Abstract

本发明涉及一种爪型干式真空泵转子。其转子本体为带有加强筋的空腔体,所述的转子本体呈空心车轮状,形成轴毂及轴辐,轴毂的径向宽度大于轴辐的径向宽度,转子本体的轴孔与外壁的壁厚间按圆周均布有加强筋;通过巧妙的去重设计,在保证强度和疲劳寿命的前提下,大幅度降低了重量,使重量降低到原来的1/2到1/3,有效地减少了原材料消耗;由于重量轻,使其在运转过程中耗电量降低,泵轴的负载小,变形小,有相对较长的使用寿命;加强筋结构设计,使得动平衡加工时间大幅度缩短,同时可以保证更好的动平衡。

技术领域
本发明属于泵类领域,涉及一种爪型干式真空泵的转子。
背景技术
现有的爪型干式真空泵的转子本体普遍采用实心的结构,虽然有比较好的抽真空效果,并且在工业领域得到非常广泛的应用;但是由于结构设计不合理,还存在着如下不足:由于转子为实心结构,重量相对较重,用材料多,同样的外型尺寸在运转过程中耗电量高,轴的负载大,容易变形;由于转子的结构为偏心结构,使得动平衡加工难度大,加工时间较长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术问题中的不足之处而提供一种具有加强筋结构的爪型干式真空泵转子,其重量轻,动平衡效果好,使用寿命延长。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种爪型干式真空泵转子,其转子本体为带有加强筋的空腔体,所述的转子本体呈空心车轮状,形成轴毂及轴辐,轴毂的径向宽度大于轴辐的径向宽度,转子本体的轴孔与外壁的壁厚间按圆周均布有加强筋。
所述的加强筋为弧型或直线或斜线型,每一加强筋内端距轴毂的周向宽度小于外端距轴辐的周向宽度。
所述的转子本体的挖空部分为圆形、椭圆形或多边形状的槽孔状,其上部分与下部分相比径向尺寸相同,轴向尺寸深浅不同,上部分轴向尺寸浅、下部分轴向尺寸深。
所述的转子本体的转柄前、后两部分的槽孔深度相同,其间设置有加强筋。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下积极有益的效果:
1.通过巧妙的去重设计,在保证强度和疲劳寿命的前提下,大幅度降低了重量,使重量降低到原来的1/2到1/3,有效地减少了原材料消耗;
2.由于重量轻,使其在运转过程中耗电量降低,泵轴的负载小,变形小,有相对较长的使用寿命;
3.加强筋结构设计,使得动平衡加工时间大幅度缩短,同时可以保证更好的动平衡。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示,一种爪型干式真空泵转子,其转子本体1的轴孔101与外壁102的壁厚间按圆周均布有等分的数道加强筋103,使转子本体1呈空心车轮状,形成轴毂104及轴辐105,轴毂104的径向宽度大于轴辐105的径向宽度;所述的若干道加强筋103可以是弧型、直线或斜线型,每一加强筋103内端距轴毂104的周向宽度小于外端距轴辐105的周向宽度,转子本体1的挖空部分为近似梯形的槽孔106状,也可以是圆形、椭圆形、四边形或其它多边形状等;槽孔106的径向尺寸相同,轴向尺寸深浅不同。
参阅图2所示,所述的槽孔106在转子本体1的A-A轴向尺寸上部分浅,为60-88mm,下部分深,为90-100mm深度。
参阅图3所示,所述的槽孔106在转子本体1的B-B轴向尺寸上部分浅,为10-40mm,下部分深,为90-100mm深度。
参阅图4所示,所述的槽孔106在转子本体1的C-C轴向尺寸上部分浅,为50-88mm,下部分深,为90-100mm深度。
参阅图5所示,所述的转子本体1的转柄107的D-D向前、后两部分的槽孔109深度相同,轴向尺寸为30-50mm,其间设置有加强筋108,加强筋108宽度为5-15mm。
由于转子的型号不同,其厚度、直径大小也是各不相同的,挖空部分槽孔106的深度和转子的厚度是有直接关系的,所以,槽孔106的深度也是不同的,上述转子本体1的各部位的各道加强筋103、108设置的位置及形成的槽孔106、109深度及布局,均考虑到转子本体1的强度和动平衡性能,通过巧妙的去重设计,在不影响真空泵的主性能及在保证强度和疲劳寿命的前提下,使转子本体1的重量大幅度降低。

1.一种爪型干式真空泵转子,其转子本体为带有加强筋的空腔体,其特征在于所述的转子本体(1)呈空心车轮状,形成轴毂(104)及轴辐(105),轴毂(104)的径向宽度大于轴辐(105)的径向宽度,转子本体(1)的轴孔(101)与外壁(102)的壁厚间按圆周均布有加强筋(103)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的爪型干式真空泵转子,其特征在于所述的加强筋(103)为弧型或直线或斜线型,每一加强筋(103)内端距轴毂(104)的周向宽度小于外端距轴辐(105)的周向宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的爪型干式真空泵转子,其特征在于所述的转子本体(1)的挖空部分为圆形、椭圆形或多边形状的槽孔(106)状,其上部分与下部分相比径向尺寸相同,轴向尺寸深浅不同,上部分轴向尺寸浅、下部分轴向尺寸深。
4.根据权利要求1所述的爪型干式真空泵转子,其特征在于所述的转子本体(1)的转柄(107)前、后两部分的槽孔(109)深度相同,其间设置有加强筋(108)。
