Abstract

本发明涉及水收集净化储存系统,该系统包括:1)上面开口的储水容器,该容器壁为防水结构;2)位于储水容器内部的集水井,集水井设有井盖,井壁为透水结构,可与储水容器之间进行水交换;集水井和储水容器之间填充有填料,填料上面铺有透水表层,本发明所收集的雨水或污水,经过透水表层的过滤和细沙填料的沉淀过滤,得到了较纯净的水,而且水保存在填料中或集水井内,不易变质、发臭。

水收集净化储存系统
技术领域
本发明涉及水收集、水过滤净化利用装置,尤其一种可保持水质的水收集净化储存系统。
背景技术
目前,全球能源、水资源匮乏,世界各地缺水的地方很多,很多缺水地区,人们的饮用水成了问题,为了解决这些地区的缺水问体,很多地区打水井,但地下水仍短缺,这些井经常考雨水、河水等维持,水质没有经过过滤,不适合饮用;水在长时间沉集后可清澈些,但时间长水容易变臭,变质;而且靠雨水维持的井水很快就渗入地下,或蒸发掉。
现有技术中亟待一种可将雨水等收集净化并储存的装置。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的雨水不能得到有效的收集、过滤、储存的缺点,本发明研制出一种可将雨水等净化、收集并储存的方法。
本发明的技术方案是一种水收集净化储存系统,该系统包括:
1)上面开口的储水容器,该容器壁为防水结构;
2)位于储水容器内部的集水井,集水井设有井盖,井壁为透水结构,可与储水容器之间进行水交换;
集水井和储水容器之间填充有填料,填料上面铺有透水表层。
所述的储水容器底部设有与集水井口径相匹配的结合部;所述的储水容器底部的结合部为凸台。
所述的集水井是由透水材料制成的透水结构;所述的透水材料为骨料和树脂粘结剂混合而成,且所述的树脂粘结剂至少部分为亲水性树脂粘结剂,所述的骨料可以为:天然石英砂、人造石英砂、粉煤灰、冶炼废渣之一或其任意组合,最好为石英砂,尤其是沙漠中的石英砂。所述的骨料颗粒粒径最好为:0.07毫米~1.6毫米。
所述的集水井和储水容器之间的填料为细沙,最好是经过水洗之后的细沙。
所述的填料上方铺有透水表层为透水砖铺设或由透水材料直接铺设;所述的透水砖或透水材料的成分为为细沙和树脂粘结剂混合而成,且所述的树脂粘结剂至少部分为亲水性树脂粘结剂,所述的细沙颗粒的粒径为0.07mm-2mm。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,使本发明中的水收集净化储存系统具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明所收集的雨水或污水,经过透水表层的过滤和细沙填料的沉淀过滤,得到了较纯净的水,而且水保存在填料中或集水井内,不易变质、发臭。
2、施工简单、环保节能,方便实用。沙漠中的风积沙不仅成本低、环保,同时可以通过对沙漠中沙子的大量使用,可以减少沙化土地的面积,有利于生态环境的改善。
3、储水容器为防水,使收集到的雨水能够储存在容器内不流失。
4、透水表层、集水井的材料致密、美观,节约能源。

具体实施方式:
为了更好的说明本发明的发明构思和设计方案,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例1:
如图1、图2所示,为水收集净化储存系统。
在地面上挖一个面积为20平米的坑,坑壁为由混凝土做的防水结构,形成了一个上面开口的储水容器1;位于储水容器1内部的集水井2,集水井2设有井盖6,井壁由透水材料制成,集水井2可与储水容器1之间进行水交换;集水井2和储水容器1之间填充有细沙4,细沙上面铺有透水砖5,形成透水表层。
所述的透水砖5或集水井2井壁的透水材料的成分为细沙和环氧树脂混合而成,且所述的环氧树脂中10%为亲水性环氧树脂,所述的亲水性环氧树脂为分子侧链含有亲水性的羧酸盐的环氧树脂。
所述的储水容器1底部设有与集水井2口径相匹配的凸台3,集水井2套置在凸台3外,使细沙不会进入到集水井2内。本实施例中的所收集的雨水或污水,经过透水表层的过滤和细沙填料的沉淀过滤,得到了较纯净的水,而且水保存在细沙中或集水井2内,不易变质、发臭;打开井盖6,即可方便的利用集水井内的水。
实施例2:
如上所述的水收集净化储存系统,所述的粘结剂也可为环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂之一或其任意组合;所述的透水表层也可由透水材料直接铺设而成,所述的集水井2的形状可以做多种变换。
所述的水收集净化储存系统可以用在干旱地区作为雨水收集储存用,也可用在其他污水的处理。

Claims (7)

1、水收集净化储存系统,其特征在于:该系统包括:
1)上面开口的储水容器,该容器壁为防水结构;
2)位于储水容器内部的集水井,集水井设有井盖,井壁为透水结构,可与储水容器之间进行水交换;
集水井和储水容器之间填充有填料,填料上面铺有透水表层;
所述的填料上面的透水表层为透水砖铺设或由透水材料直接铺设;其中
所述的透水砖或透水材料的成分为细沙和树脂粘结剂混合而成,且所述的树脂粘结剂至少部分为亲水性树脂粘结剂;
所述的细沙颗粒的粒径为0.07mm-2mm。
2、如权利要求1所述的水收集净化储存系统,其特征在于:所述的储水容器底部设有与集水井口径相匹配的结合部。
3、如权利要求2所述的水收集净化储存系统,其特征在于:所述的储水容器底部的结合部为凸台,集水井套置在凸台外。
4、如权利要求1或2或3所述的水收集净化储存系统,其特征在于:所述的集水井是由透水材料制成的透水结构。
5、如权利要求4所述的水收集净化储存系统,其特征在于:所述集水井的透水材料为骨料和树脂粘结剂混合而成,且所述的树脂粘结剂至少部分为亲水性树脂粘结剂。
6、如权利要求1或2或3所述的水收集净化储存系统,其特征在于:所述的集水井和储水容器之间的填料为细沙。
7、如权利要求5所述的水收集净化储存系统,其特征在于:所述的集水井和储水容器之间的填料为细沙。
