本发明公开了一种水泥添加剂,包括:丙烯酰胺,含量为4~8%,优选为4~5%;交联剂,含量为2~4%,优选为2~3%,选自有机硼或硼砂;引发剂,含量为1~3.5%,优选为1~2%,选自强碱,优选为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾;增强剂,含量为1~4%,优选为1~2.5%,选自硅粉或粉煤灰;溶剂为水。本发明的水泥添加剂应用到油田固井的水泥体系中,能够防止气窜,提高固井质量,固井质量合格率由原来的45%提高到94%以上。

Description

一种水泥添加剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水泥添加剂,特别是涉及一种用于油田固井的水泥添加剂。
背景技术
针对油藏埋深浅、油气比高,地下原油溶解有大量的天然气、原油粘度低、密度小,当打开油层后,随压力下降至饱和压力以下时,地层原油严重脱气,在常规水泥固井过程中,脱出的气体窜入水泥石基体,或进入水泥与套管或水泥与井壁之间的间隙中造成层间互窜甚至窜至井口,最终导致水泥石胶结强度低或层间窜流,严重影响了固井质量,即使采用挤水泥等补救措施也很难奏效,对油田后续作业如注水、酸化压裂和分层开采等造成不利影响,甚至无法进行。另外由于油层层间差异大,高压层与低压层同时存在,若为了防止气窜而加大水泥浆密度,会造成对低压层的污染,甚至压漏,若水泥浆密度过小,会加剧高压层气窜,影响固井质量,严重时地层油、气、水可窜至地面。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于油田固井的水泥添加剂,以防止气窜,提高固井质量。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种水泥添加剂,其包括如下组分:丙烯酰胺,含量为4~8%,优选为4~5%;交联剂,含量为2~4%,优选为2~3%,选自有机硼或硼砂;引发剂,含量为1~3.5%,优选为1~2%,选自强碱,优选为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾;增强剂,含量为1~4%,优选为1~2.5%,选自硅粉或粉煤灰;其余为水,用作溶剂,以上百分含量均以重量计。
本发明的水泥添加剂通过将各组分在常压下,于75~90℃下发生交联聚合,形成凝胶,之后经烘干、粉碎、筛分制得,水泥添加剂的粒度优选为0.5-0.9mm。
本发明的水泥添加剂,在加入到常规的水泥体系后,由于该添加剂的比重较水泥小的多,加入该添加剂后,在不提高水泥浆密度的前提下,就可以达到防气窜的目的,并且在水泥凝固过程中,添加剂也随之膨胀,体膨型添加剂对水泥凝固产生动态逆反应,膨胀作功,大大提高了水泥体的强度、水泥与套管、水泥与地层的胶结强度,从而有效地防止了气窜对固井的影响,固井质量合格率由原来的45%提高到94%以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细描述本发明。
实施例1
将4%(重量)的丙烯酰胺,3%有机硼,1%氢氧化钠,2.5%硅粉和水在75℃下发生交联聚合,形成凝胶,之后烘干、粉碎、筛分,制得粒度为0.5-0.9mm的水泥添加剂。
将上述水泥添加剂加入到固井水泥浆中,100份(重量)水泥浆中加入1.5份水泥添加剂,采用本实施例的水泥添加剂后,防气效果好,确保了固井质量,固井质量合格率达94%。
实施例2
将5%(重量)的丙烯酰胺,2%硼砂,2%氢氧化钠,4%硅粉和水在80℃下发生交联聚合,形成凝胶,之后烘干、粉碎、筛分,制得粒度为0.5-0.9mm的水泥添加剂。
将上述水泥添加剂加入到固井水泥浆中,100份(重量)水泥浆中加入2份水泥添加剂,采用本实施例的水泥添加剂后,防气效果好,确保了固井质量,固井质量合格率达97%。
实施例3
将8%(重量)的丙烯酰胺,4%有机硼,3.5%氢氧化钾,1%粉煤灰和水在90℃下发生交联聚合,形成凝胶,之后烘干、粉碎、筛分,制得粒度为0.5-0.9mm的水泥添加剂。
将上述水泥添加剂加入到固井水泥浆中,100份(重量)水泥浆中加入3份水泥添加剂,采用本实施例的水泥添加剂后,防气效果好,确保了固井质量,固井质量合格率达95%。

1、一种水泥添加剂,其包括如下组分:
丙烯酰胺  4~8%
交联剂    2~4%
引发剂    1~3.5%
增强剂    1~4%
水        余量
以重量百分比计,
其中,所述交联剂为有机硼或硼砂,所述引发剂为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾,所述增强剂为硅粉或粉煤灰。
2、如权利要求1所述的添加剂,其中,所述丙烯酰胺的含量为4~5%。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的添加剂,其中,所述的交联剂的含量为2~3%。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的添加剂,其中,所述的引发剂的含量为1~2%。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的添加剂,其中,所述的增强剂的含量为1~2.5%。
6、如权利要求1所述的水泥添加剂,其中,所述的水泥添加剂的粒度为0.5~0.9mm。
