背景技术
美国专利No.5,327,863公开了一种装置,用于将两个相对活塞的线性往复运动转换为曲轴的旋转运动。该装置包括两个往复式部件,这两个部件连接到各自的活塞上,并通过连接板互相连接,每个部件限定一个横向延伸导向表面,该导向表面用于驱动块沿该表面运动。该驱动块容纳可转动曲柄销,由此该部件在线性方向的运动导致滑块在导向表面之间沿轨道横向前进,从而通过曲柄销对曲轴施加合成旋转运动。

与各自的导向表面(5)隔开的凸缘(6)的放置导致在深度上的某些限制,其中所述深度为活塞能够进入连带的活塞壳体中的深度。然而,应当考虑到该组件设计所提供的优点导致总体有利的构造。尤其是,与现有技术的凸缘-凹槽配置这样的干涉结构相比,大大简化了连接凸缘(6,11)的构造,只不过连接凸缘(6,11)的表面需要精确的加工/磨光。凸缘(6,11)优选地以相对于部件相邻表面稍微凸起的形式形成,从而能够容易地实现磨光。而且,凸缘(6,11)的较大表面面积便于可靠的负荷分布和压力传递以及部件(1)之间的扭转力矩。由此,变形力可以从导向表面(5)转移,从而增强该组件的使用寿命,并允许增加的工作负荷应用到该组件或实现更少的构造。用于将各自凸缘夹在一起的螺钉也可以用于提供“销钉功能”,以有助于部件(1)之间的准确连接和提供不间断的压力传送,从而增强通过组件的负荷分布。另外,孔(8)在活塞运动的侧向布置,从而将直接剪切力布置在螺栓和夹紧表面上,而不是象传统连杆带有的直接张力。
已参照往复运动转换为旋转运动描述了组件(20),然而,也可以利用例如曲柄销的旋转运动转换为部件的往复运动。而且,组件(20)仅仅作为非限定性实施例描述,可以对其进行许多修改和变化而不超出本发明的精神和范围。
这里使用的术语“包括”(和其语法变化)具有“含有”或“包含”的含义,而没有“仅仅由……组成”的含义。

Claims (7)

1.一种包括相对部件的连接组件,所述部件布置成用于往复运动,每个部件具有导向表面和互补的连接凸缘,其中该导向表面用于在往复运动方向的横向引导驱动块,该互补连接凸缘通过相对于所述往复运动方向横向定向的通孔使所述部件能夹在一起,并通过摩擦接合而保持固定关系。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该连接凸缘相对于这些部件的相邻表面凸起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接组件,其特征在于:每个部件包括四个连接凸缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于:这些部件通过螺钉夹在一起,所述螺钉布置成穿过连接凸缘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连接组件,其特征在于:这些螺钉起到销钉的作用,以有助于这些部件的准确连接。
