质,特别是在硬水中存在的天然盐类,这会不利地妨碍本发明的水性组合物中所存在的组分发挥作用。
本发明的组合物可以用任何适合的容器包装,例如理想的是,可以将其装入非压力容器(例如刚性的瓶子)或可用手压挤的瓶子(可变形的瓶子),也可以装入使用汲取管和触发装置来释放液体的喷壶(通常也称为泵型喷雾装置)中,由此而使其成为即用型产品。使用时,本发明组合物的使用者释放一定量的该组合物,将其施用到需要处理的表面,例如皮肤表面或毛发,或者实际上是使用该组合物进行处理可受益的任何其他表面。本发明组合物被有利地作为个人护理清洁产品使用,例如,作为主要供清洁皮肤之用的洗手液或浴液,和/或作为主要供清洁毛发之用的香波产品。在这些用途中,直接提供一定量的组合物到需处理的皮肤或者毛发的位置,之后可以(但最好)用较多量的水漂洗。
也可以用压力容器来提供本发明的组合物,例如,含有一定量组合物和适合的喷雾推进剂的喷雾剂罐。
下述实施例说明了本发明组合物的典型制剂和优选制剂。应当理解,这些实施例仅仅以解释的方式给出,本领域的技术人员可以容易地制备属于本发明和权利要求范围的其他可用的制剂,这并未违背本发明的范围和精神。在该整个说明书和所附的权利要求书中,除非另有说明,任何组分的重量百分数都应理解为所提及组分的活性部分的重量百分数。
实施例
在搅拌下,将表1所示组分混合到一起得到均匀的混合物,从而制得本发明的示例性组合物。每个组分均为来自各自的供应商的“供货状态”;除非另有说明,应理解为它们是以“100重量%”的活性成分提供的。特定组分的功能亦如表1所示。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于处理皮肤和/或毛发以便为皮肤和/或毛发提供清洁和/或消毒效果的液体组合物,所述液体组合物包含:
1重量%~35重量%的选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的一种或多种有清洁效力的表面活性剂;
0.01重量%~5重量%的一种或多种提供生物杀灭效果的第一生物杀灭组分,和选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸衍生物和/或其盐以及法尼醇的至少一种或多种第二生物杀灭组分;
0.01重量%~7重量%的一种或多种pH值调节组分;
0重量%~10重量%的一种或多种有机溶剂;
0重量%~10重量%的一种或多种水溶助长剂;
0重量%~50重量%的一种或多种可选组分,所述可选组分包括但不局限于增稠剂、粘度调节剂、着色剂、遮光剂、染料、芳香剂、香料、防腐剂和螯合剂;以及
余量的水。
2.如权利要求1所述的液体组合物,该液体组合物必须包含增稠剂组分。
3.如权利要求2所述的液体组合物,其中,所述增稠剂组分的量为使所述液体组合物的粘度为至少约2,000cps的增稠有效量。
4.如权利要求3所述的液体组合物,其中,所述液体组合物的粘度为至少约5,000cps。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的液体组合物,其中,所述组合物不包含基于磺酸盐化合物的水溶助长剂。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的液体组合物,其中,所述组合物不包含有机溶剂。
7.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的液体组合物,其中,所述组合物不包含有机溶剂和基于磺酸盐化合物的水溶助长剂。
8.一种为表面提供清洁和/或消毒效果的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
将如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的液体组合物施用于表面,从而为所述表面赋予清洁和/或消毒效果。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述表面是皮肤和/或毛发。
