Abstract
一种室内非承重简易隔墙，通过将慈竹竹段对剖成两瓣后，通过锤击或碾压成平板竹材后再一横一竖地编成板式竹笆，用两块板式竹笆和一块厚度5cm的聚苯乙烯发泡塑料通过铁丝固定成夹心板，发泡塑料板居中，再以此夹心板作室内非承重墙的骨架，当两侧分别抹上厚2cm的水泥砂浆，1cm厚的内墙腻子待固化后即成为既能满足强度要求，又隔音、隔热、而且造价低廉的室内非承重隔墙。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内非承重隔墙建造技术，特别涉及一种以锤竹竹笆为基质的非承重隔墙。
背景技术
室内非承重墙的制作，在满足必要的强度以及良好的隔音、隔热效果的前提下，墙体越轻、制作越简单、成本越低，则越受欢迎。而目前公知的用于室内非承重墙的多孔砖，空心砖和发泡砖，其重量和造价仍然偏高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种室内非承重简易隔墙，以增大室内使用面积并同时减轻楼房基础的承重。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：选择胸径不小于8cm的慈竹竹段，将竹段对剖成两辨后，通过锤击或碾压，使竹块沿其纵向产生多条不规则裂口、裂口数量的控制标准是竹块能轻易地展为平板，再根据室内非承重墙的周边尺寸，将这些竹块一横一竖地编成彼此间空隙不超过3mm的板式竹笆，用两块板式竹笆和一块厚5cm的聚苯乙烯发泡塑料板通过铁丝固定成夹心板，发泡塑料板居中，以此夹心板作室内非承重墙的骨架，将夹心板的四周固定在非承重墙的四周，接着往夹心板的双侧抹水泥砂浆和内墙腻子，单侧水泥砂浆的厚度为2cm，内墙腻子的厚度为1cm。
采用上述方案，能收到如下显著效果：
1、竹段对剖后，通过锤击或碾压，尽管沿竹块纵向会产生很多裂口，但这些裂口的位置、长短都参差不齐而且不贯通，将其展为平板后，依然是彼此连贯的整体，将其编为板式竹笆后能获得很好的韧性和抗冲击强度，当抹在两侧的水泥砂浆及内墙腻子固化后即能获得既薄又轻而且具有足够强度的非承重墙。
2、本方案的板式竹笆上的裂口纵横交错、表面极度粗糙，加之竹材与水泥砂浆本身就有着良好的亲合力，所以板式竹笆对水泥砂浆有着极好的附着效果，这既便于施工，又使固化后的墙体结实可靠。
3、由于竹材价廉易得，本方案的板式竹笆的制作简便快速，所以采用本方案能有效地节省工程投资。
Claims (1)
1、一种室内非承重简易隔墙，由板式竹笆、聚苯乙烯发泡塑料板、水泥砂浆和内墙腻子构成，其特征是：室内非承重墙的骨架为由两层板式竹笆和处于中间位置的、厚度5cm的聚苯乙烯发泡塑料板通过铁丝固定构成的夹心板，板式竹笆由胸径不小于8cm的、对半剖开的慈竹经锤击或碾压成的竹板编结而成，夹心板被固定在非承重墙的四周，夹心板的两侧均抹有2cm厚的水泥砂浆和1cm厚的内墙腻子。
