Description

本发明涉及一种准确和快速地开启和闭合吹制热塑性塑料空心体的吹塑机模具的设备,它具有分成两个半模具的吹制模,半模具装在一个风轮中。
由专利DE-PS3336071已知一种此类设备,在该设备中,半模具上具有滚轮,它们可在操纵滑动件的曲线形操纵槽中运行。操纵滑动件的垂直运动直接用来开启半模具,亦即直接用来形成半模具旋转运动。由于半模具比较重,故必须在较短的时间内很快加速和制动,这种力的直接传递需消耗大量的能量,并使磨损严重。
本发明的目的是,能够快速和极准确地闭合和开启吹塑机半模具,这时,为加速和制动较重的半模具所需的力很小。
为达到上述目的,使半模具和一个机座支点以及一个连杆旋转点一起构成了一个四连杆传动机构的传动连杆,四连杆传动机构的传动回转杆由具有外表面曲线形槽的圆柱体构成,操纵滑动件的滚轮与带曲线形槽的圆柱体嵌接;四连杆传动机构的机座支点直接设在两半模具的结合端,并与半模具的旋转点相重合。
将一个曲线联动装置与一个四连杆机构联结起来,可以做到使开启和闭合模具所需的力较小,在非常准确地导引半模具的情况下较快加速和制动。
与半模具回转支点重合的机座支点直接设在分成两半部分的模具 结合端,可使回转路程最短,这样可使回转过程非常快速地进行。

事先由挤压机制出的坯料被输入图1所示的倾斜输送机20,并再送往分选机21,分选机将坯料40进一步输往加热器22。经过加热,坯料被转送给风轮23,风轮有四个模具,用以对已经加热的坯料非常快速地进行纵向拉伸工序和紧接着的送风工序。
受料器24打开,放入坯料,然后模具闭合。接着,风轮转90°,于是一个重新开启着的模具可供下一个使用。在工位25和26中进行拉伸和送风工序。在工位27将模具打开,已加工好的容器,经输出段28送往未在图中表示的包装机。
图3-5是受料器24的局部详图。
操纵滑动件1在液压缸13的作用下,可顺导杆3和4沿其高度移动,液压缸13的活塞杆2固定在操纵滑动件上。
在操纵滑动件1上有滚轮9和10,它们可在带有曲线形槽的圆柱体5和6的外表面曲线形槽7和8中移动。
分成两半的模具上对称的零件,在图中均采用同一标号。
传动杆39以其一端在旋转点32处与带曲线形槽的圆柱体5相连,通过其另一端在旋转点33处与连杆34相连。
连杆34连接着旋转点33和37。
半模具11和12借助于传动杆38与旋转点37相连。
当半模具处于闭合状态时(如图3所示),在操纵滑动件1上的滚轮9和10处于图5中9a和10a所示位置。在它们处于开启状态时滚轮在9b和10b所示位置。为了打开两半模具,液压缸13的活塞杆2缩回液压缸。
在图5中,滚轮9和10处于它们的上部位置9a和10a,亦即模具处于闭合状态。从这一位置出发,通过活塞杆2向下运动(沿箭头14),滚轮9和10在曲线形槽7和8中运动,因此使带曲线形槽的圆柱体5和6产生旋转运动(沿箭头15)。所以,活塞杆2的垂直运动被转换成带槽圆柱体5和6的旋转运动。
通过由带曲线形槽的圆柱体5和6、滚轮9和10以及曲线形槽7和8所构成的曲线联动装置,将绕曲线槽圆柱体5和6的旋转点32的旋转运动(沿箭头15),传递给一个四连杆传动机构。
四连杆机构由带其旋转点32和连杆34的旋转点33的传动回转杆31构成,旋转点32和带曲线形槽的圆柱体5的旋转点33重合。
四连杆机构的传动连杆35有一个机座支点36和在此支点对面的连杆旋转点37。
传动连杆由半模具11、传动杆38构成,半模具11可绕机座支点36旋转并与之相连,传动杆38的一端与半模具11相连,而其另一端则与连杆旋转点37相连。
半模具11和12的开启和闭合运动借助于一个与曲线联动装置联结的四连杆机构实现,这时,通过将机座支点36直接设在半模具 11和12之间的模具结合端,而使之有最短的回转路程。
因此,以非常准确的方式,实现了使垂直运动转换为旋转运动,此旋转运动再进一步使半模具11和12运动。
其优点尤其在于,将曲线联动装置与四连杆机构联结起来可使运动非常准确,从而能在不发生任何机器零件碰撞和不引起严重噪声的情况下,快速和无故障地进行这些运动。在每小时生产约4000个塑料瓶的情况下,这一点具有重要意义。
各运动件将在例如半模具11和12不发生相互撞击的情况下达到其终端位置,因为曲线形槽7和8的曲线槽段7a、8a被设计成垂直的,以便使旋转运动具有和缓的但非常准确的制动。

Claims (2)

1、准确和快速地开启和闭合吹制热塑性塑料空心体的吹塑机半模具的设备,它具有分成两个半模具的吹制模,半模具装在一个风轮中,并可绕机座支点回转,其特征为:半模具(11,12)和一个机座支点(36)以及一个连杆旋转点(37)一起构成了一个四连杆传动机构的传动连杆(35);四连杆传动机构的传动回转杆(31)由具有外表面曲线形槽(7、8)的圆柱体(5、6)构成,操纵滑动件(1)的滚轮(9、10)与带曲线形槽的圆柱体嵌接;四连杆传动机构的机座支点(36)直接设在两半模具的结合端,并与半模具(11、12)的旋转点相重合。
2、按照权利要求1所述之设备,其特征为:上、下曲线形槽段(7a、8a)是垂直的。
