Abstract

本发明涉及一种在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,包括探头外壳和穿刺针架,所述探头外壳包括头部和手持部,所述穿刺针架包括用于夹装在探头外壳上的“C”形或拱形夹具;所述探头外壳的两侧面上分别设置开口型导槽或卡条,所述夹具两夹臂内表面设有与所述开口型导槽或卡条相适配的卡条或导槽;需将穿刺针架附装到超声探头上时,将所述夹具两夹臂内表面的卡条或导槽与所述探头外壳两侧面的导槽开口或卡条对准,相向推动穿刺针架和超声探头使卡条被推进到导槽内,所述穿刺针架便稳固地附装到超声探头上。同现有技术相比较,本发明具有结构简单、穿刺针架与探头外壳连接稳固、且操作使用方便等优点。

Description

在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构
技术领域
 本发明涉及医疗设备零部件,特别是涉及将穿刺针架附装在超声探头上的连接固定结构。
背景技术
用于超声诊断仪的超声探头包括传统的普通超声探头和另一种附装有穿刺针架的超声探头。为了方便操作超声探头同时又能进行准确的穿刺操作,人们对超声探头和穿刺针架做了相应的改进,以使它们能够拆卸分离又可组装固定。美国专利US 5,623,931公开了一种穿刺针架与超声探头连接固定和拆卸分离的技术方案和结构,该专利在一定程度上解决了在超声探头上附装穿刺针架并能拆卸的技术问题,但仍存在如下不足:一.结构复杂,装配繁琐,成本高且操作不方便;二.对穿刺针架安装座的材料要求其弹性塑性较高,穿刺针架与超声探头之间的连接稳固性不够。现有技术中也有其它方案将穿刺针架附装在超声探头上,但都存在结构复杂、稳固性不够和操作不方便等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提出一种结构简单、成本低廉的在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,采用该结构能使穿刺针架便捷、稳固地附装到超声探头上,而且方便超声探测和穿刺操作。
本发明解决所述技术问题可以通过采用以下技术方案来实现:
设计、使用一种在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,包括探头外壳和穿刺针架,所述探头外壳包括头部和手持部,所述穿刺针架包括用于夹装在探头外壳上的“C”形或拱形夹具;所述探头外壳的两侧面上分别设置开口型导槽或卡条,所述夹具两夹臂内表面设有与所述开口型导槽或卡条相适配的卡条或开口型导槽;需将穿刺针架附装到超声探头上时,将所述夹具两夹臂内表面的卡条或开口型导槽与所述探头外壳两侧面的开口型导槽的开口或卡条对准,沿所述开口型导槽长度的方向,相向推动穿刺针架和超声探头使卡条被推进到导槽内,所述穿刺针架便稳固地附装到超声探头上。
所述探头外壳两侧面或夹具两夹臂内表面的导槽内设有定位凸起,相应所述夹具两夹臂内表面或探头外壳两侧面的卡条上开有与所述定位凸起相适配的定位凹坑。
所述定位凸起横亘于所述导槽两槽壁之间而于所述导槽垂直,所述卡条上的定位凹坑与所述定位凸起相适配。
所述导槽设置在探头外壳两侧面时,所述导槽开设在所述探头外壳的头部和手持部的弧面交接处,导槽的开口朝向超声探头的尾端。所述导槽的宽度从开口处至根部由宽变窄,相应所述卡条的形状与导槽相适配。
所述夹具顶端内表面设有凹槽或凸块,所述探头外壳上设有与所述凹槽或凸块相适配的凸块或凹槽。
所述探头外壳两侧面的导槽或卡条对称设置,相应所述夹具两夹臂内表面的卡条或导槽也对称设置。
同现有技术相比较,本发明在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构的技术效果在于:1.结构简单,在超声探头上加装或拆卸穿刺针架很便捷,且操作使用方便;2.穿刺针架与超声探头之间连接稳固。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步详述。
本发明在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,如图6所示,包括探头外壳10和穿刺针架20,所述探头外壳10包括头部11和手持部12,所述穿刺针架20包括用于夹装在探头外壳上的“C”形或拱形夹具21;所述探头外壳10的两侧面上分别设置开口型导槽122a、122b,所述夹具21两夹臂内表面设有与所述开口型导槽122a、122b相适配的卡条211a、211b。
上述相互适配的设置在超声探头外壳10上的两导槽122a、122b和设在夹具21两夹臂内表面的两卡条210a、210b可以互相替换,即,在超声探头外壳10上设置的是两卡条,而与所述两卡条相适配的开口型导槽设置在夹具21两夹臂内表面(图中未画出)。
如图1、图2和图4所示,所述导槽122a、122b设置在探头外壳10两侧面时,所述两开口型导槽122a、122b开设在所述探头外壳10的头部11和手持部12的弧面交接处,导槽122a、122b的开口朝向超声探头的尾端;这充分利用了传统的普通超声探头外部轮廓的特点,而将导槽122a、122b的开口设置于探头外壳10的头部11与手持部12的弧形转弯处,既保证了探头外壳10的美观不受到影响,又方便了穿刺针架20附装到超声探头上。所述导槽122a、122b的宽度从开口处至根部由宽变窄,相应所述卡条210a、210b的形状与导槽相适配,这样使卡条210a、210b能更顺利被推进导槽122a、122b或从其中被拉出。
为了更方便穿刺针架与超声探头的组装和拆卸,同时保证产品的外观美观,所述探头外壳10两侧面的两开口型导槽122a、122b或卡条对称设置,相应所述夹具21两夹臂内表面的两卡条210a、210b或导槽也对称设置。
为了进一步加强穿刺针架10与超声探头外壳10之间的连接稳固性,如图1、图2所示,所述超声探头外壳10上的两导槽122a、122b内分别设有定位凸起123a、123b,所述夹具21两夹臂内表面的两卡条210a、210b上分别开有与所述定位凸起123a、123b相适配的定位凹坑211a、211b(参见图3)。所述定位凸起123a、123b的形状和设计方式有多种多样,而最佳方式是:所述定位凸起123a、123b分别横亘于各自的导槽122a、122b的两槽壁之间而于各自对应的导槽122a、122b垂直,所述卡条210a、210b上的定位凹坑211a、211b与所述定位凸起123a、123b相适配。
如图3所示,所述夹具21顶端内表面设有凹槽212,所述探头外壳10上设有与所述凹槽212相适配的凸块121(参见图1和图2),这进一步保证穿刺针架10与超声探头外壳10之间的连接稳固性。所述凹槽212和凸块121也可相互替换,即,在夹具21顶端内表面设有凸块,而在探头外壳10上设有与所述凸块相适配的凹槽。
如图4所示,需将穿刺针架20附装到超声探头10上时,将所述两卡条210a、210b与各自相对应的导槽122a、122b的开口对准,将穿刺针架20沿图中箭头A所示的方向(即沿所述开口型导槽长度的方向),朝超声探头10推进,当穿刺针架20被推倒位时,所述两卡条210a、210b完全卡入所述两导槽122a、122b内,所述定位凸起123a、123b分别与定位凹坑211a、211b紧密啮合,同时所述凸块121也嵌入所述凹槽212内,此时所述穿刺针架20便非常稳固地附装到超声探头外壳10上(参见图5、图6)。
参见图3,一种医用穿刺针架20,配合超声探头使用,包括用于夹装到探头外壳上的“C”形或拱形夹具21,和可拆卸地安装在夹具上的穿刺针承载和引导构件,该穿刺针承载和引导构件包括角度块22和导向块23,所述角度块22可拆卸地卡装在所述夹具21外表面的滑槽内,所述导向块23与角度块22围成用于穿刺针30穿行的穿刺针孔24,所述夹具21两夹臂内表面设有用于与探头外壳夹装的两卡条210a、210b,该两卡条上设有定位凹坑211a、211b,如前述,所述两卡条210a、210b可以替换成两导槽,当替换成导槽时,所述定位凹坑211a、211b改为定位凸起;所述夹具21顶端内表面设有凹槽212或凸块。
如图4所示,将穿刺针架20(未装上导向块23)附装到超声探头10之后,操作超声探头10与病人的身体接触,操作者观察由超声探头10扫描获得的超声图像,并确定穿刺操作的目标例如病灶的位置,一旦病灶的位置确定,操作者根据实际情况选择尺寸规格合适的穿刺针30和合适的导向块23,并将选定的导向块23安装到固定在穿刺针架20上,操作者即可将穿刺针30在导向块23和角度块22围成的穿刺针孔24内上下移动进行穿刺操作(图4中未画出穿刺针30,参见图5和图6)。当操作者意识到穿刺针30已经到达病灶时,此时可以把导向块23从穿刺针架20上取下,附装有穿刺针架20(此时已不包括导向块23)的超声探头10可以从另一侧移除,然后操作者使用单独的穿刺针30获取病人体内的目标组织,或者将医疗药剂通过穿刺针30注入病人体内。
当需要把穿刺针架20从超声探头外壳10上拆卸下来时,只需要参照与图4中箭头A所指相反的方向将夹具21从探头外壳10上推出,即可完成拆卸操作。

Claims (7)

1.一种在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,包括探头外壳和穿刺针架,所述探头外壳包括头部和手持部,所述穿刺针架包括用于夹装在探头外壳上的“C”形或拱形夹具;其特征在于:
所述探头外壳的两侧面上分别设置开口型导槽或卡条,所述夹具两夹臂内表面设有与所述开口型导槽或卡条相适配的卡条或开口型导槽;
需将穿刺针架附装到超声探头上时,将所述夹具两夹臂内表面的卡条或开口型导槽与所述探头外壳两侧面的开口型导槽的开口或卡条对准,沿所述开口型导槽长度的方向,相向推动穿刺针架和超声探头,使卡条被推进到导槽内,所述穿刺针架便稳固地附装到超声探头上。
2.如权利要求1所述的在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,其特征在于:所述探头外壳两侧面或夹具两夹臂内表面的导槽内设有定位凸起,相应所述夹具两夹臂内表面或探头外壳两侧面的卡条上开有与所述定位凸起相适配的定位凹坑。
3.如权利要求2所述的在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,其特征在于:所述定位凸起横亘于所述导槽两槽壁之间而于所述导槽垂直,所述卡条上的定位凹坑与所述定位凸起相适配。
4.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,其特征在于:所述导槽设置在探头外壳两侧面时,所述导槽开设在所述探头外壳的头部和手持部的弧面交接处,导槽的开口朝向超声探头的尾端。
5.如权利要求4所述的在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,其特征在于:所述导槽的宽度从开口处至根部由宽变窄,相应所述卡条的形状与导槽相适配。
6.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,其特征在于:所述夹具顶端内表面设有凹槽或凸块,所述探头外壳上设有与所述凹槽或凸块相适配的凸块或凹槽。
7.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的在超声探头上附装穿刺针架的结构,其特征在于:所述探头外壳两侧面的导槽或卡条对称设置,相应所述夹具两夹臂内表面的卡条或导槽也对称设置。
