Abstract

一种氧气湿化及输送装置,由核心部件及配套部件组成,核心部件由壳体、加湿单元及密封膜片组成;配套部件为氧气输送管路及使用终端等;各组成部分灭菌后可集成在一个包装内或集成后统一灭菌作为一次性使用;不仅可减轻临床护理负担,更从根源上预防了因输氧装置反复使用及湿化液需临时加入等原因而产生的医源性呼吸系统感染,保障了需吸氧治疗的广大患者的利益。

一种氧气湿化及输送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种氧气湿化及输送装置,属医疗器械制作技术领域。
背景技术
现有的一些氧气湿化及输送装置,多采用过水湿化方式,即氧气通过一根垂直通气杆进入液面下,产生大量氧气泡浮出水面再进入终端输送管路;不仅噪音显著而且气过水激发出的直径5微米以下的气溶胶如带有致病菌可直接吸入肺内诱发医源性肺部感染;另外,此种设计的装置并非一次性使用,消毒灭菌难以有效实施;湿化液多采用蒸馏水并通常在病房空气环境下添加,极易遭受污染,《中华医院感染杂志》2002年12卷12期等均有详细报道;近年来的一些相关专利申请(200620028624.5、200420097402.X、00203189.2等近30项)均未在此问题上予以突破。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种氧气湿化及输送装置,使用前无须添加湿化液,使用中无噪音产生,使用后无医源性感染发生。
实现本发明的方案是:本发明由核心部件及配套部件组成,核心部件由壳体、加湿单元及密封膜片组成;配套部件为氧气输送管路及使用终端等;各组成部分灭菌后集成在一个包装内或集成后同意灭菌作为一次性使用;核心部件的加湿单元位于壳体内,壳体顶部至少设有2个通气突起,一为进气口,一为出气口;氧气输送管路可与通气突起直接连接,也可设置堵头先将通气突起密封,使用时拔掉后再与氧气输送管路连接;加湿单元装入壳体后与密封膜片密封。使用时氧气经进气口流入,通过接触较大面积的加湿单元表面(至少65平方厘米)而湿化后从出气口曲折流出(氧气在壳体内部流经的最短距离不小于6厘米),氧气并不直接进入液体内部,因而无噪音产生。核心部件的加湿单元可为液态水加湿单元、水凝胶加湿单元或二者混合的加湿单元。为产生抗菌效果加湿单元除含水或水凝胶外,可添加非挥发性抗菌防腐剂、PH值调节剂等、为调节气味可添加薄荷、丁香等芳香物质;以液态水为主的加湿单元进一步提高湿化效果的方法是:在壳体内表面衬以无纺布、海绵等吸水材料。进一步提高水凝胶加湿单元湿化效果的方法是:将水凝胶制成表面凹凸不平以增加与氧气接触的面积。
按上述方案实现的本发明,通过创新结构替换了医用氧气传统的需过水湿化的方式,达到了无噪音湿化的效果;各组成部分灭菌后集成包装,作为一次性使用,不仅可减轻临床护理负担,更从根源上预防了因输氧装置反复使用及湿化液需临时加入等原因而产生的医源性呼吸系统感染,保障了需吸氧治疗的广大患者的利益。

具体实施例
本发明的一些实施例如下:
实施例1:加湿鼻吸氧管;
壳体:聚丙乙烯注塑成型,内部容积300毫升;加湿单元:120毫升纯净水、0.05%防腐剂、0.2%PH调节剂;密封膜片:60微米厚聚丙乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复合膜;密封方法:热合;氧气输送管路:内径3毫米聚氯乙烯软管;使用终端:双鼻孔接头;壳体水平放置时可直接与氧气接触到的液体表面积150平方厘米;氧气体经进气口流入出气口流出,在壳体内部流经的最短距离12厘米;灭菌方式:25KGY伽玛射线辐照。
实施例2:加湿输氧面罩;
壳体:聚丙乙烯吸成型,内部容积360毫升;加湿单元:180毫升纯净水、1.2克海藻胶、0.08%防腐剂、0.3%PH调节剂;密封膜片:80微米厚聚丙乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复合膜;密封方法:热合;氧气输送管路:内径5毫米聚氯乙烯软管;使用终端:面罩;壳体水平放置时可直接与氧气接触到的凝胶表面积180平方厘米;氧气体经进气口流入出气口流出,在壳体内部流经的最短距离15厘米;灭菌方式:25KGY伽玛射线辐照。

Claims (6)

1.一种氧气湿化及输送装置,由核心部件及配套部件组成,其特征在于:核心部件由壳体(1)、加湿单元(2)及密封膜片(3)组成,加湿单元(2)位于壳体(1)内,壳体顶部至少设有2个通气突起(6),一为进气口,一为出气口,加湿单元(2)为水凝胶加湿单元或水凝胶与液态水混合加湿单元;配套部件包括氧气输送管路(4)及使用终端(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气湿化及输送装置,其特征在于:壳体顶部突起内径大于1毫米;壳体底部(7)开口,至少壳体底部内、外边缘部分(8、9)与密封膜片(3)密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气湿化及输送装置,其特征在于:壳体(1)与密封膜片(3)密封后放置于水平表面,其内部容积大于100毫升。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气湿化及输送装置,其特征在于:氧气体经进气口流入出气口流出,在壳体内部流经的最短距离不小于6厘米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气湿化及输送装置,其特征在于:密封膜片(3)厚度不低于30微米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气湿化及输送装置,其特征在于:使用水凝胶的加湿单元,水凝胶的含水量不低于75%重量比;进一步提高湿化效果的方法是使水凝胶表面凹凸不平增加与氧气接触的面积;以单一水凝胶构成的加湿单元,水凝胶重量不低于80克。
