一种连续生产乳胶发泡制品的链板，涉及天然乳胶或合成乳胶发泡、硫化生产设备技术领域。本发明链板主体的工作面布置针钉。由于针钉作用，可将温度带入胶体层中部，实现均匀发泡、硫化。本发明为制成环形链板的单体，相邻的链板之间通过相互配合的铰连接件可连成一个环形链条，通过传动式连接在布置于机架两端的两个传动链轮上，可实现乳胶制品的连续发泡，以提高乳胶制品的生产效率。同时，如单体链板出现磨损时，不必整体更换整个链条，只需对损坏的链板进行维修或替换即可，可进一步降低生产设备成本。

本发明涉及天然乳胶或合成乳胶发泡、硫化生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
天然乳胶或合成乳胶经发泡、硫化等工艺，可制造高弹性乳胶海绵产品，广泛应用于床垫、沙发填料及枕头等日用品，大模具、低成本的制造工艺是现行生产的迫切需要。传统的硫化工艺为间歇式，乳胶液体经发泡机注入空气起泡后，将泡沫液体直接注入铝合金模具，然后注入120℃的蒸汽，保持30分钟温蒸，令泡沫液胶凝并硫化，定型后从模具中起出硫化的产品。这种该间歇式产生工艺耗能高、效率低，已不能适应当前低能、节材的生产需求。为了适应工业化高效率、连续化生产，必须设计一种可连续送料、连续成型的链条，当泡沫喷枪自刮刀的外侧向下层环形链条的上部下胶料时，下层环形链板将胶料带入蒸汽发泡室实现发泡、硫化，成型的乳胶海绵由下层环形链条从蒸汽发泡室的另一端输出，在起料夹辊的作用下从下层环形链条分离。这种连续生产装置因蒸汽发泡室内的温、湿度便于控制，一经温、湿度达到发泡、硫化要求，就可连续生产，可实现连续式生产，达到节能、高效的目的。
发明内容
本发明目的在于设计一种适应连续生产乳胶发泡制品，可通过相邻的铰连接件连成一个环形链条的链板。
本发明链板主体的工作面布置针钉。
由于针钉作用，可将温度带入胶体层中部，实现均匀发泡、硫化。本发明为制成环形链板的单体，相邻的链板之间通过相互配合的铰连接件可连成一个环形链条，通过传动式连接在布置于机架两端的两个传动链轮上，可实现乳胶制品的连续发泡，以提高乳胶制品的生产效率。同时，如单体链板出现磨损时，不必整体更换整个链条，只需对损坏的链板进行维修或替换即可，可进一步降低生产设备成本。
另本发明链板主体的工作面上设置花型凹凸模。花型凹凸模可根据产品要求，如不同的功能区、不同透气要求、不同软硬度、不同弹性等进行设计，可实现单面不同凹凸花型，也可实现双面不同凹凸花型。

1.一种连续生产乳胶发泡制品的链板，其特征在于，链板主体的工作面布置有针钉，链板主体的工作面上还设置有花型凹凸模并且针钉设置在凹凸模上。
