本发明公开了一种直管式喷水器,其包括喷嘴,喷嘴上端设置有插接槽,插接槽上插接有顶盖,喷嘴下部设置有水泵,所述喷嘴内侧设置有若干个进水槽,所述进水槽与喷嘴外侧的出水孔相通,所述喷嘴外侧设置有以出水孔为中心向外扩大的扩散槽;当水泵将水注入喷嘴内时,水从进水槽进入并从出水孔喷出,由于喷嘴外侧设置扩散槽,水在水泵的压力下通过扩散槽将水形成水雾状,本产品结构简单、安装方便,而且散水均匀,热交换效果好,从而广泛应用于冷却塔等直管式喷水器的制作上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却设备,特别是涉及一种直管式喷水器。
背景技术
目前市面上的机械通风式冷却塔通常采用的是重力和固定式散水两种,散水方式一种是直接在散水槽或是散水支管上开孔进行重力散水;另一种则是采用固定喷头方式进行散水。以上两种散水方式的散水状态均为水滴状,无法使得向上喷淋的循环水达到水雾状,难以达到充分热交换的效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能使循环水形成水雾状,做到散水均匀,达到充分热交换效果的直管式喷水器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种直管式喷水器,其包括喷嘴,喷嘴上端设置有插接槽,插接槽上插接有顶盖,喷嘴下部设置有水泵,所述喷嘴内侧设置有若干个进水槽,所述进水槽与喷嘴外侧的出水孔相通,所述喷嘴外侧设置有以出水孔为中心向外扩大的扩散槽;
作为对上述实施方式的改进,所述喷嘴内侧进水槽上搁置有过滤网;
作为对上述实施方式的进一步改进,所述进水槽的侧壁设置有凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是:当水泵将水注入喷嘴内时,水从进水槽进入并从出水孔喷出,由于喷嘴外侧设置扩散槽,水在水泵的压力下通过扩散槽将水形成水雾状,本产品结构简单、安装方便,而且散水均匀,热交换效果好,从而广泛应用于冷却塔等直管式喷水器的制作上。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种直管式喷水器,其包括喷嘴1,喷嘴1上端设置有插接槽11,插接槽11上插接有顶盖2,或者并列插接若干个喷嘴1进行使用,如图2所示;喷嘴1下部设置有水泵,所述喷嘴1内侧设置有若干个进水槽12,所述进水槽12与喷嘴1外侧的出水孔13相通,所述喷嘴1外侧设置有以出水孔13为中心向外扩大的扩散槽14,当水泵将水注入喷嘴1内时,水从进水槽12进入并从出水孔13喷出,由于喷嘴1外侧设置扩散槽14,水在水泵的压力下通过扩散槽14将水形成水雾状,从而做到散水均匀,达到充分热交换的效果。
参照图3,本产品为了防止水内的杂质堵塞进水槽12,所述喷嘴1内侧进水槽12上搁置有过滤网;另外,为了防止加入过滤网后减低水进入进水槽12的流量,所述进水槽12的侧壁设置有凹槽16。
本产品结构简单、安装方便,而且散水均匀,热交换效果好,从而广泛应用于冷却塔等直管式喷水器的制作上。

1.一种直管式喷水器,其特征在于:包括喷嘴(1),喷嘴(1)上端设置有插接槽(11),插接槽(11)上插接有顶盖(2),喷嘴(1)下部设置有水泵,所述喷嘴(1)内侧设置有若干个进水槽(12),所述进水槽(12)与喷嘴(1)外侧的出水孔(13)相通,所述喷嘴(1)外侧设置有以出水孔(13)为中心向外扩大的扩散槽(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直管式喷水器,其特征在于:所述喷嘴(1)内侧进水槽(12)上搁置有过滤网(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种直管式喷水器,其特征在于:所述进水槽(12)的侧壁设置有凹槽(16)。
