Abstract
一种具有往复式枪闩或套筒的自动手枪退壳器,退壳器能够从运行的抛壳位置运动到拆卸位置,在那里,它使枪身所安装的撞针部件降低,于是许可通过向前滑移拆缷套筒,在拆卸的时候,套筒插销装置使套筒插销枢轴能保持在局部移出的状态。当手枪的弹匣安装就位时,它能使退壳器固定在工作位置。
Description
先前的半自动手枪包括带有往复式撞针的套筒;撞针阻挡部件以及从手枪抛出弹壳的退壳器。在使用从握把构架延伸到套筒腔体里的撞针阻挡机构的半自动手枪里,套筒具有需要的隙口以便使它们能在拆卸手枪时移开。先前的手枪不提供预备好的套筒移动结构,在这样的手枪里不提供这些隙口。因为碎屑会通过隙口进入,这会带来不良后果。
某些手枪通过移走套筒插销也可以拆卸,套筒插销使套筒能从手枪里拆卸出来。这个系统有可能使套筒插销从手枪里分离出来,这样该必要部件就有可能遗失或损坏的危险。
概括地说,本发明是一种新颖的半自动手枪装置,其中,抛壳杆可绕枢轴转动地安装在手枪枪身上,在第一个位置起退壳器的作用,在第二个位置其作用是转动撞针挡块,直到挡块的凸出部分(通常凸伸到套筒的凹口里以阻挡撞针)因与后端不带有隙口的套筒的冲撞而移开。细长的抛壳杆带有指状支杆,以便与挡块啮合而转动挡块,从而使套筒可能拆卸。上面的中心用意是保证抛壳杆最初定位于其退壳位置,以后定位于使挡块转动位置。挡块一旦为拆卸而转动,套筒插销就从手枪里局部地移出,但借助弹簧和环形凹槽使它不完全地移开,从而防止套筒插销遗失或损坏。
本发明的特点是退壳器也可以加工成与弹匣相啮合的形状,并由弹匣使它稳定。

在图1-2里,手枪10包括枪管11,套筒12,套筒插销13,可绕枢轴转动的抛壳杆16,抛壳口17,手动保险杆18,握把19,扳机21,弹匣22以及弹匣插销25。
转向图3-6,它们显示杆抛壳16处于正常的位置,它牢固地安装在适当位置以抵抗在击发时受到的由枪身29施于的力,限制其向后运动,而且抛壳杆16是被枢销23稳定在与卡销24和枪身卡销凹口27相啮合这样的抛壳位置里(见图5)。在这个抛壳位置里,通过子弹与子弹啮合凸缘28的啮合,抛壳杆16可用于在手枪击发的时候退出弹壳,它伸出到往复运动的套筒12所附有的弹壳通道里,引起弹壳通过抛壳口17抛出。
枢销23安装在手枪枪身29上。击锤31也置于枪身29上,它围绕击锤枢轴32转动。撞针挡块33装在枢轴34上,扣机36也装在枢轴34上。包含其固定的凸块38的撞针挡块33安装于枪身上。凸块38在枪身29上延伸,并接触击发基部39的表面39a(图4),从而阻挡撞针31运动。由于凸块38始终在其固定的位置(除了击发前及在击发时),凸块38阻止套筒12移动,套筒直到它通常伸突入内的套筒凹口41移走才有隙口。图中也显示了撞针弹簧35。
进而参照图4,套筒定位器13包括销定枢轴42(由图11也可见)和插销件43,那个插销件43在最后一颗子弹打光后被弹匣随动器(未示出)抬起以阻挡套筒12移开。
扳机21通过枢销44连接到扳机连杆40上。扳机连杆40有一个缝隙45,其侧边接触撞针挡块侧边伸出部46,在部分工作循环的时候,造成撞针挡块33顺时针转动(图4),从而不再阻挡撞针31。
参照图5,它显示抛壳杆枢销23安装在枪身29上。夹紧到枢销23上的是抛壳杆16的抛壳翼48、49,抛壳杆16在翼48里有一个卡销24,这卡销24置于定位在机身29内的抛壳卡销凹口27内。子弹啮合凸缘28通
过抛壳杆51连接到翼48、49上。
转向图6,翼49带有翼形伸出部52,它与挡块33的伸出部53相接触,以便如下文所描述的使挡块33转动。
现在注意图7和图8,看到抛壳杆16由于其上面部分被压下而降低,引起卡销24脱出卡销凹口27,而使抛壳杆16能够反时针转动,直到卡销24卡入到撞针挡块卡销凹口54。当抛壳杆16如此转动时,伸出部52接触挡块33的臂式伸出部53,从而在滑块12下面降低凸块38。用人力移动,抛壳杆16被卡销24固定在卡销凹口54里(图7)。当挡块33通过抛壳杆16转动时,挡块33接触并转动扣机36。
现在转向图9、10和11,为了在撞针挡块启动位置里移动带有撞针阻挡凸块38的套筒12,手动地使套筒插销13降低,使插销件43能离开套筒凹槽56(图10和11),插销13便从手枪里拔出(图9)。套筒12和枪管11现在便可通过将它们向前移动,脱离枪身部分29而自由拆卸(图10)。图11显示定位轴42从安置在枪管11下面的轴孔部分57里移出的情况。
现在转向图12-15,它们显示了变换的实施例,可以看到抛壳杆16a是加工成被手枪10里面的弹匣22定位的形状。子弹啮合凸缘28的抛壳器耳部61接触弹匣22的一边,而弹体耳部62接触弹匣22对面的一边(图12和图13),以便控制抛壳杆16a,有助于阻止其向前运动。
在抛壳杆16a后方还带有止动凸块63,当由于伴随子弹击发而产生的力促使抛壳杆16a向后时,止动块63与枪身29接触。制动块63与枪身29的接触限制抛壳杆16a向后运动。
图12-15还显示了握把板66、在弹匣22里的子弹67和当套筒22往复运动时容纳子弹啮合凸缘28的纵向的滑槽68。还显示了退弹器69(图14)。
最后,由图16-18显示了另外一个实施例,其中,抛壳杆16b有
一个加工成带有凹陷端部71的形状的翼形伸出部52a,它在挡块放开位置里接触并固定挡块的伸出部53b,示于图17。包括凹端71的抛壳杆伸出部52a的形状、长度和配位,挡块伸出部53b的形状、长度和配位以及挡块弹簧72的力造成抛壳杆16b压低到图17的位置里,它并没有前面描述的实施例的卡销24和54。
为了使抛壳杆16b恢复到它在图16的位置,可以使用手指人工地拉回或者插入弹匣22而自动地改变抛壳杆16b的位置,使挡块33能借助于挡块弹簧恢复到工作位置。
最后,转向图19-22,它们显示了另一个套筒定位装置的实施例,其中套筒止动插销13a有锁定轴42a和插销件43a。锁定轴42a包括外槽71和内槽72。固位弹簧73嵌入槽71里,从而将套筒止动插销13a置于其正常起作用的位置。当为了使套筒移走而将插销13a拉出来时(图20),固位弹簧73便嵌入槽72而防止插销13a完全分离,其优点在于插销13a保持在预备好的适宜的位置,而不会使这个另件完全分离从而可能丢失。固位弹簧73是这样安装的,弹簧一端76置入扳机连杆弹簧顶头77,弹簧另一端78紧靠枢轴42a(见图21)。
图19-22还显示了扳机21、枪身29、扳机连杆40、扳机连杆柱塞79、定位器弹簧销钉80、枪管连杆81以及连杆枢销84。
Claims (6)
1、一种半自动手枪,它包括枪身、往复式套筒、弹匣、抛壳口、安装在套筒里的撞针、安装在枪身上的可转动的撞针挡块,其特征在于,它还包括:
a)一个细长的退壳装置,包括一个可绕枢轴转动地安装在枪身上的基部和一个可延伸到抛壳口里的杆部;
b)用于将退壳装置固定在两个特定位置,即位置1和位置2的、在枪身上和在退壳装置基部上的定位装置,在位置1里,手枪击发时,杆部定位在抛壳口,以便退出弹壳;
c)在退壳装置上的延伸装置,当退壳装置运动到该第二个位置上时,延伸装置用于与撞针挡块啮合,引起挡块转动而不再挡住撞针。
2、按照权利要求1所述的半自动手枪,其特征在于,上述定位装置是在枪身上的卡销装置和用于将动作元件固定在两个特定位置的基部。
3、按照权利要求1所述的半自动手枪,其特征在于,上述定位装置包括动作元件翼片和一个挡块伸出部,它们通过挡块弹簧的作用而成角度衔接地固定。
4、按照权利要求1所述的半自动手枪,其特征在于,上述退壳装置的基部包括两个安装在枪身两侧的相连接的翼片。
5、按照权利要求1所述的半自动手枪,其特征在于,上述退壳装置包括相对于手枪里的弹匣固定退壳装置的定位部分。
6、按照权利要求1所述的半自动手枪,其特征在于,上述退壳装置包括一个可与机身啮合的止动部分。
