技术领域

背景技术

发明内容
本发明是一种用于装运和陈列码垛产品的模块化包装系统。该系统包括：用于保持产品的垂直堆叠托盘；中空间隔套管，其固定于在每个托盘内的开口上，以使其中空内部与开口连通；以及支撑柱，其插在间隔套管内，并且穿过托盘开口，以将托盘锁在一起。底部托盘搁在标准码垛盘上。整个装置可以用透明塑料薄膜包装，以保护产品不受灰尘和损坏。

参见附图，图1-16中显示的是本发明的一实施例，一种用于装运和在大型商业场所中陈列零售产品的模块化包装系统10。该包装系统包括：用于在其第一包装中容纳产品14的多个托盘12；支撑托盘12的外部间隔套管16；以及内部支撑柱18，所述内部支撑柱18以键合方式接合在间隔套管16内，以便将系统锁在一起并且帮助固定托盘12。托盘和柱组件可以被支撑在标准码垛盘20上，并且被包裹在外包装22中，以便在装运时保护产品免于灰尘和损坏。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于装运和陈列产品的包装系统，该系统包括：
