Abstract

本发明公开了一种输送带订扣机的行走定位机构,包括机头和装扣板,装扣板的中间设有一排装扣孔,所述装扣板的一侧还设有一排定位凹槽,所述定位凹槽与装扣孔平行排列,且定位凹槽的间距与装扣孔的间距相同,所述机头上设有与定位凹槽相配合的定位条。由于定位凹槽和装扣孔是独立分布在装扣板上的,机头在行走移位时定位条可以插入定位凹槽中实现定位,装扣孔不再起定位作用,因此机头的移动不再受装扣孔的限制,不管装扣孔中是否插有带扣,机头都可以随时在全范围内移动。这样订扣机就可以进行跳跃式装订,操作简便,并能够保证装订质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送带订扣机,特别是涉及这种订扣机的行走定位机构。
背景技术
输送带订扣机用于将带扣装订在输送带的接头上,从而利用带扣把输送带连接起来。拉杆式订扣机具有操作简单、订扣效率高等优点,从而得到较广泛的应用。中国专利CN 2783046Y公开的一种自动进位订扣机就属于这类订扣机的一种,它包括机架、可在机架上移动的机头、以及设在机架上用于压紧输送带接头的压板等。机头上设有两个手柄和行走定位机构,通过两个手柄的交替动作可以实现订扣和自动移位行走,从而提高订扣效率。这种订扣机在机架上固定有一条装扣板,装扣板的侧面边缘与机头上的导轨相配合,起到导向作用;装扣板的中间设有一排装扣孔,带扣预先摆放在装扣板上,带扣上的扣钉嵌入装扣孔中。当机头移位行走时,也利用装扣孔进行定位,但只有空闲的装扣孔才可以用来定位,如果装扣孔中的带扣尚未装订,扣钉还嵌在装扣孔中,是无法用来定位的。因此,这种订扣机存在的缺陷是只能实现步进行走,而不能跳跃式移位,即在订扣时只能按照顺序依次装订,这样输送带在装订过程中易变形、扭曲,不能保证装订质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种输送带订扣机的行走定位机构,使得订扣机在订扣过程中可以跳跃式移位,从而保证装订的质量,以克服现有技术中的订扣机只能顺序装订,操作不便的缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种输送带订扣机的行走定位机构,包括机头和装扣板,装扣板的中间设有一排装扣孔,所述装扣板的一侧还设有一排定位凹槽,所述定位凹槽与装扣孔平行排列,且定位凹槽的间距与装扣孔的间距相同,所述机头上设有与定位凹槽相配合的定位条。
在本发明中,由于定位凹槽和装扣孔是独立分布在装扣板上的,机头在行走移位时定位条可以插入定位凹槽中实现定位,装扣孔不再起定位作用,因此机头的移动不再受装扣孔的限制,不管装扣孔中是否插有带扣,机头都可以随时在全范围内移动。这样订扣机就可以按照操作规程进行跳跃式装订,操作简便,并能够保证装订质量。
作为上述技术方案的一种优选方案,所述装扣板的一个侧面设有齿条,所述定位凹槽由齿条上的齿槽构成。采用齿条作为定位凹槽结构简单,也更便于机头的行走移位。
作为上述技术方案的另一种优选方案,所述定位凹槽由开在装扣板上的定位孔构成。这种方案的工作原理与原有装扣孔定位的原理相同,但由于将定位孔与装扣孔分开,使得机头可以跳跃式移动。

具体实施方式
图1、图2所示是本发明的一种输送带订扣机的行走定位机构,它包括固定在机架上的装扣板1和可在机架上移动的机头2,装扣板1的中间设有一排装扣孔11,当带扣放在装扣板上时扣钉可嵌入装扣孔11中,因此装扣孔11的形状与扣钉的形状及排列方式相适应,装扣板1与机头2相对的一侧设有齿条12,齿条12与装扣孔11平行排列,齿条12的齿距与装扣孔11的间距相同,机头2上设有定位条22,定位条22可插入齿条12的齿槽13中,从而使机头2相对于装扣板1实现定位。
机头2上设有手柄23,当利用手柄进行订扣时,机头2上的撑牙21沿齿条12向前行走,机头2可以自动级进移位,这样可以大大提高装订效率,撑牙21可以起到行走和辅助定位的作用。扳动撑牙21和定位条22使它们与齿条12脱离,就可以使机头2移动到装扣板1的任意位置重新定位进行装订,这样就解决了原有订扣机只能按顺序从一端订到另一端的限制。
图3是本发明另一实施例的装扣板的外形示意图。它是在装扣板1的一侧设有一排与装扣孔11平行的定位孔14,定位孔14的间距与装扣孔11的间距相同。机头2上的定位装置可以通过定位孔14进行定位,定位的原理与原有装扣孔定位的原理相同,但由于将定位孔与装扣孔分开,使得机头可以跳跃式移动。
可以很容易地理解,本发明中的装扣板并不限于上述实施例中的两种形式,只要设有独立于装扣孔的定位凹槽,定位凹槽与装扣孔平行排列,定位凹槽的间距与装扣孔的间距相同,使机头上的定位装置在装扣板上定位时不受带扣的干涉,就可以实现本发明的目的。

Claims (3)

1.一种输送带订扣机的行走定位机构,包括机头(2)和装扣板(1),装扣板(1)的中间设有一排装扣孔(11),其特征是:所述装扣板(1)的一侧还设有一排定位凹槽,所述定位凹槽与装扣孔(11)平行排列,且定位凹槽的间距与装扣孔(11)的间距相同,所述机头(2)上设有与定位凹槽相配合的定位条(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送带订扣机的行走定位机构,其特征是:所述装扣板(1)的一个侧面设有齿条(12),所述定位凹槽由齿条上的齿槽(13)构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输送带订扣机的行走定位机构,其特征是:所述定位凹槽由开在装扣板(1)上的定位孔(14)构成。
